When I receive a voicemail I dont receive a notification on the top of my phone. Unless I turn trxts on in voicemail itelf I receive no notification at all. I have dual sim and receive notifications for my other sim and I have the same settings for both. Any ideas?

My phone isn't charging over 75% and gets really warm 

This is now the second time this has happened — once in August, and again today. On both occasions, an eSIM was issued to another device without my permission, resulting in my bank account being hacked and unauthorised access to personal accounts.I do use the iD Mobile app, but I did not request an eSIM change. The first I knew about it was a text message saying the eSIM was being sent and activated.This shows there is a serious security flaw in iD Mobile’s eSIM process — there appears to be no robust verification or call-back to confirm that the genuine account holder has requested the change.When I tried to resolve this by phone, I was told I had failed the security check because the hacker had changed my registered address. I was then instructed to email ID documents to support@idmobile.co.uk, which has a five-day response time — an unacceptable delay when my account and data are actively compromised.The live chat service is also currently down,

Evening,I took out new contract with ID Mobile recently and requested my old Vodaphone number be ported over (via a PAC code) at the weekend.I'm sure at the time the website said that the cutover would happen on the 8th, but later I read elsewhere that weekend cutovers would be logged the next working day and occur the day after (hence today)..can someone please let me know when the switch will occur?Regards,C.

Does anyone else have a problem with the Google pixel 9 pro XL and the RCS encrypted text messages not working? It's Google's own encryption and doesn't seem to work on the phone weirdly. I do have WhatsApp however so not a big deal.  But just wondered if anyone else has had this issue?!

I ordered 3 new esims and transferred my and my daughters contracts and numbers over from O2. Mine is active and all setup, with my app all setup too. My eldest got impatient on the morning of the switch, as her number had not switched, and she deleted her esim from the phone. She tried reloading the original, but they are one time use. So she has no esim active on her phone now… I need to request a new esim be provided for her number, but I cant add her to my account, so I can request one on my app, as this want to send a verification code to her number. How do a get a new esim sent out please? 

I can not get any sense from IDMOBILE / Currys or DPD, I've been passed around the houses to no avail, DPD need someone from IDMOBILE to contact them to initiate a parcel search, I've made many calls, many online chats and to no avail, I have now been waiting over a week to get this sorted and nobody is doing anything about it apart from a whole lot of effort from me. 

So it's officially past the window for the free £50 Currys voucher and I have had nothing come through. It was supposed to be 30-60 days after the end of the promotion, which was 11/07/25, but I have had nothing.I am on the 24 month plan and the voucher was explicitly included in the deal I bought. I've had a good experience with ID so far so am hoping this was just a mistake.  

My transfer to iD mobile was apparently completed on the 22nd March. At that point I was unable to make or receive calls or texts so the support team sent me a new SIM card and I did some troubleshooting steps. I can now make calls and send texts but not receive them - I believe this is called a split number port. I spent a while talking with a team member last week about this and they informed me they had passed the issue to the tech team. Today I tried to contact the iD team to get an update on this, after 45 minutes of a team member talking me through the same troubleshooting I had already done and ignoring all attempts from me to ask them to contact the tech team for an update, they finally checked my record and found no request to IT had been made. They then attempted to get me to do more troubleshooting so they could process the request, and provide evidence of the issue - I am not sure how I can evidence non-receipt of calls and texts, other than that I have received none sin

I received an email when I started my contract with you that said I qualify for 2 months of Apple music. I was delighted. I checked and there was no expiry data on accepting the offer. My husband already had a long contract with another music streamer and so I wanted to wait until that had finished as there was no point in having two streaming services at the same time. However, when I tried to redeem the offer today it said that it had expired. I was really disappointed as there was no expiry date on the email of original offer. Please can you send me another offer link as my eligibility has not changed and I have not yet redeemed the offer. I should still be able to redeem it as all that has changed is the expiry data which was not visible when I received the offer email. With thanks

To start off, I refuse to, and shouldn't have to keep repeating myself over and over. I used live chat to try get a problem solved. I was told I would be transferred to live customer support. Instead I got sent to the chat survey page. So I tried contacting live chat again. After explaining my problem AGAIN. The same thing happened. Instead of live customer support I got the survey page.

Hi,I moved over to ID mobile and was given a  number with the account.  I sent my PAC code for my existing number which went live along with my account.  I now however have two different numbers set up on my settings (Primary and personal) and if I close any of the fields for either number nothing works.  I went abroad and had to enable all settings for both numbers.  Now back in the UK, i can’t make external calls.  Do I need to different numbers and why can’t I make calls?

Sent my phone to Curry's for trade-in (arrived at Curry's 4th November). This is after months and four attempts to get a trade-in box sent out to me. I received my new phone mid August and I am still waiting for trade-in acknowledgement, payment or a reply to any of the emails I have sent. Yes I have checked my junk folder. I am again very disappointed in the service I have received and ID mobile have been unhelpful to say the least, just generic replies. ID mobile are complicit in this as Curry's are your sister company and trade in partner. What do I need to do to get this sorted?

Hello,In the last couple of days, when I try and make a call its always saying line busy.  Even when I’m in the room with the other phone and its not being used, its saying ‘line busy’.  Anyone else having this problem?  And know what it is?  

Is anyone else experiencing issues with outgoing calls on iD Mobile? I have two lines in my name, both are affected, calls to UK landlines and mobiles fail in the same way (busy dialtone, call disconnects).I spoke to a Live Chat agent, they said I’d need to increase my bill cap, at which point, it looked like it would be waste of my and their time to continue the conversation, so I thought I’d check here to see if anyone else was in the same boat.
