Unlimited minutes but unable to make calls
Ihave unlimited minutes but currently I can't make calls because it tells me I have reached my limit. I've Sennen just bought 200 minutes as an add on and it still doesn't work?! Very frustrating!

Mobile phone unable to make or receive calls
I have two mobile phones on my account with id mobile, my phone has a 4G Sim, my wife’s has a 5G Sim. We have never had any previous issue with our mobile phone service. Yesterday 11/09/24 my wife informed me that she was unable to make or receive calls from her mobile. My phone is working fine it has a 4G Sim, my wife has a 5G Sim. She still has internet access, emails are working , text messages , Whatspp etc are all fine and working as normal. I tried all of the suggested solutions, reset the phone , checked and removed the Sim, nothing has changed. We have not altered any of the phone settings. Is there a problem with the 5G Sim ? any advice would be gratefully received. Failing this a trip to Currys may be required.

why is my data usage increased so much on ID mobile compared to my previous EE data when i use the phone the same
I have only been with Id mobile for a couple of weeks and have burned through 100gb of data already! I was on EE for years with only 5gb of data and never went over, I am not using my phone any differently at all, so I am really confused and worried about the extra charges for being over my data allowance!

Cancel or wait?
I needed a mobile for my wife in hospital. I found an old Samsung phone & signed up with iD. Unfortunately, the phone is too old! Solution: swap SIM with my phone which is o2 & is good on the old network till 2025. Problem: I have about £35 of credit on o2. Once she’s out of hospital & I swap my old SIM back, am I better to keep the iD contract unused till I’ve cleared my credit & swap beck & transfer the number, or cancel my iD contract till then & then get a new one?

Trade up received...
Sent s23 fe, as part of promo for an extra £75. Paid extra for special delivery. Tracked as received on 5th September. Haven't had any contact from ID/Currys etc to confirm receipt of phone or confirm payment. Emailed the trade up email Monday morning...no response. Tried currys live chat, can't help. Nobody willing to discuss and live chat bot only refers to the trade up email. I have completed the promotion form before sending do not worried about that. When will ID/Currys confirm receipt and confirm valuation? What's the agreed turnaround time of this which is conspicuously absent from any documentation or website.

very low signal
Hi ! I wonder if anyone experienced same issues. With signal, I have a iPhone 15 and since three days ago there is only one bar out of 4 on my 5G .. I can’t use it to connect my laptop and looks like support network here is not very helpful … what should I do ?

I’m in USA and phone blocked as it says I have met a £45 roaming cap. I have set my cap to £75 and also my account is £20 in credit. Please rectify

finding my usage.
Why can't I find my usage and why when it rollers over does it not keep adding up. I have had this account for about 5 months now, I know my usage is very low. However, it never rolls over past 16 g. Why is that.

I joined just last week and was told that my old mobile no would be brought over to the phone on `10 September Now ive checked and my old no has come up on my new phone now here lies the problem when switch my old no over after giving puk code-which was filled online now my old no is on 2 phones Can someone help me get the old line disconnected. Why is this day you can talk to customer services I much prefer talking to someone it looks like the good old days have gone

the service i have received so far is bad
I don’t know where to begin. Firstly the charger Port when charging keeps getting disconnected. Secondly, when I try to make a phone call it’s disconnected and wants me to call back and then the same happens. Thirdly, during the phone call we cannot hear one another because of the line making noises before it disconnects. I don’t know if this is because the phone is new with 5G data service or if I got the wrong phone meaning I was scammed with this phone because a lot of things doesn’t add up or makes sense to me is getting weird even when I turn on and off the data. Please help me with this ? should I return the phone or has this happened to someone else before? Please reply immediately either on my email or text me. Early upgrade but cant choose phone I want
So, I'm able to upgrade early from today, but the phone I want isn't showing up, but I can start a new contract? I'd like to upgrade to a Motorola Edge 50 Ultra but only the pro is showing up. Why cant I upgrade to the Ultra?

pixel 8 sensitive screen
My Google pixel 8 has been fine up to recently. However, all of a sudden it has started to pocket dial. If I turn on the lock screen before I pocket it, when I unlock it it has attempted to unlock with a multitude of characters. Does anyone have any ideas if there is a quick fix for this please?

I have recently switched, Kept my number. I can make calls which shows as my number, can text or use WhatsApp but no-one can call me, why and how do I resolve please?
