i have set up a new account on 15/07/25 and asked for my old number to be ported over on 13/08/25 which is when my contract expires with my previous provideri haven’t received my new sim card yet but on 16/07/25 i received a text from my old provider to say my contract has been cancelled and i now have no phone or datai can’t set up my new account as i can’t receive the text message and i am also having to pay my old provider extra costs as my contract has ended before it expiresi was advised to get a blank sim card from Curry’s which i have got but when i try to activate the card i am getting an error messagehow can this situation be resolved?the ID mobile sim for the new account isn’t arriving until 18/07/25 so that would mean i would be without a phone for 3 days , this is totally unacceptable and if ID mobile had ported the number over when asked too this wouldn’t have happenedthere is no customer services number to actu

I just switched to ID eSim pay as you go but can’t see anywhere how I can keep my number, is this automatic?

My sister doesn’t have her own bank account but has an email address. My self I’m already an ID account holder with one mobile number in my account. How should I go about creating an account for my sister? If I create her account under her email address and name, will I be able to pay her bill monthly with my own bank account?

I don’t know how to resolve this issue as the only thing that happens when I enter all the details is an error message prompting to check if the details are accurate. What should I do?many thanks in advance

HiAt the end of last week I signed up to an iD mobile contract. I had to wait a fair while for the Sim to come, but when it did, it’s all Vodafone brand. I know the 2 companies have merged, but I do not want to put the sim in my phone and activate a second contract with Vodafone!!It’s been about a week now, and I have been unable to use the iD contract I am being charged for :(Can someone help- should the sim card that was sent clearly be branded as iD mobile? Or is this because the companies have merged?! There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact them for help :(Thanks

Hello,  I am currently on a Sim only deal with O2 on my iPhone 11. I am looking to upgrade and went into Carphone warehouse to try and buy the iPhone 16 with a ID mobile contact. I was declined in store as I failed the credit check.  I was unsure whether or not my details were put in wrong as I’ve never been denied credit. I did a credit credit myself which showed excellent on the score.  I have never been in debt or have any reason to have a bad credit score. I have never missed any payments with O2 or any other direct debt.  I tried to order the phone and set up the contract through Carphone warehouse online and again it failed the credit check with ID but they did not provide a reason why. I am just wondering if this matter can be resolved somehow? I would really like a contact with ID and get a new phone.  thank you

Recently changed to id mobile,old network switched phone off.Cannot connect new phone to id mobile,asks for email to send code no code sent asked several people to do this,they still have no joy.Ready to cancel tomorrow if no joy.

I recently switched to iD and brought my phone number with me. I followed the correct steps as instructed to set up the eSIM and iPhone 16.So far everything works fine…except sending sms messages. I can receive these but cannot send messages to non iPhone users. I have followed all advice I could find I. The community boards and wider searches but to no avail, including resetting the network.Does anyone have any other ideas or suggestions as to how to fix this matter? It is causing quite an issue and makes my phone “not fit for purpose” in my current situation.  Thank you for your help in advance.

Ordered two new SIMS for each of my daughters. Input the transaction code, PAC Code and relevant phone numbers for the first SIM with no problems.Second SIM I did exactly the same with all relevant details and I keep getting error messages. I have double checked the information I have input and all is accurate. How can I proceed? 

I have just got a new contract with your company. I cannot use this phone because the coverage is Useless and I can’t use my phone to call or text. 

I am switching to ID mobile, but customer support is terrible, and you can't find any contact point at all. You are just shooting in the air. I am quite frustrated. I want to retain my old number, but there is no instruction provided for that; instead, a new number has been given, and I can't log in with the new number as I want to retain my old number. I cannot find any customer support number to call. Quite disappointed to have chosen ID mobile over O2

I currently have 4 numbers with Vodafone and want to move away but I can only seem to order 1 SIM at a time, how do I get round this or do I need to go through the process 4 time? And can that be done on one account or would I need to set up 4 accounts?Thanks

I’ve just switched from Vodafone to ID mobile. When ordering my iPhone 16 pro from ID mobile I put in my Vodafone pac code.  Whilst waiting for my new phone to be delivered today I lost connection to Vodafone on my old iPhone 12.  I now have no network connection to either Vodafone or ID mobile.  When setting up my new phone; when I clicked yes to transferring my number it said I couldn’t.  please help!! I use this number for work and no have nothing other than WiFi on both phones. 

I need to keep my number and I don't have anymore the code you send to me along with the SIM card, I need that to get it done, do you think you can send it to me through email please

Hello,I joined iD last week from Three with an eSIM. I thought (but am not 100% sure) that I provided PAC as part of my switch. However my phone number remains the same as the new one given by iD, and have no communication about when number switch might take place. Have tried to fill in the online iD form to port number across but get the following error message:We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.I have triple checked the info and it is all correct. Help, what do I do now? I really want to keep my old number, have had it since I was 18. Thanks.

Just bought an Idmobile esim.Switch date is next Tuesday.When do I download my esim? Info says it will activate immediately so can I really download now and use Iphone settings to disable until Tuesday and my EE signal switches off; or do I have to wait till Tuesday?

Hi all I've been on ID mobile for a few months now and I've just remembered that when I joined I got an offer with the Samsung phone I chose. It was a free case, fast charger and something else I can't remember what. I filled in the claim form and sent it off and that was that. Now, a few months later I've heard nothing and cannot find where I filled this form out, or where I sent the form to (all online). I have put an ID Mobile SIM into an iPhone 11. I am unable to hear more than the first message or delete any massages. It says I have 3 messages, plays one, then silent for about 30 seconds before going to main menu. Option 1 just repeats this cycle, there is no option to delete or hear other messages.

I have just joined ID mobile and requested for my old number to be transferred to my new sim. This has not yet happened. How can I find out if this is in process?
