Hi I’ve received a call from this number 0141 479 0159 claiming they are from Carphone warehouse and they went through my security information about my contract ending, luckily I didn’t continue the conversation and the guy said something that didn’t make any sense and I had to pause and look up the number and notice it’s reported as Phone Scam but wasn’t too sure as he had all my information.  So is this scam or is ID mobile ? 

Today I have upgraded my phone and contract to the Samsung s25+ with a magnetic case went through all the process and paid the money has been processed on my bank however I have received no emails and every time I log on to my account it keeps saying I am able to upgrade I dont want to go through the process again and fork out more money then fight to get a refund please can anyone advise on what I can do

I am able to receive text messages with pictures. I have a £0 cap on my SIM only contract Pictures in text messaging would not work previously. Is it a new feature of Google text messaging ? 

I was offered an early upgrade deal on  Samsung a56 5g yesterday morning via live chat. I agreed to the deal then got disconnected 😡 tried again, got to the point where he/she had confirmed the deal again that I was offered in the morning, sent me a link to the deal - got disconnected again! I am starting to get suspicious 🤔.  I am now going to wait till my contract runs out in October and bin off ID - ridiculous you can't speak to an agent - a shame as i was a very happy customer until yesterday!!!

i purchased new plan of 60GB, 4 days before expiry the old plan, but Wrong data allowance showing on app and online, it shows me 7.7Gb instead of 60Gb

Would I be credit checked when I upgrade my current pay monthly package ? 

Hello can anyone help it’s saying that I can upgrade today but when I log in it’s says it’s to early u can upgrade on the 1/3/25 and that’s today but it won’t let me 

I have been looking at the upgrade options and it seems that every available plan I look at is listed multiple times at different price points. Why is this? There are no differences at all in handset, allowances or contract term, but they all seem to have 2 or 3 listings that get progressively more expensive. What am I missing?

My phone contract is due to end on the 22nd September this year. I’d like to continue with ID but SIM only. What is the best way to handle this and key dates? I don’t want to get into verbal discussions as I have an hearing issue which is not helped by speaking to someone with a strong accentP.S.  Generally available deals seem to be better by just starting again as opposed to “upgrading” which is oddMany thanks

I bought my current phone from Mobiles.co.uk on ID network. Got upgrade message from ID but the Iphone 13 is around £31 a month. Found the same phone on mobiles.co.uk for £22 on the ID network. Can I just get the new phone from mobiles.co.uk amd put my old SIM in ? 

Why am I only getting a few phones as upgrade options but if I go in as if a new customer the full lists of phones are available to purchase?I might have to go to a different service provider if it's the case that some phones are not available as an upgrade option 

I would like to upgrade my sim to phone 

My daughter has just told me that she only gets 2GB data despite joining ID (in January) and paying for a plan with 50GB.I bought two plans at the same time, one for my son and the other for my daughter. My son gets 50GB but my daughter doesn't, despite paying the same amount each month. Because I ported over their numbers it's very difficult to work out whose account is which phone number now. Any ideas how I can sort this out ? TIA

I bought 40GB today and I was on home internet,  not even using my data.  Now I check the remaining data is only 9GB.  How is this the case? This need to be rectified otherwise I am leaving ID for good.  

I currently have a sim only deal at £5 a month on id mobile. I've found a deal on carphone warehouse for a Google pixel 9a phone with sim on id mobile with unlimited data, texts, and minutes at 14.99 a month and £119 upfront payment for phone that I want to take. How can I take this deal and stay with id mobile while keeping my same phone  number? I tried requesting a pacs code a but this doesn't work as I'm not changing mobile network. I would like to stay with id mobile on this new deal and phone but also keep my number. The equivalent deal as an upgrade on the id mobile app is 24.99 monthly with free handset which would be £5 more per month compared to the carphone warehouse deal when including the payment of the phone. 

I have just purchased via uSwitch and idmobile a new contract as it was less expensive than the upgrade offers.I can cancel my existing ID contract but how would I retain my existing number? Pac codes are for a new network or would it work on the new contract.Worse thing is I have done this for both my wife and mine so I have two numbers to sort out. 

again this is what happens people say theyll help me so it looks good for the website, then no one pms helping like they said they would and like i asked 50 times, well ill tell you streight if it doesnt get fixed today ill be changing my network and telling my lawyer 

I placed an order for an upgrade on Friday 11/07.It was processed the same day, I was charged for the upfront cost of my new phone and the case that I ordered with it.It should have been delivered a week ago on Monday 14/07My plan has been updated and I am being charged accordingly but I still haven’t got my phone or any communication about when I will get it.When I follow the tracking link from DPD it just tells me that it’s delayed but no further information.I have heard nothing from iD Mobile or DPD about the reason for the delay or if the phone will ever be delivered.I have a friend staying at the moment who was going to help me set up my new phone, I can’t do this on my own so if it’s not delivered in the next couple of days I will have to cancel the phone and the new plan and revert to my SIM only deal.Please respond quickly, if I don’t hear back from you today I will have to cancel.The worst thing is the total lack of co

I currently have a 24mth sim + phone contract. I’m in the upgrade window. Can I swap to a sim only deal now? Or do I need to wait until the 24mths are up?is the phone mine to keep? if I can pick a new sim only upgrade deal today, will my monthly instalments drop notes to the sim only price it do I pay for the current contact AND the new deal during the overlap? thanks. 

Still waiting for my data to be increased after agreeing a deal with live chat agent. Currently on 80GB data but should be unlimited. Have the transcript of the deal and told it would be done. Live agent ended chat when I clicked the deal for 80GB and nothing has been adapted since. Anyone else experienced this? Will it be done as burning a lot of time pursuing this. Any help would be more than welcome. Thanks 

I have bought a 1 month sim only with a look of upgrading in 6 months.When I click upgrade I get a message saying the plan type can’t be upgraded why not try and change plan instead.will this change in 6 months or do I need to be on another plan for 6 months to be eligible for an upgrade?  Thanks hope this makes sense my sim was bought via Uswitch.
