I received an email after I closed my account and my final bill is £-4.74. The email states that negative balance means I'm owed money back. When checking my account, the bill shows amount due is £4.74 Should I pay or wait to get paid back?

Is it possible to suspend my account for a few months as I use it to power the wifi router in my caravan. Won’t be using it again until April 2026. Would save cancelling and reapplying next year.

I do not seem to have any documentation with my invoice number. Can you help?

I cant believe you charge £25 to change my phone number why ? when most other companies allow you to change it at least once free well this has made up my mind to move once my contract is up as 1 I can get cheaper plans 2 with better coverage 3 with more inclusive things like mms inc picture messages that are free so once again ridiculous fee to change number

Purchased a Pixel 10 which had a promo offer of an extra £200 when trading in your old handset. Received the initial payment of £80 but not the extra bonus of £200. Contacted the trade up team but had no response

Earlier today, I submitted a question regarding roaming, and received a call from customer service. After a long call (30+ minutes) things appeared to be resolved..And then, around 7pm, after the contact number has closed, I received an email advising that some of my settings had changed…I immediately logged in and to my horror it showed that not only had my bill cap been increased from £0 to £25, but my contract has changed completely…I DID NOT agree to this, and I want to revert to my old contract immediately. The customer service rep tried to encourage an upgrade to a new phone.. I refused as I want my existing deal, sim only. Please contact me as soon as possible.Malcolm Preen

I have not received promotional trade in payment for the Google Pixel 10 Pro. I have emailed tradeuphelp@currys.co.uk but have not received a reply. Does anyone know any information which might help?

Used the App to increase my bill cap (limit any extra usage charges) from £5 to £12 and noticed it put the extra £7 straight on my next bill. I wasn’t expecting that - I haven’t incurred any extra charges and may not but wanted to increased it to cover receiving banking texts when traveling in NZ. Is this normal or a glitch?

My bill due tomorrow on 10th but I won't Hve the money till Wednesday the 15th

I set up a SIM-only deal for my sister when she was visiting from New Zealand two years ago. She visited again this year, but no longer needs the SIM for use in the UK. Until recently I paid this by direct debit (at £6.00 a month it was cheaper to keep it going!)The phone [SIM] is physically in New Zealand and has never been linked to my App.I wanted to cancel the SIM, but could find no information on how to do this, and cancelled the direct debit. This brought about an email from ID mobile and I then spent an inordinate length of time on the website to cancel the Mobile number account. Surely I can’t be the only person on the planet to have more than one mobile phone with the same provider?? However this seemed to cause a lot of confusion.Eventually (after 90+ minutes on “Live Chat”) I was able to schedule cancellation/disconnection.Yesterday I received a ‘Reminder’ email saying that there was an outstanding balance which needed to be paid (having had no communication since my “Live C

Hi.I've currently experiencing some financial problems. I don't use this sim anymore or need it, I still have the balance of the phone to pay off. I want to discuss my options for payment arrangements but feel like I'm hitting a brick wall.I'm in a bit of a vulnerable state at the moment so don't feel I could discuss over the phone. I've been on live chat but they don't seem to understand what I'm wanting. I just want someone to help and discuss my options. Is there an email address I can contact at all?

Hi. Got answer to my last question.  I want to sell my mobile as not for me! But would music magpie and other mobile buyers know it's contract? With O2 for instance it's on a database they can check. Thanks!

received an outstanding balance email today from ID but my bank account shows I've paid the months bill already. about a month ago i saw i had two direct debits connected to ID mobile but i only have one plan for one phone, so i cancelled one. overall just confused about this second set of billing, can't find info about it anywhere on my account.

Hi there. I’m sorry I think I’ve seemed to miss my payment date last month and I stupidly haven’t noticed. This month how ever I’ve been made redundant and am unable to pay my bill. I’m assured that my redundancy money is on its way and I have a new job that I start next Monday. I am unable to pay at this moment in time but I will be paying as soon as I am able to. Can I pause my bill until I’m able to pay so my phone doesn’t get switched off as if my phone is off then I don’t have a way of contacting my new employer or my old employer to finish my redundancy claim

Hi, I have multiple android phones, all have 1p mobile sims in them, I want to move them all to iD mobile, I can't seem to be able to order more than one sim at a time, so it will be time consuming doing it one at a time. I have just ordered one iD mobile sims, however it took me ages to do, problems with the browser and having to contact my bank, before I could sort it all out. So my question is, is there a way to order more than one sim of the same type, at the same time (so I have multiple sims in my basket at once)? If so, I can check them all out in one go, hopefully reducing the problems that I have in buying multiple sims. Thanks for any help.

Hello, I’m really sorry to inform you that I won’t be able to pay the bill this month… I really need a phone to work… my wife passed way last week in other country.. and I need as much money as I can to take her body back here.. can I pay the bill next month with the other one?…  kind regards Adam

Hi i am a vunerable customer and nee dmy fone to access my medical information and my fone is due to be disconnected tomorrow I need an extension until the 13th October please

Hi. I was told I would be refunded for the time the network was down in June. So far I can’t see any credit on my account. Can you refund me please? I was told by one of your operatives that we would get refunded.

As the title says, I paid for 10gb of roaming data but have been charged standard rate which are insanely expensive. My 10gb is still 10gb and wont even connect to internet which has badically ruined my trip because I cant access maps. My standard data allowance is currently 197gb.So despite having roaming data I've been charged. This is the last straw with Id network, its poor coverage as it is and its add ons that don't work. Can I get my bill reduced, its cost me £114 in a day!?

I need to change my payment details

Hello, Any advice for this issue please?I am in the British Army and have been posted to the US for 2 years. I have approx 12 months left on my contract which was for Pixel 9 Pro and includes minutes/data.I called ID and explained this, and said I was obviously happy to keep paying back my phone, but could they pause the "SIM" usage charges. They said it was not possible. They're a member of the Armed forces covenant so it was a bit dissapointing as I'll now be paying to use a UK.phome for a minimum of 12 months while I'm not here.Any tips? Thanks
