Hi All, Already an ID customer with my mobile. I want to use to use mobile data when away, but rather than removing the sim or tethering to a mobile router, I’ve decided to go with a second sim. I only want this active a month at a time, as will have no need for this at home. I can get a 1 month rolling contract, but wonder if it’s possible to pause the contract after a month and restart at a later time, maybe a month or two later? I know I could just buy a new sim card, but it seems a little wasteful and unecessary if I already have a sim - just wondering if this is possible?

Hi, I am due an upgrade from Sept 21st 2025. I can get an early upgrade on 21st July. This is probably going to be when I do because I have had my phone stolen and can't continue using this rubbish phone 🥲🥲. Obviously I would need to pay the last 2 months on the day, but what other fees do I need to pay? I want the same deal I have got to continue, so just wanting to know how much upfront along side the 2 months end of contract. Never done this before so I'm clueless lol, thanks.

Hello all,My contract ends soon and I currently pay £46.11 monthly.My question is, what happens after the contract ends on 16/06/25, I know i will continue to get billed. But I want to know how much?Is it a case for example the phone is £30 monthly and plan £16.11, so I will only pay £16.11 monthly after contract ends?Or do I continue to get billed my usual £46.11.I tried live chat 4 times and no one could give me an answer.Thank you

Hi,At the beginning of April, I upgraded my mobile plan to include 120 GB of data along with unlimited texts and minutes. However, I just realized that I’ve only been given 1.5 GB instead of the 120 GB I’m paying for.I’ve been trying to contact customer service for three days straight, multiple times a day, using the live chat — but I haven't received any response. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I feel like I have no way to resolve this issue.Is there any other way to get in touch with someone who can help?I just want the plan I signed up for, and some acknowledgment that this issue is being looked into.Thank you.

Upgraded from 60gb to 120gb and it’s showing as 1.5gb I had a search and this seems to be a known issue from several months ago (though CS chat told me it had never happened before)Some people seemed to have the exact same issue, 120gb showing as 1.5gb others had unlimited data showing as 5gb. For some it seemed to be a graphical glitch others seemed to actually be limited to 1.5gbI called 7777 and it does say I have 120gb/120gb so is it just a UI error?From the contract documents From my account online  

Recently i got offered an upgrade on my plan to pay £10/month for 120GB as opposed to £12/month for 100GB. I got an email confirmation for this but when i go onto my app it says my plan is £10/month for 1.5GB.  I’m worried i wont have enough data next month as i go through a lot doing university work outside of home. Not sure who to call as it seems ID mobile do not have a number and the automated chat bot service is not working, any advice?

Hey - hoping someone here can help as so far the dedicated CS have not been able to! I’ve been with ID mobile on a £10, 70GB contract for years but saw an upgrade offer on my account earlier offering 120GB data and a voucher for the same price - seemed like a win-win to me! I accepted this offer but never received any email confirmation. I queried this with CS who confirmed it was indeed being processed. I’ve just accessed my account again, a few hours after putting in the upgrade, and my data allowance has reduced to 1.5GB a month - far short of what I agreed to. Anyone know if this is a technical glitch?  CS said I’d have to contact them again tomorrow and the sales team just pointed me back in the direction of CS …

I upgraded my phone this morning but I have no confirmation so I have accidentally done this twice can you help me. 

I am an existing customer and my old contract has expired a few months ago. Today I went to ID Mobile’s website and looked at the sim-only plans (as I have a separate handset I purchased separately) and found one I liked, 70GB for £10/month and specifically because it was Esim which is what I am after.I logged in and went to look at Upgrade offers and found the exact same plan (there was only one version of this plan) and when I clicked into it I couldn’t see the Esim option (I tried several times, logging out - could see the ESIM option - logged back in and went to upgrade offers - found the same plan: ESIM option had vanished). I was on the web chat with an agent during this whole process going through all of this and they too couldn’t understand why the Esim wasn’t available when doing a sim-only plan as an upgrade but only visible I am not logged in. I took two and half hours on web chat trying to simply upgrade to an Esim-only plan and ended up having to

My old iD contract expires next month and I've successfully ordered an upgrade phone (with esim) which is on its way.I've found information here and in Help about getting this far, but not any further.The sort of information I'm looking for is a simple guide to what I need to do when the phone is received.The Welcome to iD email sent to me assumes I'm  a new customer and the new phone will come with a new phone number. If I want to keep my old number I need to port it over and set up an iD account etc.A specific Welcome to your iD Phone Upgrade email is required.Without this information, I presume that the esim code will automatically transfer my existing number to the new phone as if I swapped a physical sim?Regarding changes to the Plan in the app, do I need to “add new plan" or will it automatically update the existing plan?Apologies if I've missed something.Chris 

So the phone associated with this account is owned by me because I pay for it. But the phone is used by my daugther and we ensure that the phone is totally private to her, I have no access/oversight at all, just as it should be. I just upgraded the phone and kept the number. So the new phone was delivered to me and then I posted it to her. The exact moment, to the second, that she activated the new phone I received a txt on my own phone (on a my private number) from a new unknown number saying “Hi Dad this is my new number xx”, this was then followed up the next day with the request to pay her bills cos the new phone change over has blocked her bank account and could I pay until she sorted that and then she would repay me. The “xx” on the first txt tipped me off and I had already checked with my daugther and knew it was a scam BUT… How could someone know to the second that she had switched on the new phone?! Hi I want to upgrade my contract but change my mobile number ?

I have selected an upgrade via the ID mobile website. I made it all the way to confirmation page and the upfront payment has been taken but no confirmation email. Normally I would expect an email confirmation for most web transactions. When I log into my account I am still being offered upgrades despite an upgrade in process. If somebody on ID mobile side could confirm the order was fully successful that would be great Thanks

If I upgrade my SIM only deal will it take effect straight away? I still have data left (20GB) but want to upgrade to a bigger plan before renewal date (16/5/25). Basically wanting to upgrade early before month ends. I’m on a month contract and have been with iD for a long time
