iMessage not working after porting number

@Lamiya C can you please help? I moved to Id mobile two weeks ago and am unable to recover calls and texts. I think it’s to do with CLI as have tried all the fixes suggested. Nothing works. It has been really stressful and I keep going round in circles and not getting any help. I am waiting for a call from the technical support but can’t revive calls so that won’t happen!!It is a massive pro me and stopping me from accessing bank accounts as can’t receive OTPs. Can you help please ??

Currys gift cards received but not working

I can see from previous posts this is a historic issue so how do I get my gift cards working please? I received them quickly after placing SIM only orders on 26th August 2025 but went to use them yesterday and one comes up with error and the other says balance of zero when I checked the cards using the online balance checker

itemised call, text and data usage im app

Why can we not see our usage in the app? Other providers show all the calls, text and data usage within the app including the current day. Can this not be implemented??. I currently have my children with 1p mobile and I can see what number was called or text today and the past either daily itemised or monthly summaries, what if any charges and what data was used and if charged. This helps keep REAL time eye on spend and how much you are over the free data.

unable to log in to my account "your details do not match our records"

I'm unable to log into my account, it keeps saying 'your details do not match our records' when inputting my number, name and dob. Even though they are definitely correct. Is this the only way to get through to customer support??

Gift voucher not received

I signed up through the money saving expert deal, expecting to receive am Amazon gift card. I waited the 120 days, sent an enquiry to the third party voucher teamand was told I had to wait another 20 days. I enquired again after this time and was told that my order had not been tracked and I wouldn't be getting the gift card. I am very frustrated as cannot get in touch with anyone to chase this.
