I have an id account with 2 sims on it I want to change one of the sims into my husbands name. I have been given only a few months left to live so need to do this now

For a few weeks now I have been having issues with the app and website. Whenever I login the dashboard loads but everytime I can an option its constantly loading then just says oops something went, i can't view upgrade options, manage my plan! Its getting very annoying now I am sick of it!

Getting to the end of my wits now. I cannot access my account through ANY device since changing my email, I can however receive promotional garbage, bill information etc..but cannot receive password reset to enable me to access my account. I have contacted customer services 5 times and they confirm my new email is registered but still no password reset is sent. They have even passed it to their ‘technical department’ but still no access. I now believe iD to be in breach of contract as they alone are blocking my account access thus not providing service that i am paying for. Anyone help..? Oh and DONT mention the steps already taken..i.e clearing cache, restarting device etc as this has already been done

Firstly I am trying to set up my id mobile account but when it send out the security code it sends it to the new number I was given when I bought my phone. However, I have set up my new phone with my old number and I am still on my old provider contract. That means when the security code gets sent to the new number I don’t receive it.That is now stopping me from transferring the number from my old provider (O2) to iD Mobile.I have no idea what to do.

Trying to login to account but forgot password and whenever I try to reset it, I'm not receiving the passcode. This is not the first time I've had this problem and I can see online how common it is. Insane that this hasn't been fixed.Anyway can someone please help me gain access to my account?

So I was on a Vodafone contact and now I’ve changed over to Id mobile. When I message people some people it coming up with one number and some other people it coming up with another. I’m just very confused

I need to change my address for my upgrade but it sends a verification code to my number which I can no longer access as the phone is broken

I have paid for 200gb per month on a 24 month contract. It is made up of 150gb with 50gb loyalty bonus. When it didnt arrive my first month on the 24th i contacted customer service & they assured me it will be added automatically when the 150gb runs out. However my 150gb has now run out but the 50gb hasnt been added. The bot has not solved it & customer service is closed till 9am tomorrow? What am i supposed to do for the next 13 hours with no data? Stand outside a take away to get on the wifi which is what i am having to do to write this message? Come on id mobile at least deliver what customers have paid for.

I was told that my account would be upgraded to unlimited data when I switched deal last week. I simply had to put the order number across after selecting my upgrade . The assistant put everything through as stated and all seemed well but when I check my account balance today the allowance has not been updated . I should have unlined calls, data and texts and have roaming included in my new tariff . Please can I have confirmation on where I stand. I have a record of the complete conversation including the upgrade to unlimited  data if required .

my partner needs to change his home address but their is no option.please could somebody advise and there is no option on the app to do this.
