ID mobile is an absolute scam
They get you in with low prices just to provide you with possibly the worst internet I’ve ever had on a phone since I had the original iPhone. It’s ridiculously slow and it’s actually taking the mick now. I switched from 02, having fallen for their trap that they use Three, and it’s the fastest coverage etc etc, only to realise I’ve been played and I’m now tied into a 24 month long contract with a hardly usable phone whilst my girlfriend sits next to me with lightning fast connection. Meanwhile, there isn’t a single person I can contact from ID to help me as they don’t provide any support service to save even more money and hope you just forget about it. It’s a JOKE. I’ll be plastering this everywhere on all socials and making sure this goes to the very top of curry’s. This is illegal.

Cant receive calls (at all including wifi)
Hi Samsung s21 fe had an update yesterday since then I cannot receive any inbound calls, I've checked all settings, rebooted and searched for answers online to no avail. This isn't a local area issue was in London yesterday, Chesterfield today and no difference. Please help as this is my only method of being able to be contacted and is very frustrating!

Making a call shows “Calling Mobile”
Hi and thanks in anticipation for your assistance. My wife and I have had ID Mobile SIMs for a couple of years, but more recently, more and more people tell us we aren’t answering calls - and our phones don’t even ring. Occasionally the first we will know is when we get a voicemail. Secondly on 8 out of 10 outgoing calls, nothing happens. The phone (iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro) just says “Calling Mobile” for about 30-60 seconds, and then says “Call Failed”. I’ve redialled 20 times or more, but still it never connects. It happens particularly when we are at home, even though we have strong home WiFi, and the phones are both set to WiFi Calling. Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks again.

No signal is appaling. new customer. new sim, problem with sim card?
I'm a new ID customer only had it 6 days, coming across from EE. Much more expensive but constant 4G signal. Despite the Three network coverage saying I would get l good indoor and outdoor signal at home, it's really really not. I get a symbol saying H or H+. This is disgusting. The price i pay for this is not acceptable. My postcode stated good inside and out. My partner who is also has id mobile soesnt have any of these problems hers is constantly 4G. I have put the phones next to each other and she has a signal and i dont. I have a brand new Samsung S24 plus and yet appalling signal. Could it be the sim card considering my partner has absolutely no issues with signal? Can I get another sim card in case this is faulty? It's not workable at the moment. Thanks Dan.

Hi all, I recently signed up to 3 sim only deals for myself my wife and my son. when adding these to an online id account either web version or app it lets me add 2 plans but the 3rd continues to say details are not recognised. does anyone know how I correct this? thank you

Same email address for two accounts but can only access one
I have the same email address for 2 ID mobile accounts/phone numbers, I added both numbers to the one account. Now one of the numbers has been removed from the account, I can only re add it with a verification text to that number which is not possible. I am abroad and I was advised by ID mobile that they have roaming in this country, which they do not. I am now unable to access my account and need to somehow get PAC numbers for both of my phone numbers under the same account as I need to transfer to a company who is able to provide roaming in our current destination for business purposes. I hope that makes sense? Any help would be much appreciated.

I am unable to access my account and view my bills when I put in my phone number email and date of birth it says the details do not match my account, I need to access my bills so that I can invoice my clients this is very frustrating I have always accessed before

Didn’t change my plan
Bit of a weird one, so it completely slipped my mind that I was ready for an upgrade 10 months ago, I got an email telling me but I’m guilty of not clicking onto it and reading, so I didn’t change my plan to sim only or upgrade, so therefore I’ve been paying the full package (as if I’m still paying for the phone rather than just the sim) for the past 10 months. Do I have a leg to stand on for a refund?

trouble receiving and calling
I am having trouble receiving and making calls. WhatsApp is fine, iMessages are fine but if someone calls me it’s calling at their end but nothing at mine. Not even a missed call notification. When I try to ring out, nothing, no ring or anything. I have had the phone for a year so not a new phone or sim

Can you help me. As I can’t seem to transfer my original number from Sky which I have tried 3 times with a PAC code every time I then get a text saying it will transfer on x day and then never does. what should I do now? many thanks

EU roaming problems
Hi I have a new 2 year contract that works fine in England but on roaming in Spain I have not received Rate Advice and cannot receive calls(from home) . Roaming is turned on on my Apple SE 13 and on the app and portal I’ve reset network services. Booted my phone. Used all the network providers that are in the ID lists. Changed settings for 4G and 5G . My husbands phone also on ID roams fine I swapped sims with husband but neither phone would receive calls …. Confusing. I spent a long time on 3 x chats to live chat who encouraged me to repeat all the above tests Three months ago we were staying in the same house with the end of my ee contract and the ee roaming was fine

I have bought ID sim card. I sent my pac code to save my old number. I'm having problems with the number as the ID number is showing up and not my old number when I send messages and calling . I received a text saying everything had been moved over 5days ago.

Voicemail Message Keeps Getting Reset
I like to have a personalised voicemail call answer message, so my customers know when I am and am not available. Nearly every month, this resets itself back to the standard ‘Sorry ##### can’t take your call’. Is there a reason why this happens as it’s not helpful, as I don’t know it’s changed unless someone tells me. Thanks.
