I am ending my ID Mobile deal but I found another ID Mobile deal via a third party site. Can I keep my mobile number as I'm getting my PAC from ID Mobile to give to ID Mobile.

royal mail said they delivered my sim card but when look up where they posted they said my postcode is wrong and only have 3 attempts to use right postcode so i tried my new and old postcode and got lockdown out. do i just ask customer services to send out a new one ?

Hi, I'm now due an upgrade, but the offers within the app are not very competitive, I currently have two contract deals and deal two sim deals and feel this isn't a very good. I have found plenty of better deals in bott USwitch & Money saving Expert all with ID Mobile yet these deal aren't available to existing customers Do ID mobile match other offers Can anyone advise what can be done Dean

Hi, I got disconnected on live chat, can anyone help me please? My 24 month contract ends on 29 March and I want to move straight onto the £10 monthly rolling sim. I’ve just put an order through online for it like I was told on live chat, then I was meant to go back and give the order confirmation number to him but it disconnected me. Does anyone know if it’ll just automatically kick in on 29 March? I’m keeping my phone FYI, and the order confirmation email has come through.

I have recently (18/03/25) switched my number from 3 to ID mobile and the switch completed. Only issue I have is that no one can call or text me. If they call it says “number not recognised”.

Hi, So, myself and my husband are both on id, sometimes when we try to call each other, the call will ring and after a number of rings go to voicemail, but the other phone doesn't actually ring and we don't get a missed call notification. This has happened a number of times and we tested it when together. Phones in the same room, we are clearly calling one another and hear each other's voicemail, but the other person's phone just doesn't receive anything at all. Very frustrating when trying to get hold of each other and we aren't even aware.

Hi, I pre-ordered a Pixel 9 Pro with an unlimited data plan on 28/03/25, it says that the phone will be available on 22/05/25. I have already received an email with my E-SIM and contract summary. When will I start being charged for the plan? Obviously I can not use the data plan until the phone arrives and the phone sale was part of the contract, so will my contract/payments start from when the phone is shipped, and therefore only be charged from that date? I have scoured the FAQs but not found any information on this in particular - the help chat agent first told me that I would be charged immediately as I have received a confirmation email but then backtracked and said I would only start paying from when my phone was delivered and the E-SIM is activated. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, Since Saturday three different companies have sent me OTP’s but none have been delivered, tried multiple times, texts between me & my family send & arrive as normal, anyone able to get to the bottom of it?, have tried Live Chat twice today and it is utterly useless.

Today I've received a debt letter for £648 for a 13 day contract. The contract was cancelled due to no service at all and not being able to connect to WiFi. Just chatted to so called customer service who tell me the bill was generated because I ported the number first then cancelled the contract, I did this because this is what car phone warehouse told me to do, id customer service tell me I should have cancelled the contract then ported the number. Who's right? She says there's nothing she can do as by porting the number first this has generated the bill. I'm not paying £648 for a 14 day contract that was cancelled through no fault of my own.

Hello, I have to turn my phone off to receive calls and make calls. Nearly 10 times a day I’m not able to make or receive calls. This is urgent to fix.

My contact ends on 28.4.25. I intend to get a new phone and plan (still with I’d) via mobiles.co.uk (they’re much cheaper than the upgrade offered by I’d). I’m assuming I need to request a PAC and to give 30 days notice today, so the contract ends on 28.4.25. Is that correct? Thanks

I've got a upgrade coming very soon and wondering if can upgrade my id contract via carphone warehouse as the prices are alot better than id so wondering if can do this either in store or online as I'd told me on live chat can only upgrade via their website but carphone warehouse clearly has id upgrades on there so all very confusing

I have an outstanding bill of £4.00 to pay, this was because of an issue with sim cards at the start of the account. I do not know what the mobile number is for this so cannot make the payment. It is showing on my credit record as non payment, under reference ID Mobile (I) Telecoms ****9762 - can you please advise how I make this payment of £4.00 without the mobile number. Can it be traced through the existing accounts in my name. Thank you

My contract is £6 a month but i got billed over £10 i have hardly used my phone so have not used my price cap.in fact my roll over is now over 38 g .im on 20 gig plus unlimited calls and texts .
