    New Phone with ID - Do I Cancel old ID Account?

    I have an iPhone with ID Mobile but have recently bought a Google Pixel 9A also with ID and have moved the SIM card to the new phone. Can I now just delete my account for the iphone on the ID website by clicking ‘Cancel my ID plan’ to stop the Direct Debit and then use the link in the email I received on buying the new phone to set up a new account?     Received new phone ported old number, can't creat ID account

    Hi, I purchased yesterday to receive the phone today, I thought I would be clever and port old number over, this is activated. I have my device and my ported number is working. Great! Now I have come to register for my ID account, and I cannot. The form requests my number, and won’t accept my ported number, only the none working number is accepted.     PAC to an existing (not new) ID mobile account

    Hi I recently signed up to an ID mobile 24 month plan for my mother in law, who unfortunately passed away earlier this month. The contract is entirely in my name and account so I wouldn’t expect to be able to end it in the circumstances but would I be able to get a PAC from my own provider and take over the ID account with my number? The contract has been live since early September, and my mother in law had already used a PAC code from her previous supplier. I’m not sure if either of these points would be a problem?

    I am trying to set up my account and it says that my details are not recognised. I kept my old number when switching but it does not recognise this. It recognises the id mobile number I was given but as I don’t have that number I cannot get the text to verify the account. Help please!

    Cannot access my online ID account because my phone number is not working

    I received a text a few days ago to say my SIM activation is in progress even though I’m mid way through a contract with ID. I try to log on to the app but it sends me to the page to input my number, surname and date of birth and when it says it has sent a text to authorise my login I can’t receive it. I can send or receive any texts/calls or use data since that text. No idea what’s wrong.

    Need help fixing a £40 default — lost access to my old iD account

    Hi iD Mobile, I’ve just seen a £40 default from an old account and I’m really upset about it. I understand reminders were sent, but at the time I’d lost access to the email & account and didn’t realise there was still a balance to pay. I’d really like to clear this up straight away and make things right. Is there any chance the default could be reviewed or removed as a goodwill gesture once it’s paid?

    Hi, I have been using ID mobile for a very long time, when I started as a customer, I never created an ID mobile account as far as I remember. Recently I relocated to the United States, closed my ID mobile account, and canceled my ID mobile direct debit through the barclays app (big mistake). I no longer have my ID mobile SIM card. I realised that I probably still need to pay my final bill. I cannot log into my ID mobile account. I cannot create an ID mobile account as that requires me to recieve an activation code by text. I dont have my SIM card and cannot have it sent to the US, and even if I did my account is closed. I cannot call the number to pay my bill by phone. I cannot reactivate a SIM or use an eSIM as I am abroad (tried that already). The live chat hasn’t been too helpful. How can I do the following: Do I owe money to ID mobile, if so, how much? How do I pay? Any advice is much appreciated, thank you.

    Hello, I am the account holder of two iD Mobile contracts with the numbers 07xxx1 (older contract, from 2021) and 07xxx2 (newer contract). I would like to: Keep my number 07xxx1 and transfer it onto my newer contract (currently linked to 07xxx2). Close the number 07xxx2once the transfer is completed. Please confirm if this transfer of number between contracts is possible and let me know if there are any early termination charges for closing 07xxx2. Thank you for your help.

    When will my number transfer take place and how can I set up an ID account as no code comes through?

    I’ve just got my new iphone. During the payment process I put in my PAC and requested a transfer date of my new number - I can’t find any paperwork stating confirmation of this. I have tried numerous times to set up an account using the ID number given but it isn’t working - I never receive a code. I was hoping once I was logged on to my account I could see if there’s a transfer taking place of my old number on a confirmed day. Please can you help with this, I’m losing hours of my day and I need my phone for work.
