So the chatbot is no good for this.  I called to a customer today who informed me she had been receiving my text messages.  She showed me them. This lady is elderly and was worried. They were duplicate messages from another customer to me. Another strange thing is I tried to ring my voicemail and it was engaged. Surely this is only meant for me. Im going through a very messy divorce and other very private stuff. Surely this is a preach of data protection.

Any idea how I can completely disable that answer message function ?    The toggle in id mobile settings is switched off yet I’m still getting answer messages left on my phone from people.  I don’t want the function on at all.   What’s more frustrating is it won’t even allow me to listen to them.   123 dialling states the service is not available.   🤦🏻‍♂️ 

Hi I have had my sim only for around 10 years. i have a new phone and need my PUK code.I also want to upgrade my sim to 5G, how do i do this please? Steve Devereux 

Have downloaded ID app but can’t get one-time passcode to set up my account as I can only get messages from my existing iPhone number and not my new iPad number. Have tried to add it in via  Settings, Sign-in & Security, but same problem re non-receipt of one-time passcode. Any ideas?

I have no signal anymore.

My old phone number, call it ...345, was supposed to be transferred over on the 31st March. The new, temporary, phone number (call it ...789), was supposed to be temporary.My new phone (with the new SIM card) makes and takes calls on ...345, however all texts are going through my old phone (with my old sim card), regarding the number ...345.If I send a text or receive a text on my new phone, it uses the ...789 number. This is despite the message app on the new phone saying that it is using the ...345 number.This is also despite the many steps of troubleshooting I have gone through today with various chat agents. Moreover, I am also unable to add my phone number (...345 or ...789) to the ID Mobile app, due to the details being mis-matched?I don’t know what is going on in ID Mobile’s back-end, but it does not inspire confidence. Could somebody PLEASE shed some light on this tomfoolery going on at ID Mobi

So as stated on my previous post I’ve been getting extremely slow internet speeds over the past few days,  this has happened once in the past but seemed to be resolved.  However, after looking into this a little more deeply it seems that ID Mobile are restricting my data, is this legal?  as i subscribed to the contract understanding that within the uk the unlimited data was truly unlimited? I only use my phone to hotspot to my laptop for day to day business work and using streaming services for myself only, so not like i’m doing anything crazy.  I started using a VPN on my phone to test out my theory and  i am getting drastically improved speeds (still not the best like, but better than 0.5mbps).Has anyone else looked into this ? because i might dig a little deeper.  Seems like a lot of users may have been misled when taking out contracts. 

I left Id over two months ago on both SIM cards but now you are sending me messages saying that I still owe you money and it shows that my account is still active but I asked to leave ages ago

I am the business manager of a primary school. The previous manager set up an id mobile SIM years ago which we no longer want. We have no log in details at all for the account.I want to cancel the account following an issue where the sim went dead and we could not contact anyone to sort it out. We now have found another provider.How can I cancel the account? The previous account holder has tried, we can’t do anything. This is getting silly now.

I have two sim contracts for young people, both with the same billing address and email address. I can only see one on the account, how can I access the other? 

Every time I go into the app it shows the wrong data allowance on my plan.Ive spoken to customer service twice today and the first advisor said they'd change it there end,but that never happened and the second advisor told me to re install the app,I've done that and it's still wrong,is anyone else having this issue and have you found a way to sort it.Thanks.

Hi,A scam program has highlighted scams whereby the scammer ports your mobile number by fraudulently contacting your network provider and using stolen information to get your mobile number ported to a SIM card under their controlThis can then allow the scammers to receive codes sent over text messages, which many banks still do. How do ID Mobile protect customers from this? Thanks

SInce the upgrade of the ID Mobile App my mobile phone number is no longer recognised by the ID app. This I'm finding frustrating, I'm abroad often and need to keep tabs on my data usage. Even the 7777 number has stopped working. I have no online access to my account for upgrades, bolt ons or phone service. It's been over a year since ID promised to iron out mobile app issue.

Currently on 10gb per month plan and now can't use the phone as it has  come up with a  2gb warning limit. How do it get this sorted out.

It's now the following day and my number has not come over to ID. PAC code was used at transfer. I'm getting nervous now.Can someone within ID mobile check what is happening?

Why is my account blocked even though i pay direct debit every month for a service that i cannot access?Yes I live in Thailand but still need this service to access OPT's from the UK. 

My sim is in a router so I’m unable to receive a code on it (and I’m not currently in the same part of the country to go and physically take it out and put it into a phone). I have all my account details, how do I access my online account without needing a code sent to my mobile? Thanks. 

Can't access to my account probably it was my fault to open 2 accounts with same email address now i can't access the other one i would love to update the email but not getting any options for that need help

A good phrase for iD mobile is "What aload of Marlarkey"Just spent 40 minutes on the phone with 2 representatives explaining numerous times I wanted close my account. I ended the conversation saying how extortionate iD mobile is my contract ends 7July 2026 at a cost of £384.71, which includes the April increase, at the full term. Other companies I've been with O2 , Vodafone have in the past deducted 2 months from the term. But not iD , but also apply the annual increaseI left saying that'll cancel my direct debit but now realise I'll have to fork out a lump , Ive set a reminder to cancel on the 7 July 26.I have deleted the esim. the app, so I'll have no messages, no access to the phone number.I half expected a email but no, that's the only method to contact me, I'll probably delete that in couple of months or maybe not.Please delete my details/dataBye Ken

Iv been trying to turn off my adult content filter and it won’t work can you look into this please as I can access the sites I want to due to it not turning off iv tried several time waited the time it say and longer and still nothing

Hi I am in a new sim only plan with 120 GB of data. Under My plan both on the web and id app it shows my plan has a 1.5 GB data allowance. I reported it via chat but nothing has happened. I found other reports of similar nature here for 7 months or longer and the answer then was that the team were aware of this and working on a fix.  Has this not been fixed yet ? What is the problem that has lasted so long and is unfixable ?  Anything  that can be done about it ?thanks. 

I received a txt message yesterday regarding a PAC code and that my phone number is switching  even though I didn’t request this. I used ID mobile Chat to speak to an advisor to indicate I did not request this. It appears that my email address has been hacked and someone was trying to control my phone number for Fraud purposes. I was told that the PAC code was cancelled and my number was not changing.However this morning I got another txt saying ID mobile have received my switch request and my final bill will be issued the day after my disconnection.  I now have no access to my phone and someone else on a different network is using my number. Firstly I am upset that I have chatted to 3 different individuals on the chat and none were of any help with 2 of them saying the PAC transfer was cancelled when this was not the case.I now need another SIM card so that I can continue to use my phone on the Plan that I am subscribed to. Can anyone help get me a new sim card

Hi, I can’t find a human to help me here.  I have just joined ID Mobile and transferred my old phone number using PUK etc.  So now my original ID Mobile number is gone and I can’t receive phone calls or texts to that number (and I don’t want to).  The problem is that I want to set up my account with ID Mobile and that requires a one time passcode to be sent to the original number (that doesn’t work).  Can someone in ID Mobile send the OTP to my new number?
