Hi there, I don't think that the contract I bought as an upgrade is the one shown on the account. I bought the 150GB deal on monthly rollover, with 100GB bonus, but it's showing 150 GB with no extra. Can this be looked at? Thanks

I am due for an upgrade but when I click on all upgrade deals its not bringing up sim only deals it only shows phone. Can anyone please advise how if I can do this. Tia

Hello I’ve been with ID for a few years, and have recently upgraded to a tariff that offers more data. Despite placing the order while logged into my ID account, a brand new number and plan has been created and added to my account, rather than just upgrading the existing plan. I looked to see if I could just cancel the new plan and just retain my original line, but I was informed via text that I’d be charged £12.29 if I cancelled today. I’ve literally just activated the sim, yet somehow they want to charge more than a full month’s charge (£7) if I cancel today, and worse it’s because of ID’s inability to simply add an upgrade to an existing plan. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best course of action? I don’t want or need the new plan, but I’d like to keep my existing plan, so I don’t lose my existing number. Is there anyway of cancelling the new plan that ID have wrongly set up, without me ending up out of pocket? Also, I assume I could move my existing number to another pro

Hi, i’ve ordered an upgrade (from 30 day plan to 2 year) and the phone arrived yesterday. However, i have no idea what the procedure is now. There is no documentation on the website about this.Also, can i delay the activation of the new phone? It will be a christmas present so ideally i’d want to wait a few weeks if possible.

How I can change plan with unlimited data for 1 month contract?

I currently have two contracts with ID mobile which I bought in August 2024. I have two more that will run their course and I would like to move these also to ID mobile. These are for all the family members and I pay them all so the contract is in my name. I have seen multiple threads about people being refused contracts for internal security checks. The theme running through these is possibly that there is a maximum number of contracts possible per person over a specific time frame. Is it possible to share this information so that I may forward plan the migration to your services?

I am just wondering if its possible to add a second device to my existing contract? Want to switch my work phone over to id mobile. Thankyou.

I started a new contract 2 days ago, with more data - received all emails confirming and have set up new phone (with existing SIM - which email says is working and updated). I don’t have any GB since the switch over and having problems with iMessages! when will I get the data that I am now paying for?

Hi all, I’m trying to add another plan to my account, but keep getting details don’t match our records, I’ve even had a live chat to an agent, they reset the app and I still get the error including using the website to try the same thing, not sure what to do, the account I use and pay for is for my son, I want to come over to I.D Mobile from giffgaff… maybe I should just create another account so I have two accounts? P.S the details entered was confirm correct by the agent, so very strange issue. Please advise Regards, David

Hello. I traded in my device, and filled in the Enhanced Trade In offer form. I received the first payment for the phone on the 25th of October. I have not yet received the £200 from the Enhanced Trade in promotion. I was advised here to contact TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk if I did not receive it within 3-5 days of the initial payment. I did so, and got a generic email about how promotional payments are made separately. I clarified my issue again, and was asked for the trade in reference, which I provided, however I have not heard back since, which was 5 days ago. What can I do from here to have my promotion fulfilled?

I upgraded my phone in live chat and they gave me a deal £19 of the upfront cost for the redmi not pro plus 30, and £21 for the 10gb data +unlimited loyalty addon, unlimited calls etc. They took the £19 fee off as they said, I have not payed a penny to the upfront cost. Hi all 🙂 So, my contract ends in a few weeks and I want to stay with iD. At the moment I receive 250 GB of data for £14 a month, 12 month contract. On Money Saving Expert there is the same for £12 a month, (the link takes me to iD site) so I want to change to this, but if I go onto iD through my app, this contract does not exist. So, my question is, do I have to cancel my existing contract when it matures, and then rejoin and go through the whole joining up again, or am I being a tad daft and missing something? With the upcoming ban on having undefined increases (CPI +%) in contracts for phone and broadband, I see some providers have started putting a fixed figure in their contracts. When are Id mobile rolling this out? Or are they going to leave it in as long as possible? I'm holding off taking out any contracts until this is clarified.

Today is upgrade day. I'd looked online yesterday via the website as the app wouldn't allow me to sign in and saw that the Google Pixel 9 was £31.99 per month with 10gb data and £39 upfront. Great, I thought, I'll wait til tomorrow and get this deal. So imagine my surprise when I looked on the app and the same deal was suddenly £35.99 per month, with the same data and upfront cost, yet when I checked on the website, it's still £31.99. Why is it still seemingly ok for existing customers to be charged more than new ones? I've been passed from pillar to post on the live chat, but nobody could tell me why there is such a price difference. Anyone in the community have an answer?
