I’ve been charged £41.67 on the ‘uk’ line of my bill and have no idea what this is for. Can anyone tell me? Thanks

I am in Peru and I have been doing my data add one because of the roaming charges and data. I am expected to spend approximately £45 on this whilst I am here, however I also still have a charge for using data outside of this plan on my statement. Hope the title explains, I sent off my phone for Trade In on the 27th of April, tracked with Royal Mail. They say it was delivered 28th of April. No communications what so ever. Appalled.

If I am travelling to Rome Italy and staying for 5 nights do I need to add anything to be able to use my data there?

I have just joined ID Mobile.I am unable to install the app on my phone as my phone is a Android that has been altered.I have setup my voicemail mailbox and people have left me voicemail.I am finding I can only listen to the first message and then it returns to the main menu.I am unable to hear any further messages or unable to delete the first message by pressing 7.Please advise

Hi, I had a Samsung tablet as a free gift, it’s just done an update and now no longer turns on. Do I need to send it back for a replacement or can I take it to Curry’s to get it fixed/replaced? Also, if I do take it to Curry’s, what do I need to take with me? I’ve tried all the button reset things, tried connecting it to my laptop but none of this works.

I’m travelling to the US for a few days, I have an Oppo Find X2 Pro that is not eSim compatible, so looking for the next best option to use google maps on my mobile. I have read in places T-mobile (USA) works on an Oppo Find X2 Pro but due to using different bands I might only be able to achieve 3G or maybe 4G in certain places. My question is, if I purchase an the Go Beyond add-on from ID mobile for the US, would i have the same problems as I think it would use T-mobile or AT&T? TIASLD
