Getting started with iD.

Like quite a few people, I've been trying to submit my PAC code. All the information is correct but it comes up with an error message. If I can't do it soon I will cancel my account  

I have just received my new sim card but can't find the phone number to go with it.Switching to iD from talktalk but they haven't swnt a PAC code - no response from them at all so I am just looking to change my number

I haven’t received any updates on my pay monthly contract iPhone 17 in 4 days. I don’t know when the estimated delivery / dispatch date is. I haven’t received any emails regarding an E sim. All I have is a confirmation of purchase email. The money I paid up front hasn’t come out of my bank account either so I’m wondering if my order has actually gone through. Can I get some sort of confirmation that my order has been processed?

Hello, I recently transferred my mobile number from O2 to iD Mobile and received confirmation that the porting process was completed successfully. However, I am still unable to activate iMessage and FaceTime on this number. The issue appears to be network-related, as I was able to successfully activate iMessage and FaceTime within minutes using a different SIM card. I have confirmed the following: My number is correctly set in iPhone settings (Phone > My Number). I can send and receive regular SMS and calls. I can send an SMS to Apple’s activation number without issues. I’ve tried all standard troubleshooting steps, including resetting network settings and reactivating iMessage/FaceTime.  It seems the problem might be related to the provisioning of my number on your network, particularly regarding Caller Line Identity (CLI) or SMS routing. Could you please verify:

100% scam. They are good at getting your custom but once they hook you they dont bother with you at all. There is literally no customer service to talk to, its all about community help. I will be looking for a legal way to get out of my contract free of charge

For 2 days now I need to speak to customer services via live chat and it keeps saying: I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.I have tried multiple times during working hours all day and nothing. Not a good sign when I’m a new customer to ID. 

its been almost 2 weeks trying to port number but can't and also can't connect to live chat for help every time its unavailable I'm really helpless and pissed at the same time  

Been trying to submit PAC code.  Using the app going to plan then switch to ID mobile, the I get redirected to web page and click plan again then constantly getting "oops something has gone wrong". When in live chat keep getting unavailable to chat try again later.  Is anyone available to help......been going on all weekend.... completely unacceptable.

I was talked into joining ID by a family member despite being happy with my other provider I moved to ID. Gave my PAC and requested last Tuesday as the date.  Transfer still hasn't happened, no notification of when it will and I've been missing important calls. I cannot get hold of anyone to resolve this and now I'm wondering if I should just go back to my previous provider, at least I could speak to someone there and not be left with a chat bot that says it is going to transfer me to an agent but doesn't. How do I get hold of someone to fix this? I desperately need my number to change and I need to know when it is going to complete. Really not a good start.

I took out a new contract last night and received the contract PDF after entering my bank details. However, when I checked my email, it said I still need to complete my transaction and that I have something in my basket. I’m hesitant to try again in case it creates a second contract.How can I confirm if it has actually gone through? I received a “thank you” message after submitting my details and the contract, so surely it was successful?

Hi alli won’t recommend this network to anyone i would pay £5 -£10 extra to other networks but not this one. Have joined them by 10/10/2025 they sent me an esim i have scanned it didn’t work. I have requested another esim didn’t work. 3rd one in another phone only worked for the wifi calling which took me to the ID activation thanks for that. Then no service again. Generated another eSIM in the app no service so i have generated more then 15 esim and tried them in the 3 different phones none of them works.  And i made a mistake to give them pac code for my permanent number which is registered number for my kids in the school with the nhs for my kids and many other places where its off now for few days and its about the health and safety of my kids. But who cares. I have wasted more then 100 hours with them while chatting bots and agents replying after 20 mins for one msg then you have to wait for another msg another 20 mins. Hi,My switch was scheduled for 13/10/25, it hasn’t happenedI know that there can be delays but today is the last day in the billing cycle with my current provider, and was expecting the switch to iD of my existing number to have happened and my current provider account closed. I am now running 2 mobiles!The iD account and DD have been fully set up. iD SIM inserted into new phone but my existing phone number has not been switched - frustratedI have got nowhere trying to contact iD Customer Services, the Chatbot tells me I am being transferred to an agent but nothing happens.Help appreciated

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. I’ve tried all the guidance to get iMessage & Facetime working since switching to ID & porting my old number but nothing works. iPhone 12. Getting fed up of having to keep resetting phone & re-inputting info. Any ideas and advice greatly appreciated 

i started a new contract and new phone with ID. I got confirmation my old Number was transfered over at 10am yesterday morning. I still have no mobile data. I reset network. Took sim out and in Rebooted. The Sim recognises the number with wifi on, but mobIle network status states disconnected. This port over was yesterday morning. i have no mobile data. 

I’ve swapped from EE, wanted to keep my old phone number.. all swapped over but I can’t make outgoing calls.i can receive calls and I can make calls through What’s App but not normal phone call.when I try, I little p is next to their name but when someone phones me there is a little t next to my name.ive looked through all the settings and googled as much as I can but I can’t work out what’s wrong.heeeeeelp. 

I’m attempting to use the switch website to keep my old number, everything is working except when I get to the page asking me to pick a date for the switch. When I enter any date, whether it’s within or outside of the thirty days, a red message pops up telling me that the date I’ve selected is outside the 30 days that the pac code lasts for and to pick a sooner one. It’s currently the 1st of oct 2025 and I’m picking the third of the same month and year or any day after that and the message still pops up. I have no idea what to do, has anyone got any solutions?

Hello i switched to ID a few weeks ago but the switch wasn’t fully successful because I can’t receive texts from my bank (or probably any short code sms texts) so I can’t use my bank card online anymore (I wonder how id mobile is going to feel about this when I can’t pay the bill!!! ) I have tried live chatting it’s always the same suggestions they don’t work and meanwhile the team will not answer if they have checked if I can receive short code sms texts. They simply just disconnect from the chat so I have to start a new one with another service agent who suggests the same things that have already not worked. I want to be able to spend on my bank card again. I also think it’s disgusting that the complaint form only works during office hours and there is no customer service that I can ring

Hi I purchased a new phone from ID Mobile and have an old mobile with Vodafone which I want to transfer the number. In the process of setting up the new iPhone I mistakenly said yes to transfer the number so it moved the number from Vodafone over to the new iPhone as an eSIM. It then disconnected the service on the old Vodafone mobile. I did get a PAC code from Vodafone prior to this.I have since removed the eSIM from the new phone and have tried to go through the Porting process but it keeps coming back with a problem. Tried contacting support via the chatbot but it's absolute garbage. Says Average wait time is 20 mins but disconnects before anyone responds. Any help appreciated
