Hi iD Mobile Team,I’ve accidentally deleted my eSIM from my iPhone, which means I can no longer receive text messages to verify my login.I need to reinstall my eSIM and restore service as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I can’t log in to my iD account, as it requires an SMS code to the deleted SIM.Could you please: Reissue my eSIM QR code (or reactivate my existing eSIM) and Send the QR code or activation link to my registered email address on file? I’m happy to verify my identity using account details, billing address, or payment method if required.Thank you for your help — I’d appreciate it if this could be expedited, as I currently have no mobile service.Kind regards,James ParryP.S. I tried the live chat and that just sent me to the app, in a never ending loop.

Ive had my Samsung Glaxy S25 after an update in April 2026.Its been absolutely great….until the update Ui 8.5Since I updated the phone immediately stopped recognising the SIM card.the phone got incredibly warm, apparently this is normal when the phone searches for a SIM card on a loop and cannot find it…...After speaking to many ID agents I was told to get a new SIM card and after about an hour all was good.A few weeks later I decide to clear the phones cache as it was a bit sluggish with some apps and restarted the phone last weekAgain the phone immediately didn't recognise the SIM card and thus had no text messaging or calls, except through wireless. After speaking to countless ID agents, some of which were pretty bad, I decided to switch on airplane mode for an extended period and I notice the phone recognised my SIM card and the mobile phone number again but obviously can't use the sim for texts or calls.I was told they would send me an E Sim but after several failed attempts the ga

my number doesn’t work i don’t receive messages and it says i have two different numbers

Just joined iD. Firstly My calls often go straight to voicemail without ringing. No option to reject, answer and put other caller on hold if I’m on another call. I get a text message to say I have voicemails but no call log as missed call in recents, so I don’t have the number of who called me unless I call voicemail and write it down. I call voicemail and it asks if I want standard business days and hours. I don’t want any business hours. I want it to ring all the time. I have not changed any of my phone settings. It was all fine when with o2.

I lost my SIM and have a replacement SIM from Currys, how do I activate it to have the same number as my old SIM
