I have received a message that I have used my data but it appears that I have already been charged extra for going over my allowance before i received the txt, why is this? I have added a 6GB add on but realised I could change my plan and have more data. Can I cancel this and change my plan? 

I am getting spam no caller IDs and I’ve been told I can contact my network provider to track the call so I can take it to the police, is this possible?It’s gotten to a point where I have to keep my phone on DND to stop these calls coming through throughout the day and the night. When I say spams- I mean about 30-50 calls per hour. When I answer, it’s silence. I feel like I’m being harassed and I don’t know what to do. I can’t block unknown calls because I need to take work phone calls so I’m completely stuck. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks.I just need to know if it’s possible to trace these calls so that I can take it to the police. Thank you!

I have been getting random phone calls from other people. I just phoned back one of the numbers and it was someone who said I had phoned them first. Im not sure if this means that someone us somehow using my number? 

How can i change my number i just make a contract to ID mobile and i need to change the number Can i contact costumer service or wchich number can i call.

I have a strange problem to report. I have a Samsung android A25 5G phone fully up-to-date android software. I have successfully blocked a phone number on the device however I am still getting voicemails from that blocked number being delivered to my voicemail. I would’ve thought that blocking the number would have completely blocked all communications from a blocked number.  Perhaps something needs to be done on the voicemail server as well? I don’t know? Is this normal?

Hi there, 2 new issues. 1- hubby changed his iPhone contract 2 days ago from a firm one to a private/individual one via Lebara (stayed on the same network = Vodafone). Now I can't call him and  he can't call me either! He can call everybody else but me. What is going on? Before he went to his new contract we had no issue whatsoever. 2- my daughter can no longer call me either but nothing has changed on her contract. It's telling her that I have a forwarding number but when I went to check, there is no forwarded number on the phone settings so again, what is happening? I can call her but she cannot call me! I have checked all the numbers, they are the correct ones, I have restarted my phone at least 5 times but it didn't make any difference. What can you suggest? Thank you.

Im unable to make calls but certain networks can call me like those on 3, people on Vodafone and EE cannot call me and I can't call them.

PUK code. Does the card that holds the sim (credit card size) hold the puk code. The first 8 related to I.D. is the last 8 the PUK code ? NOT PAC CODE CHEERS

For two days now I have not been able to receive calls. I’ve had people calling me on WhatsApp asking if I’ve blocked them. I recently joined ID mobile and think this is a disgrace, seems as though no one has been made aware of this issue and given any information about when it will be fixed.

whenever I click the link to start my Apple Music free 3 months I get an error message stating the UID Is missing or incorrect. Apple TV link worked ok. I have tried on another device but same issue

I cannot make or recive calls when not at home connected to my wifi. Only emergency calls are available. I am using a Samsung Phone.

i have unlimited data, however, i want to find out how much data i have actually used..  as when i renew contract i may downgrade to 500gb data.  to save money

 Contributor just now  Status Checker says all is ok when I can’t make or receive calls. Agent chat which is very difficult to get too anyway suggests switching off clean sim etc etc. still not wifking but elsewhere on ID says calls between EE and ID not working.  WHY DOESN’T AGENT KNOW THIS AND PASS IT ON !  Also you should say EE AND BT LANDLINE.

Today I find that IDMobile has a new app/webpage and I need to reregister?  Anyone else seen this?When I create a password it gives me an error saying it must not contain my name or email address, which it doesn't! 

Hi I’ have used the link and logged in to get the offer at the weekend, I screen grabbed this before confirming in Apple page, first payment due in 22nd Oct. This weekend I got a Google Play email telling me my 7 day trial ends tomorrow and I will need to pay monthly subscription. I’ve just spent 1 hour with Apple given them all my screen grabs, copy of the ID email etc, they say nothing to do with them. You need 24 hours notice to cancel, so tomorrow I’ll be paying for a subscription that was supposed to be free, I’ve now lost the evening with the children trying to sort this mess out.
