I just  got sim and I tried to set it up and I needed OTP number which is not coming through despite receiving text message from friends. There is no contact number for customer service and I don’t what to believe I have made a wrong choice in choosing ID mobile unlike my last provider that you can put calls through for help. I chat up someone and I was told the technician will get back to me within 48hrs. Today make it 7days after and still waiting. Please I need help because I don’t have extra money to pay If I can’t manage my spending and I go over my limits

please can i check that i have ended my contract for mobile number. I requested a code and screenshot this but I would like to know when I will get my final bill and the amount

Hi,My mobile number ending in 751 is on a new contract with unlimited data, texts, and calls. Before that, I had 60GB, and originally a few years ago it started at 30GB, which used to renew automatically with extra data.I’ve just received a text from iD saying my out-of-plan cap of 30GB has been reached, and now I can’t use any data. It says I have to wait 11 days for renewal.Please could you reset this as soon as possible? I work for the NHS and need my phone urgently. Many thanks 

I have been trying to access my account all week. On the app it tells me I encountered and error whenever i try to log in. On the laptop it allows me to log in however, within less than a second it redirects me to the log in page. When I click to log in again, the page refreshes its self. I have attempted to find the chat to get support. I have enabled pop ups and I still can find it anywhere. I have changed my password and uninstalled and installed the app already. I really need some advice on how to gain access to my account or an alternative way to get in touch with customer servicesThank you

I signed up through the money saving expert deal, expecting to receive am Amazon gift card. I waited the 120 days, sent an enquiry to the third party voucher teamand was told I had to wait another 20 days. I enquired again after this time and was told that my order had not been tracked and I wouldn't be getting the gift card. I am very frustrated as cannot get in touch with anyone to chase this. However, I noticed I don't have a mobile data and when I logged in the app it says the plan is disconnected. I've used my own credentials and I'm not sure what's happening here. Can you please help?

Hello, I can make calls and use data, but I cannot receive SMS on my iPhone 15. I tried to reset my network settings, but it wasn't helpful. What I have to do?

My ESim has been deactivated so I have had to get a physical SIM. I am unable to register this SIM as I am unable to log into my id account. There seems to be two problems, one is that my number isn't recognised and I get a 'oops something has gone wrong' message, or I get stuck in a loop where it takes me the the Get Started page over and over. I am also unable to access the live chat. I am without a phone that I am paying for. It is very very frustrating. 

I'm trying to register my details on the app having recently transferred to ID mobile. My number gas successfully transferred but my details are not recognised on thr app. I have tried numerous times, each time ensuring I have added the correct information. Please advise a way forward.  

I have three phone contracts linked (one mine and one each for my kids).  When Iog in, I can see the details for one of the phone’s (my daughter’s) and billing for the other two but not the contract details and upgrade options?

I have set up an account for my daughter. She used pac data and transferred to her old number. All texts go to her ID mobile number that she doesn’t use so she can’t see them. She can’t even set up her ID app because verification code goes to the number ID gave her, which she doesn’t use. What can she do to rectify the issue? Thanks

I cannot log into the ID mobile App as it won't recognise my transferred number, only the number that came originally with the phone, so it wants to send the 6 digit verification number to the wrong phone number. 2 live chats, a network restore and a reboot have not solved the problem. How can I get the App to recognise my phone number?

Hello.i cancelled my account at 02 and sent you the PAC number they sent me.I cancelled the direct debit with 02 only to receive a message from 02 asking why I’d cancelled as my account with them is still active.phone calls later, they say you haven’t sent the PAC number to them so they can cancel.they’ve sent me a new PAC.please advise Thanks.

However, I haven’t seen any confirmation or reference to this referral on either the Klarna or iD Mobile site.It’s unclear whether either of us will actually receive the promised reward, and I’m now hesitant to refer anyone else under the scheme. Just relocated from the US to UK. Bought a SIM (because I had to buy the phone outright as didn’t have much UK credit) so I’m only on a monthly contract, but things have been so awful, right from the beginning.I’m on an iPhone and I still have my US one, with my US number.
