How do I listen to voicemail without recording a greeting
I've just moved over to id mobile and I've only realised I can't access my voicemail without setting up a mailbox name and recording a personalised message. I don't want to do either of these things. I don't think a mailbox needs a name, and I want a generic recorded message not a personalised one. The voicemail service just hangs up on me if I don't record anything, so what do I do to get around it?? If I can't, at least I'm on a 30 day contract so my stint with id may be quite short...

I like to give feedback on joining ID Mobile, I am very happy & delighted to change my network provider from ----- to ID mobile, very happy with reception, monthly sim with roll over data, it's good reasonable monthly charge compared to other network provider, good friendly service with online chat but it's long wait sometime, but problem solved, it's easy to join and change over from other network , easy to follow step by step guide, & received new sim as per their instructions, it was happy experience glad I did, after receiving my sim, tried & tested my wife too joined ID mobile, same plan as mine and she is happy too .....looking forward to stay with ID mobile for years to come....thanks.

Wrong phone delivered
I was offered and agreed to an upgrade . Asked for Google 9A , was sent a Google 7A in a 9A box , I have returned the 7A , but now ID refuse to either process the return , or send the proper phone , major dispute now in place, I now have no phone , but ID insist that I continue to pay new contract ,

WIFI calling not working iphone 15 pro max
Hi, I live in an area with no signal most of the time. I have had no functionality of WiFi calling since yesterday morning on my ID Mobile number (physical sim) .worked perfectly before. i have an e sim on Vodafone on same phone with WiFi calling working perfectly on that in same WiFi network. i have an IPhone 15 Pro Max with the latest software. i have contacted the broadband provider and apple support at length with everything seeming fine. I have toggled Wi-Fi calling on and off multiple times. I have reset network settings multiple times. I’ve turned off the phone multiple times I’ve used aeroplane mode only.And it works perfectly with the Vodafone Sim but the ID sim when on aeroplane mode comes up with an error message saying please connect to Wi-Fi. i have been to curry’s and got a new physical sim and installed it and still not working.Seems like ID network is not recognising that I am connected to a Wi-Fi network. I have obviously talked to ID customer Support over chats multiple times and they have Said that it is either the Wi-Fi companies’s problem or Apple’s problem. It is neither , given another sim works perfectly on same device and WiFi network i am at a complete loss , really need this to work as I run a business and cannot receive or make calls at home . I will have to leave ID unless they can fix this. Is there anyone out there that can help? thanks!

SMS for OTP from India
I tried enabling data roaming and also extra roaming minutes from India so I expected that SMS from my Indian bank (State Bank Of India) containing my OTP should be received. This is needed to register my sim from iD mobile on to my State bank of India account. I keep getting messages from iD mobile saying that charges would be incurred for roaming but still don’t receive the SMS. Please advice how I can enable this SMS being received from India. This is very important for me as I never had this problem previously with 3 Mobile

roaming in spain
I used my plan out in cyprus last year and roaming was fine. However I was in spain last week and nothing workwd. The phone was connected to 5g movistar roaming network, ID mible app was tiggled over for roaming and my phone was also set to roaming. It still wouldnt work Had to buy a local spanish sim card for while I wad there. Phone shop said the ID sim was the issue not the handset...any ideas

No data since the 20th of May 2025. Tried the useless chat facility, quite seriously spend nearly 9 hours ! across many days trying to get some answers. Raised formal complaint and then received a call back from someone in the UK. Told within minutes that there is a local cell down. for SEVEN DAYS ? highly unlikely. Although whilst talking to her and fighting to finish a sentence, I did find on the three website that there is service issues in the area. The call eventually broke down because the advisor seems to think its okay to constantly interrupt and shout over me. when asked to let me finish my sentence she slammed down the phone. lovely lady. probably hates men and doesn't like that we might have something valid to say. called back a filed a complaint about the verbal abuse from the previous woman and as the call went on in a reasonable grown up way. I was told that the merger of id mobile and vodaphone last week might well be the problem, he had been speaking to others who also on the same day had been experiencing problems. Anyone else been experiencing problems since the 20th or 22nd as it appears when this merger was advertised. Are we now receiving no service or a bad service as a result ? is there a hidden agenda here ?

Dear ID mobile. Your service Is terrible. Your signal is terrible. I can't get through to anyone. I was talking to your robot, then a human, then they transferred me and the connection was terminated after 20 mins saying you had no agents available. Will someone call me immediately! If you can actually get through to me because your signal is just poor poor poor!!!
