Po przeniesieniu swojego numeru z poprzedniej sieci i aktywacji nowej karty SIM w sieci ID mam następujący problem: Kiedy dzwonię do kogoś to u rozmówcy wyświetla się mój numer który przeniosłem z poprzedniej sieci, ale kiedy wysyłam SMS to odbiorca dostaję wiadomość z innego numeru. Tego który był przypisany do karty SIM ID MOBILE przed przeniesieniem starego numeru. Czy ktoś wie o co chodzi? Czy ktoś może mi pomóc?

Why can we not see our usage in the app? Other providers show all the calls, text and data usage within the app including the current day. Can this not be implemented??. I currently have my children with 1p mobile  and I can see what number was called or text today  and the past either daily itemised or monthly summaries, what if any charges and what data was used and if charged. This helps keep REAL time  eye on spend and how much you are over the free data.

I am going to Switzerland how do I get cheap calls and data and how do I change my spend block which is on for zero pounds currently 

I want to keep my old number. My old number comes up when I call people, but not when I text them; when I text, my new number comes up. Can you change this so that my old number comes up instead? I have already used my PAC number to keep my old number, it's just that when I text, my new number comes up.

I'm unable to log into my account, it keeps saying 'your details do not match our records' when inputting my number, name and dob. Even though they are definitely correct. Is this the only way to get through to customer support??

Hi, I am travelling to the USA on 30th March until 20th April 2026. Am I able to use my phone and data with no extra charge or do I need to buy an add on? 

Is there a way to remove the recorded name part of the voicemail? The system won’t accept dead air as an answer, so the only other option is to make a random noise, I don’t want to provide someone calling me with a name or number just an automated ‘I can’t answer the phone leave a message’ etc.

For the past few days there has been a loss of signal, 4G/5G, in the ST8 Biddulph area. This has been reported on local forums and seems to be affecting the ID and three networks.Any known issues? Nothing is logged on the service checker

I’ve recently switched to ID and ported my number over from o2. since having my new phone and cannot get iMessage to work with my number. my number wont verify. when I send an iMessage the recipient is receiving it from my email address. I've tried everything to amend this scoured the internet for hours, watched countless videos and gone through all the motions, -reset network settings-re entered my number into messenger app-turned iMessage/Facetime on off (waited for an hour before turning it back on)-reset my phone-changed my Psim to an Esim-checked send and receive settings ( my number just says verifying so can’t be ticked just been getting the spinning disc of doom for the past 48 hours)-I've contacted customer support, just keep getting the same answers and getting sent round in some kind of twisted circle of tech instructionsThis is not my first rodeo, I know how things work and all iwant is the blue tick next to my numb

Is anyone else having problems with sim. I recieved my new phone but sim is still in old phone atm (need to get case and screen protector) and I have no service unless I use wifi calling. 

Finally they have admitted that they made a mistake with my phone trade in and accepted the trade-in and gave me the money I was owed. unfortunately it had to take 6 months of constant persistence of me persisting that they had clearly made the mistake about my phone and it's authentication. If I hadn't done this I would have never got the money that I was due.It should never be this way.

RCS chat still showing ID mobile number instead of transferred number. I have so far done all the suggestions listed and it is still showing the ID mobile number. HELP!
