How do I cancel my contract, if I have lost my sim, never used it and don't have an online account for this phone number. I do have an active account for a different plan but want to cancel this one.

I bought my phone back in December but still haven't received my Currys gift card. When will I get this?

I have an esim as i live between countries (i have a british esim and a french physical sim, so i cannot switch to a physical sim). I cannot use my 4g services despite restarting my phone MANY times, changing network provider and then re selecting ID MOBILE (occasionally this will work but for 5 seconds before the 4g disappears again). I also am having trouble making calls and sending texts. I own an iphone 11 please please can someone help, i’ve been without signal for a week and can’t find a human to phone and resolve my problem. p.s. I have 198gb of data left to use and unlimited texts and calls and am up to date with payments  

My monthly payment according to the app and my contract is £15 yet I am still being charged £16.could someone explain?ThanksJohn

I’ve just signed up for iD Mobile’s £16 pcm Unlimited Data deal for mobile wifi. I’ve replaced the SIM card issued by my previous service provider (Vodafone) in the MiFi dongle with the one from iD Mobile and I have an internet connection, but when I check my PC’s Network & Internet settings, it still names the connection as “VodafoneMobileWiFi[network-id]”.Is this to be expected? My contract with Vodafone doesn’t expire for a couple of weeks more, but I would have thought the name of the network my PC is connecting to would reflect the provider of the service/SIM card.Footnote: not very impressed with this community site so far. Didn’t see why I had to create ANOTHER account in order to use it, when I already have an iD Mobile login, and clicking the Create button after typing my question does not seem to be doing anything, even though the web page doesn’t say I’ve left anything out.

Why on earth ID mobile skirts real customer service.  I was told I would be emailed my currys voucher for getting a contract for the pixel 9pro xl. You can't make this up they are that same company. I was due yesterday 

Why can I not make calls on my phone when I have unlimited calls and messages. I get the message that I have reached my cap limit 

So I have around 4 months left on my contract , my current phone ( pixel 7 pro ) is not in the best of health ( been dropped far too many times ) I want to replace my handset and I can get good deals elsewhere with other suppliers / networks as a new connection.Wouldn't it make more sense for me to be offered an early upgrade from ID mobile and I pay the cost of the handset ( not the service) for the remaining months and sign up for another 24 months?Otherwise I'm guessing I just request a PAC code, move to another supplier / network and I pay the full 4 months remaining ? What's my options ​@iD Mobile ?  

Went for upgrade, but cancelled it same day. Payement was taken almost 2 weeks ago and still no refund. They keep saying it should be back, but nothing showing on my account. Any suggestions? Thanks

Anyone know the logic behind a monthly contract being more expensive on an upgrade than a new customer?  I’m ready to upgrade, but if I was a new customer I’d get exactly the same deal for £4 per month cheaper.  Surely knowing they’re tying me in for another 2 years should be good enough to get the best deal.  No number to call them on and I can’t even find an online chat option - I’m sure I’ve used online chat before with ID - is it hiding somewhere? 

This model was launched in December 2024 and is not on the ID Network compatability list. Has anyone bought it and does it work? Thanks.

I have really poor signal at work and regularly miss calls or have such poor reception the caller is unable to hear me if it does ring.  I'm trying to report the poor signal but going in circles on this website.  Having missed two really important calls from my child's school when she was taken ill, this is no longer a small inconvenience.  I'm now so frustrated I just want to leave ID Mobile.  There's reference to 'Contact Us' but seemingly no way of actually doing this.  Any advice please?
