My old provider used to still showing in phone settings even though I had a PAC and I have been given a new ID number

Switched from o2 to id mobile but it’s shows o2 as my provider on my primary setting and id mobile as my network provider on the travel setting I had an e sim rather than a physical one

I changed over from EE to a new ID Mobile account with e-sim. all went well for first day or two until the actual porting date. Was receiving calls and texts on the number I ported over from EE. Now, suddenly, there is no ID Mobile signal to be had on my new iPhone. I see other people have recently reported this problem and have struggled to find a solution. tried all the usual things like turning phone off and on etc.

I’ve just joined iD Mobile, and have 3 SIMs to cover me and my family. My house is in a radio dead spot - We don’t get a signal from any mobile provider. For this reason, we’ve previously used VoWifi when calling from home. This has worked perfectly for all of us using both Three and Lebara (Vodafone) SIMS. Bizarre thing is, that with iD Mobile, my wife’s phone (Motorola G73) and son’s phone (Redmi Note 11) work fine with VoWifi, but mine doesn’t. 😫 I’ve tried resetting the Network, and have prioritised VoWiFi over mobile network. My phone is an (now this is a mouthful) IIIF150 Raptor, running Android 13. To see if my SIM Is dodgy I swapped with my wife’s and then my son’s SIMs into my phone - these also don’t switch to VoWiFi in my phone. My phone is dual SIM and when I fit my iD contract SIM to one slot, and Three a paygo SIM to the other slot then the the Three SIM happily works on VoWifi but the iD module doesn’t. Any thoughts? I thought iD and Three would have used the same proto

I’m currently in the process of switching my family (3 of us) from Lebara to ID Mobile, we’re retaining our existing numbers using PAC. 1 SIM number is planned to change over Monday, the other 2 SIM numbers change over on Tuesday. I received the SIMs today, is there anyway of correlating the new ID mobile SIMs with the old Lebara numbers? There’s nothing in the email chain that tells me which SIM is which. (ID mobile plans were purchased via mobiles.co.uk). Another issue I have is that ID Mobile emailed me a ‘Let’s Get Started’ email for only 2 of the 3 SIMs, these emails includes the new mobile phone number, and a ‘Customer service PIN’. Does it matter that I don’t have Customer service PIN for the 3rd SIM? Thanks!

Took out a new contract this week and got a PAC number. When I try enter it to switch it says it has issues. The phone is arriving on Tuesday. Do I have to wait for the phone before I can switch?

I have moved from o2 to ID and everything is working fine but if I try to purchase anything online then payment is always declined despite funds available / card details correct et etc. My bank say it’s the mobile supplier’s problem but I’m not sure. Has anyone had this issue / can suggest a solution? Thanks”

Can't make receive calls since porting to id disabled customer left with out number no resolution offered from disability team left with out service since joing a few weeks back

Hi When I click the Apple TV free trial link in the email I received, it takes me to a separate page to redeem it. When I click the Redeem button, nothing happens - it doesn’t load up anything for me to actually sign up to the trial. Is there any other way of accessing the link/trial? thanks

Can anyone tell me how I can find the transaction number i ahve brought a semiconductor sim contract for my child and want port their number across but it’s telling me I need the transaction number from original welcome email which I either haven’t had or I have deleted Have tried automated chat and it’s send in me round I circles and I can’t find a number to call direct any help Would be appreciated

Hi, I joined ID about a week ago, and requested to keep my old number. I submitted my PAC code with a transfer date of 30th Sept (today). I saw previous post saying it can take up to 10pm, and to turn the phone off and on again, which I’ve done. it’s now 10:25 and my number still hasn’t transferred. please can you advise what my next steps are?

Hi! So I’m having trouble using the PAC to keep my number. All info provided is correct but I still get the ‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.’ message. I’ve checked the double checked the info and it all seems correct. Bit stuck rly :( Kind Regards, Jamie Armstrong

I don`t have welcome Id email and I can`t find transaction number.. Could you please help? I want to keep my old number.

I want to activate my ID sim card and keep current number from previous provider. I dont have my welcome email for some reason and and I don`t have the invoice to find transaction number or ID Mobile number. Could you please help me on that issue. Thank you.
