I purchased add on roaming, and not working 

HiHas anyone had experience of the roam beyond service in Japan? 

Are Add-ons the monthly price, eg. 6GB data for 12 months = £15. Is it £15 per month over and above the plan price? Thanks

The link I received on welcome email for free Apple Music doesn’t work. Tried it on multiple devices and browsers and I still get the same error message.Any suggestions?

Hello, I’m trying to cancel a payment for a rest of the world add on that I signed up for last August. It keeps being added to my bill each month, but I’m not selecting it. On the website it says “Fancy a boost in a country not covered in our 50 free roaming destinations? Get extra data with add-ons that last from 1 day to 10 days. We recommend purchasing a Roam Beyond add-on before you travel to avoid out-of-plan charges.” So I don’t understand how it has been added to my bill for so long. A customer service agent on the live chat would not tell me the expiry date of my add on. Am I stuck with this charge indefinitely? Thank you!

I have paid £20 for extra add on to use data in Turkey but I am not able to use any unless I connect to wifi I need to be able to have data to send messages and calls

Hi,I've arranged a loyalty add-on of 50GB over the phone when renewing my contract.I requested an email confirmation so I could have it in writing.The advisor told me I would receive the email soon but I haven't received anything.What can I do?

HiWhen I have used all the data in my monthly plan the id mobile app doesn't work and I can't access the my id website. The only way I can buy an add on is to go somewhere where there is WiFi, then the app works. Never used to be like this something's wrong here.
