    Sim only Contract ended, but can't cancel plan

    Tried to cancel sim only contract as this has come to an end. I had no response so cancelled the direct debit. Then got an email wanting to know why I’d cancelled and how this would affect my credit rating!!!! I can’t cancel my contract because I don’t know what my phone no is . I have used this sim for data only and apparently my tablet doesn’t know my phone no either so I can’t get into my account to cancel it. Any idea’s would be welcome.

    Setting up a new phone on id mobile

    I’m at my wits end with this network. I started setting up my new phone over one week ago. I was told I couldn’t transfer my pac code with an e-sim so I waited 3 days for a physical sim. I have spent numerous hours troubleshooting settings with bots and chat support. This weekend there was an outage in my area. I want to leave the network but can’t because my pac is being transferred. 02 said this could take 5 working days. I can’t cancel my contract with ID mobile until I can transfer my pac back to 02. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way of speaking to a human?

    I got charged extra £2.30 when i spoke to someone they told me that i have changed my direct debit date, ( which i never did ) that person said from the 26th to 27th of month. Why would i change one day. The suspicious thing is the money never went on those day but it went on the original day which was 14th. I know times are hard why are they taking money just like that. I cant cancel contract because its too late

    FAKE IPHONE 15

    Posting on behalf of my brother as I recommended ID Mobile to him - now I feel guilty. He purchased a new Samsung S24 Ultra on an ID Mobile contract but through the Carphone Warehouse platform (all owned by Curry’s, I believe). The problem is, when DPD delivered the package there was an iPhone 15 Pro Max inside. Things escalated when we took the device to a Curry’s/Carphone Warehouse store and a member of staff pointed out that the iPhone is a fake. Following internal investigations at Carphone Warehouse, it appears the genuine Samsung was switched for the counterfeit iPhone during transit. DPD are denying this, although they have admitted to letting a member of staff go. My question is - has anyone else suffered this scam? And if so, what did you do to resolve it? After over a month of endless emails, it looks like we will be heading to the small claims court.

    switch over issues

    I have been trying to switch over my old number from sky for over a month now and I keep getting an error message but receive the text to say this is going to take place but nothing has happened, I am beginning to get very frustrated as I am paying for 2 contracts as I can’t cancel sky until I get this number ported over

    NO SERVICE FOR MONTHS

    I have had no service for the best part of two months, I can’t make or receive calls. My phone is for business and new clients can’t get through to me! Doesn’t matter where I am, if it’s mobile data or WiFi! I know now why it’s cheap it’s because you can’t use it. I want to cancel my contract, I don’t care it’s not at then end you can’t hold someone to a contract when your not providing me the service I am paying for. It’s an absolute joke!

    my phone number was switched yesterday and is showing it has been activated I have had the email from ID that says it is complete but I still have no network so am unable to make calls or text . it is not picking up id network at all even when I do an automatic network selection. I have restarted the phone but still nothing? I know that ID piggybacks off 3 and I’m moving from 3 so thought it would be an easy switch ? when I go to the ID app it says we have sent you a txt but you f course I can’t receive them so I am stuck . I did get the email telling me when they will start debiting my account though . Would be nice to get an email telling me what to do to actually start using my mobile !

    Wean should I cancel my contract

    My phone contract is due to end on the 22nd September this year. I’d like to continue with ID but SIM only. What is the best way to handle this and key dates? I don’t want to get into verbal discussions as I have an hearing issue which is not helped by speaking to someone with a strong accent P.S. Generally available deals seem to be better by just starting again as opposed to “upgrading” which is odd Many thanks

    Cant make calls today also

    Dear IDmobile For the past three weeks, I have been unable to make or receive calls. Despite repeated attempts, I haven’t been able to get through to anyone for support, and the issue remains unresolved. This has caused a lot of frustration, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of service and communication. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I would like to cancel my contract without penalty. Please treat this as urgent and get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you, Ravinder Joshi

    can't get PAC code

    I've been trying since last Tuesday - text 65075, use app, phone customer complaints, speak to agent in live chat. None work. Keep getting 'we've encountered an issue with your PAC request...'. they can't tell me what the issue is. So I've decided to cancel the contract and go to O2 without the code. It's annoying because I now have to reset the phone number in every account that uses it for ID. Very poor customer service

    Cant make or receive calls

    I am reposting this in hopes that a different subject area might elicit a response. i cant make or receive calls since Thursday 3rd October- UK I have been with Id mobile for years using a SIM only card currently in a Motorola Edge 20 lite which is fully updated . I update my plans regularly , last time a month ago. On Thursday 3rd October I stopped being able to make it receive calls. I can text, use internet, apps etc. without a problem. I have completed all the checks as advised as I saw there was an issue around 3G. I am usually on 5G, sometimes dropping to 4g depending on reception. I have read several other community members similar concerns but I can't find what's causing the problem or how to resolve it out side of the checks which I have completed. My phone is an accepted device. Any solutions please as I'm now getting desperate? Thanks in anticipation

    Can't access account details after account change from monthly to to PAYG

    Unfortunately I had to cancel my contract due to insufficient coverage in my area. My account was changed to pay as you go, however with no credit on the account I can't make calls, send SMS messages, use data, or even check my voicemail. I've tried logging into my account to add credit but after logging in I just see a message on each screen saying something went wrong. I need to keep the ID SIM for a couple more days until my number ports to another provider. With not having enough signal to receive calls they're going through to voicemail, so I need to be able to check voicemail, but I can't without credit. Anyone able to help with this?

    How to cancel contract on app or website

    Hello, I was eagerly waiting for my upgrade window which has just started (2 months left on contract). The phone I was looking to upgrade to has a more expensive monthly bill than I was expecting. I've looked elsewhere and seen some better deals for the same phone. Tried online chat with ID mobile to see if they could match the offer but can't connect to live chat. The offer I've seen elsewhere is with ID mobile lol. So....I may as well pay off my contract and get the contract elsewhere. I can't find an option on the app or website to pay the contract off. Anyone have any advice? Thanks Dave

    Switched to ID mobile, can make calls but cant receive them

    Hi Tried to talk to the online chat earlier but took 30 mins of exchanging messages and made no progress (other than being asked if I had put the sim in the phone !). Moved to ID Mobile and had old number ported over. This happenend on Tuesday but it hasnt worked properly. My phone registers as my old number and I can dial out and send text messages etc but no-one can call me or send me anything. If you try and call my number it says ‘number not recognised’ or ‘not in service’. Anyone had this and got any idea what to do ? Phone is a Pixel 7, have done what ID Mobile online chat have said (check number in personal info, check SIM card has been put into phone). Will try them again tomorrow - at the moment paying for a service that doesnt work. Thanks
