Help Needed: Cannot Submit PAC Code
Hi, When I go to the “Switch to iD Mobile” section, there is no entry field to input my PAC code. My PAC code is close to expiring. The issue is that I don’t see an option to enter my PAC code on the page titled “Do you have a PAC or STAC code?”. After selecting “Yes,” the page does not display any entry field to input the PAC code, preventing me from submitting it. I’ve tried multiple times but cannot proceed with the transfer. Can anyone help me with this issue? I’ve tried using different browsers and desktops browsers too. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
