I recently moved over to ID mobile. Does anyone know of a support number I can call or a way of live chats? The Apple Music 3 months free offer doesn’t work, I assume the link is invalid.

I have recently took out a new plan and kept an old number however when I try to add this plan to my existing account it says the details aren’t recognised, both the original id number and the number I transferred. Has anyone else had this concern?

I have no network coverage. I can't make calls and have no Internet, but your network coverage checker says i have perfect coverage. How is that?

I have had no service for the best part of two months, I can’t make or receive calls. My phone is for business and new clients can’t get through to me! Doesn’t matter where I am, if it’s mobile data or WiFi! I know now why it’s cheap it’s because you can’t use it. I want to cancel my contract, I don’t care it’s not at then end you can’t hold someone to a contract when your not providing me the service I am paying for. It’s an absolute joke!

HelloI am absolutely fed up with ID Mobile. I have called them so often and tried to get help online and got absolutely nowhere. My autistic daughter has no idea if she holds an account with ID. She is due for upgrade on 14th July. She is not able to deal with such issues. What should I do? Thanks

Hello I need to contact ID as I deleted the eSIM as transfer hadn’t been done and couldn’t make calls. Transfer now done and can’t re-use eSIM or make calls. I can’t log in online and don’t get an option to do live chat. Frustrated before contract has even begun

HSBC say they have the correct number for me but I am not recieving their texts. They suggested I check with you to ensure their text messages are not being blocked Look forward to hearing from you Dan

I currently have 4 numbers with Vodafone and want to move away but I can only seem to order 1 SIM at a time, how do I get round this or do I need to go through the process 4 time? And can that be done on one account or would I need to set up 4 accounts? Thanks

Hi, I am moving abroad in August for a year and will need to get a SIM in that country to use a local number. I will not be using my iD Mobile SIM at all, therefore I will not be using my number for a year. My contract does not run out until next summer, so I will continue paying the monthly cost. However, I was wondering: because my number will be inactive for a long period of time, could it be closed or taken of me?I have heard that other phone providers do this, and I do not want to lose my number. Is this something iD Mobile might do, even though I will continue paying the monthly cost?

I have three numbers and this last week they have all struggled to get a signal, in fact most of the time there is no signal. The area is postcode HU17. Is anyone aware of any problems? Is it possible to cancel a contract on the basis that no service is being received anymore?

Hi, following changing my plan to higher data my data roll over was working but, this month it didn’t work!!

I bought a ID pay as you go SIM, paid £8 for data, unlimited calls and texts - but when i make calls it says i have no credit. I have no idea what my new phone number is to create an account to top up. In my phone settings it says "number unknown". I've been to a car phone warehouse to scam the barcode on the back, but it didn't recognise the barcode. What on Earth is going on and how do I fix it!

Been having this issue for a while . Checked all the settings . Checked wife calls enabled . Tested on 5g and 4g . Nope still drops calls . 3 times on the same call today and it was to a landline number. Now I borrowed another phone set it up with my SIM and again it's just happened again . Is the issue the SIM card or just a bad choice in Network provides . This will honestly be the last contract I take out with IDMobile

I’ve just switched to IDMobile and having issues with FaceTime and other apps that use my number for authorisation. I’m trying to re-enter my old Mobile Number in settings but it doesn’t save and comes back to the temporary number
