I have been trying to set up voicemail but every pin I try is unacceptable. They have been been mostly 4 or 6 numbers which would mean something to me but not simple things like  1234 etc.  What am I doing wrong.

I'd like info on bringing my switching date forward please?

Bought an S26 package today but forgot to add my PAC code to transfer my number over. Is this something i can do when the phone arrives?

Have tried calling another number but it says that I have no credit even though I have unlimited calls.

I’m attempting to use the switch website to keep my old number, everything is working except when I get to the page asking me to pick a date for the switch. When I enter any date, whether it’s within or outside of the thirty days, a red message pops up telling me that the date I’ve selected is outside the 30 days that the pac code lasts for and to pick a sooner one. It’s currently the 1st of oct 2025 and I’m picking the third of the same month and year or any day after that and the message still pops up. I have no idea what to do, has anyone got any solutions?

I just got a new sim, and threw away the e-sim number, can I get a new code?

How do I contact an agent?

Please help as asked in the title

I want to speak to someone about starting my sim only deal as I got my number released from o2 and I’m clueless off what I do next

Hi I forgot to add my PAC number after buying an e SIM.I stupidly thought being an idiot mobile customer meant I would keep the same number...

It has been over 12 days since I joined ID Mobile but no signs of emails or banners that I can click to start my promo offer of Apple Music . Junk mail checked, emails all checked . Please advise or forward me a way to enroll

When I login to the id mobile app and select ‘Switch to ID’, enter my number to move, my PAC code (Three), and click continue I get prompted to enter a switch date. My issue is all the dates are greyed out and I’m unable to select any. I’ve used that pathetic chatbot and followed all the following instructions. Tried in web browser and mobile app.Cleared all cache settings.Tried using multiple browsers (Safari, Bing, Google etc.)Restarted all devices and retired.Waited a couple of days before trying again. After trying all this (and a few other things), I’m still unable to select a switch day from the calendar menu.  I have an active PAC that is valid until 19th May from 3 network.  The above text was copy and pasted from another post, but someone had sent the OP an PM so I cant see the solution.

I requested my pac switch when I signed up. My switch date is today and it doesn’t appear to have switched my old number to my new contract with you. I tried to look at this on the app but it will only log me I. With the number you gave on the order

Pac code isn’t working. Code is definitely correct and in date. Phone number I enter is correct. It keeps saying ‘ooops that didn’t work try again later’

My PAC code doesn’t run out until 24/09 and I am trying to switch on 22/09 but the code is saying invalid

On the app when I try to enter a date it won’t let me

I gave my PAC to ensure that I kept my old number when I signed up to ID mobile but they’ve sent me a SIM with a new number that I do not want.

When I took out my contract it said I would get am accessory kit but I haven't received it

Hi, my old Vodafone number was due to port to ID Mobile yesterday but didn’t. When I checked the order complete email it said “Switching date: No porting date selected” and this is definitely not correct as I submitted the PAC number and request date (09/09/25) during purchasing.I have also attempted to request the change on the online tool (Switch to iD) but it didn’t work. Please confirm if my porting request was received or suggest a course of action. Thanks,James

I placed an order for a new Galaxy S26 Ultra yesterday to take advantage of the free Galaxy Watch 8 deal via mobiles.co.uk - 2 year contract on ID Mobile, just for clarity I have been an ID Mobile contract customer for 4 years with no issues in terms of payments etc but the upgrade offers werent very competitive so I took out a new contract.I’ve been told today that I didnt pass the ID Mobile internal security checks, but have been provided with no explanation whatsoever, which was really suprising given I have been a customer of ID Mobile for the past 4 years? I tried the Live Chat but that was useless. My credit score is classed as “Excellent” across most of the credit agencies. I was told it’s an ID Mobile block that only a few people get to see the reason (so actual fraudsters don’t try to circumvent it) and it will be in place for 30 days so don’t bother trying to re-order for a month. So I don’t know where to go now. I don’t know how to “fix” the problem as I don’t know what the p

Everytime I enter my old telephone number and the PAC code it keeps saying to try again later. How can I fix this to keep my old number

Hello, I have my new sim, my number has been transferred. I cannot use the data when I am away from WiFi. I have gone into my mobile data and it’s displaying the telephone number given by ID mobile but as I moved my old number over i guess I need to change it, but it will not save

Hello. I am unable to add my phone number it says the details do not match, I have tried my current  telephone number which it should change to and the one supplied on the email?

Just joined iD Mobile for SIM only plans for my wife and son. unable to register their numbers for an online account in the app. looks like I’m not the only one. Not a good start 😡
