I have just signed up with id mobile and I've had virtually no signal from the start. Thought maybe it would settle after a few days, but no. It's genuinely terrible. Can't go 2 years with no coverage, what can I do? I've tried all the troubleshooting except for being sent a different sim. I doubt that would actually solve it. Very disappointed.

Have no coverage with my new iD SIM card can only use WiFi. I use Samsung S23 ultra. Have received confirmation that all should be up and running properly. But nothing is working

I am a new customer. Transferred my old number to ID, which completed yesterday. I cannot make any calls nor send/receive WhatsApp messages. Please would somebody be good enough to advise how to fix this. Step-by-step instructions greatly appreciated!

I complained about this subject a couple of months ago and was sent a signal strength checker link which showed signal good, but obviously not good as I still had zero bars on my phone and wife on same network had non. Well a couple of months on and still the same situation. Both my wife and myself are fed up with this situation, we are missing calls and or being cut off mid conversation due to signal. The first month with I’d was no issue at all but now it’s terrible. We are only about 4 months into a 12 month contract but seriously thinking of looking of way to cancel as a waste of time at present.

I'm unable to make calls on my Samsung A70. Software is up to date, checked settings, coverage is supposed to be excellent. 4G doesn't appear on the screen. WiFi Calling doesn't seem to work. Is this linked to 3G turn off?

I'm finally leaving after 1 year of atrocious service off ID mobile. I took my 2 year contract out in October 2023. I've had nothing but trouble in the whole year of service from the first few weeks of the contract. I was unable to make calls without the other person not hearing me at all or telling me that the line is breaking up. Even yesterday i made 5 calls and 3 people hung up on me eventually after constantly telling me if i was still there and the other 2 callers called me back. I've had 2 new phones within my first month of taking out the contract as I was told that it was the phone that was at fault. When I got my second new phone I had exactly the same problem with calls so I don't think there was anything wrong with the new one I got when I took out the contract. I went and had the second phone tested after i had taken all the steps of trying to fix the issues but it still didnt work with the calls. Hello, for weeks I have had no service and have been unable to get text messages or make phone calls, although I have 4G- how do I proceed?

Recently got a new iPhone 15 pro on ID mobile. When using the data outwith wifi it is slow or non existent. It can take minutes or sometimes not load at all despite having a full 4g or 5g signal.

Dear ID mobile. Your service Is terrible. Your signal is terrible. I can't get through to anyone. I was talking to your robot, then a human, then they transferred me and the connection was terminated after 20 mins saying you had no agents available. Will someone call me immediately! If you can actually get through to me because your signal is just poor poor poor!!!

Recently I cannot make or receive phone calls despite being on a 4G monthly plan.

Since change to 4G, I have been unable make or receive calls. Received a new SIM from Currys and followed all the on line procedures, with no change. There is no VoLTE option in my network mode.

For the past two days I have not been able to make or receive phone calls. I have data and can send/receive texts - just no phone calls. I have gone through it with the chatbot concerning the 4g switchover and all seems fine. Not sure what else I am supposed to do to diagnose the problem.

Hello I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G phone that I brought slightly over 2 years ago. I have always used it with ID. Now ID have switched off the 3G network I can't make any calls. Searching online it appears this model should be compatible with the 4G calling but the option to switch it on is not there. Is this an ID problem? Is there anyway I can actually still use my phone on ID or am I going to have to switch network? Phone is still perfectly good working order so seems unnecessary to fork out for a new one. And mine is supposed to be 5G enabled so why does it stop working when 3G switched off? Thanks

The network coverage in this area has been down since last night but I only noticed this morning. They know there is a fault but are not updating the network status. So no phone and no data. How do I get help?

I'm in ringwood and work in Portsmouth. I have had awful 4g for ages. Currently it's at s download speed of under 1mb for over a week. What's going on and when is it going I be back to normal.

My network coverage is awful lately, I have to walk about 10 minutes away from my house to get any 4g at all. I have even driven to the top of the village before it has found the signal recently. I have tried all previous suggestions on other posts such as restart, factory reset but nothing helps. Being unable to find any chat button or easy way to contact customer services is beyond frustrating. I moved to thos company because they were cheaper than anyone else, I now know why!

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone had actually had any luck in redeeming any of these MSE (gift cloud) sign up vouchers? When I signed up back in June I only did so due to the £30 Curry’s / Amazon voucher which was offered after 90 days of being a customer. Well that time came & past a while ago, I contacted MSE who told me it was nothing to do with them & down to gift cloud. Having contacted gift cloud, they have finally come back to me stating that I’d mobile have refused it due to it being a “duplicated reward”! I’m at a loss to understand exactly what this means as I haven’t received any reward as yet so how can it have been duplicated?! I’m beginning to think this is all a scam. I’m already not very happy with the service & signal I recieve. Traveling a lot for work I find it hard to get a decent connection in a lot of places. Has anyone else actually got there giftcloud reward or had the same issues? Thanks all 👍

I have been using my ID mobile SIM all summer in a 5G router and its been working perfectly. Yet over the last week I don't get any Internet connection even though I have 4 bars on 5G.

Could someone tell me why I can’t make calls and receive calls please? This happened to me over weeks now. Very frustrating…

I struggle to make a call in ex12 everyone complains the calls break up....no signal....enable WiFi calls and no different. Never had a problem with ee and sit right next to the hub!! So surely no problem with the hub...everything else works fine. Is there anything else I need to do to be sure it's going over the WiFi? Not that that having no service from id is bad enough. How do I get out of this contract on basis of no service!!

Hey! pretty much as described above but only in certain locations. My sim is an e-sim and it shows as having full 4G coverage (4 bars of cellular coverage too) when at work but for some reason I’m unable to use any data, send or receive sms, or make or receive any calls. I work in a city centre with good coverage too and there’s no reported issues on the coverage checker. this has been going on for a number of weeks. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)
