When I switched to ID in November 2023, I chose to keep my mobile number from before. However, since then, I have had issues where my outgoing calls show up as the number that ID gave me, but I can still receive calls on the number I wanted from before.  This was a bit of an issue, however I lived with it. But now I can’t receive text confirmation codes from companies 50% of the time. It will recognise my number but I won’t get a text through.  any ideas on how to solve this?

When my contract reaches it's end date what happens because my phone will be paid offSo what happens to my bill, no one has got in touch 

My husband passed in August and he took out my mobile phone contract and managed it for me.ID mobile told me that they are not able to transfer an account to another user. They told me via email that they would need to convert the number to a PAYG number to end the contract and that this would take some time:Reyhaan said:“We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused your mother. I have requested the number be converted to pay as you go. This process will take a maximum of 48 business hours. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.”I agreed for the tranfer to go ahead. It’s now been a week and the transfer hasn’t happened. Live chat handlers are saying they can’t help and we’ve emailed to say the transfer isn’t working but so far are getting no reply. I need network to be able to port my mobile numbe out. I need to be able to use my mobile phone number as part of 2-step verification for things like my governm

WHATSAPP ISSUES Any suggestions on how I can get past this error message?!! The whatsapp support is useless it’s all AI bots that just give you routine answers don’t actually listen to the issue and I cannot seem to get in contact with an actual person.  The voice call option also doesn’t work for me, the closest I’ve got is a call with 1 of the 6 digits🤦🏼‍♀️

Im looking to update my iphone soon. I currently use an e-sim, will that transfer to the new iphone when i set up or will i need a new e-sim. 

I’ve just upgraded to a new eSIM after having a physical sim for a number of years. How do I port my old number over and cancel the old physical sim?  I have an Samsung S21 Ultra. 

Hi Ive transferred to ID with a new IPhone 16 Pro from O2 on a personal line - I have also added in a second business Sim to my phone on Vodafone which is working fine. i can make calls on my Primary (ID) line and use data, but incoming calls are answered with ‘number unobtainable’ and I cannot send texts on my ID line - I can receive them though as evidenced from my text from ID this morning.   reading similar issues leads me to think I am experiencing a split port and therefore need ID tech team to help. i have already spoken to customer support and been through the usual hoops to reset the phone / network settings etc and advised the tech team would contact me in  48 hours  which had been and gone.could this be raised with the ID tech team to investigate and resolve please? ps sorry about the typo in the title which I can’t amend.  Text to small for me to read properly!! thanks

Hi, I unsuccessfully tried to install an Airalo eSim. (This did work for my husband with the same phone and also with iD mobile but not for me. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A54 5g. ).  During 2 hours worth of back and forth with Airalo their helpline instructed me to turn off my primary Sim to see if that would be successful , it wasn't and in addition i am unable to turn my Sim back on even with their assistance.  The Sim card works in another phone, just not in mine. I am abroad at the moment and piggy backing from my husbands mobile hotspot. I've tried all the usual things to no avail.   At present my phone tells me there's no Sim. In Settings - Connections- I no longer have the Mobile Networks link for data roaming etc.  In addition when you insert the Sim and turn the phone on. After a few seconds a notification indicates that there is no Sim. Yet in Sim Manager it initially indicates that there is an 'unknown Sim' this in

Hello All,Im currently with id mobile on sim only plan and Im considering to upgrade however the same phone with id if I upgrade through carphone warehouse it works around £500 cheaper than upgrading through the id app. The question is here if i choose the carphone warehouse plan which is with ID mobile plan that is £500 cheaper than the same plan if i upgrade through the app, How do i get to keep my existing number that i have with ID on my existing plan to migrate to the new plan?

I have just received my new SIM card and when I put it in my phone, the signal bars are grey  (no signal). I don’t know whats wrong with the SIM card, please advise Thank you  

If I go into my phone settings my phoneservice provider is still showing as my previous provider which was O2. I have been with Id mobile for 14 days now and thought it would have changed to Id by now. I have restarted the phone several times and reinserted the sim card but no change.  Will my phone be running at its best like this on on settings?Thanks if anyone can help clarify this please 

I recently moved to iD from Sky, after damaging my old phone on holiday which rendered the SIM tray and charging port useless. I ordered a new phone and plan, obtaining my PAC number from Sky at point of purchase. On switch over day, nothing happened. I restarted the phone several times, and nothing. And at this point, my old phone completely died and will no longer charge.I cannot log in to my emails or banking apps because they require two-step authentication, which sends a code to my SMS....the same one I can't access until it switches over. I waited a day until contacting iD, who were very helpful and said it had already been escalated due to the delay, that they have been chasing up Sky about it because they don't appear to have released the port across. Another 2 days pass and nothing. This time I contact Sky, who tell me that they can see a PAC code was sent, but that my Sky account is still active which can only mean that the code has essentially not bee

I lost my phone but managed to retrieve it after someone found it. ID blocked my sim and blacklisted the handset when I reported it lost. I’ve had three live chats with customer support where they assure me the handset is off the blacklist and to restart my phone in an hour. It is still blacklisted more than 48 hours after requesting to unblock it. How do I get this dealt with?

I have bought a new eSIM from ID Mobile and have been provided with a QR code for it now. However I have stipulated a transfer date of my existing number from EE later this month so I can wait for my current billing month with EE to end. Can I to wait to activate my ID mobile eSIM till the date my existing phone number ports over from EE? ie. Does the eSIM QR stay valid for the next few weeks while I close out my EE contract?

Hi, my partner ordered a new phone for our daughter, same number, 100GB data. Next day he cancelled it and I ordered her one with a new number and unlimited data. The phone arrived and has the old number, and when we activated it, my partner, not me, got an email. The bill is for the amount he was to pay on the order he cancelled, still has the old number that he cancelled but somehow his plan is now unlimited data, which is what I ordered! His plan was £27 for 100GB but is now saying £27 unlimited. I have spent 2 hours on the live chat and they can't see a problem and Carphone warehouse are saying that my order number was delivered.  So, basically, correct model of phone, wrong number,associated with wrong person. We are both paying for one phone! This is complicated I know, but can anyone advise?

I was in the process of trying to get my phone to send text messages and now I’ve deleted my eSIM. How can I get it back onto my phone? 

After countless emails back and forth with the gift cloud team we are still outstanding one of two gift vouchers due after 2 family members signed up for ID mobile SIM cards.Last week (end August) one of the vouchers finally arrived (we signed up on 11 March) and since then the gift cloud team are not replying to our messages.  How can one of the vouchers be finally sorted and the other not?  We have supplied all the relevant information required for both. To reiterate: we are still outstanding a second gift voucher as per the terms and conditions of the purchase we made back in March of this year, over 5 months ago. Please can someone sort this ASAP?  This is not endearing us to stay with ID mobile. We shouldn't have to spend this much time waiting for what we signed up for. Thank you  

I ordered an eSIM for a second handset but the QR code simply went to a Thales webpage i got a text message yesterday saying my sim activation is in progress and I’d get a text once complete but I haven’t heard anything what should I do? Any advice welcome
