Plans Changes & Upgrades.

Hello, I currently am on a 24 month contract, due for an upgrade on 25/10/2025. My plan is for an iPhone 13 and has a data allowance of 10GB per month. However recently I have been using data add ons each month due to me exceeding the 10GB Usage. I’m thinking of changing plan to a 25GB a month plan that I see as an ‘available plan’ when I log in to my account. If I activate this new plan, am I still eligible for an upgrade on 25/10/2025? thanks

I would like to cancel my monthky plan

I have had my phone stolen and my insursnce company have requested: Proof of usage which will need to confirm the IMEI number of my device, as well as the first and last usage dates. Proof of barring which will need to confirm the IMEI number of my device and the date that my IMEI number was blacklisted. I have requested this via live chat but have been provided with a copy of my bill and proof of purchase of my sim which is not what I have requested. Is anybody able to confirm how I go about obtaining these documents? Thanks!

How much are the charges for listening to voicemail when not in the EU?

I upgraded my phone on 24/12/24 and need an invoice containing: product model name, retailer and date of purchase. No invoice was emailed at the time of upgrade just a confirmation email. There is also no documents in my online account I can use. How do I get an invoice?

I'm looking at getting the s25 ultra, but I still have 10 months of my contract left or 232 pounds. To pay Obviously I will need to pay off my contract and is the only way of doing this is, canceling my contract paying the final bill and getting a new contract etc or is there another way. Of doing this ?

I have a plan that does not not give me enough Data and I am keen on switching to a new Unlimited Plan for the same phone. How do I go about it. Is there someone to call or is everything on this app.

I've got a sim only with ID so how do I keep my number if I change to a new plan

I have paid the upgrade fee fora new phone but it can only be ordered from 31/01/2025. I have receipt of payment but no confirmation email. Will I get this nearer the date? It’s a birthday present and I don’t want it to get missed and arrive after.

I'm on 1 month rolling contract. I have found that to upgrade I need to stay at least 6 months. How do I end the contract after the 1st month without renewing? Is there a way to disable auto-renew? Or simply ask PAC code and on day 30 move somewhere different? Thank you

I was under the impression the contract I was taking out for my son was unlimited data only to find out after a couple of months that it is only 5gb of data?

I am on a sim only plan of 200GB per month, i’m about 6 months through a 12 month contract. I’d like to change/upgrade it to an unlimited data sim-only plan and i’m happy to pay more and have the 12 month contract length start again. In my account it says there are no options when i click on ‘change my plan’, but do ID mobile really not want to accept more money from an existing customer tying them in for another 12 months? I tried asking on the live chat and after a while they said yes, there is nothing they can do until contract is up apart from buying expensive addon data. I just wanted to check this is correct. as it seems crazy…. Thanks

So it's my upgrade day today and I wanted a s24 ultra but the upgrade deals they are showing me arnt what I'm willing to pay when I can see new customers getting a better deal. So my question is if I don't upgrade and finish my contract can I then do a new customer deal I've found and keep my current number?

Hi everyone. Has my one else noticed that new customers are apparently offered a better Del than us existing ones? I’ve been with ID for a long time now on a monthly rolling contract and when I looked at upgrade plans for sim only I saw that unlimited everything is an option for £18/month. However, when a friend looked who isn’t an ID customer they got the same deall offered for only £15/month. I thought these sort of goings on were now illegal, as that’s what the energy companies used to do. Anyone got any insights as to why/how this is happening and who we can speak to in ID to try to get the same good deals offered to new customers. Cheers

Hi all. I upgraded my plan and ordered Samsung S24 witch says Samsung Buds 3 Bundle available. And bundle description says “The Samsung Buds 3 bundle will be dispatched with your order” Phone was delivered next day, but I haven’t received Samsung Buds. Any help would be highly appreciated. Hello my contract can upgrade in March if I don't want to renew has my phone is ok could I just go onto sim only to make it cheaper

Samsung isn't accepting the ID invoice for my new S24. This is required to claim the Chromebook. The invoice is meant to contain four items: Name of company Product name Amount paid for item Date Numbers 1 & 4 are there but 2 & 3 are not very clear on the invoice. I suspect these are the issue, but Samsung is only telling me something is missing, not what is missing. Can I get a better invoice?

Using the ID App, I've upgraded my old Oppo to a Nothing 2 phone about 3 or so hours ago. I selected the £22.99 Unlimited plan. I was asked if I wanted to trade in my phone, which I didn't, paid the verification fee. All seemed to go through ok. The new plan is updated on the app and I recieved a text message to say that the new price plan is up and running. No mention anywhere of the new phone. No confirmation email or text message to say when the phone will arrive…… Have I done it wrongly? If I have, is there anyway I can change it now?
