Right, please bare with me as I don't know an awful lot about data etc!I've been at my sister's and didn't realise she had NO internet so I've used all my data!I've brought add on of £10 for extra data BUT nothings happened. What do I have to do to up get the extra data I've brought? Can you ever speak to a human being?
