I am in West Oxford and have a Vodafone and iD Mobile eSIM in the same 5G phone in my house. Both eSIMs are stored on a third party 9eSIM eUICC. The phone shows 4G+ for both Vodafone and iD Mobile but Vodafone has more strength bars. Running a network speed test and iD Mobile is woeful.  Vodafone often hits well in excess of 100mbps, iD Mobile 20-30 mbps in exactly the same location. I am using a private DNS - Quad9 with both eSIMs. So clearly not very good and more investigations to do. 

Hi,I am still a customer at idmobile but I want to share a nasty experience I had recently with the customer service. I wanted to disconnect my previous plan and start a new plan before my contract period ends. I consumed all the allocated data and I have been given extra data without my concern by activating a 25 pounds bill cap on my account. I did not intend to use any extra data out of my allocation. Funny thing is I have been charged 20 pounds for just as little as 100 MB. Can you imagine, how expensive this extra data is?. I did not even know that a bill cap has already been activated. Customer service could not find the last direct debit payment even after I have sent all the proofs of the payment from my side. I wanted to claim a refund since I have cancelled the plan before my contract ends but the customer service strongly stuck to their opinion which I do not desrve a refund since they have given me an extra 100 MB even without my consent. My phone will not charge

Hi iD Team, I want to report a technical billing system bug. While on an active call to a UK company, I pressed '2' three times to select an automated menu extension. My phone misregistered the input and sent '222' to the network as a new call. Your automated billing system formatted this as a call to Mauritania (+222) and hit me with a 40p charge, despite 222 not being a complete or valid phone number and never connecting. Please pass this to your billing system team to fix the ghost connection charging glitch."

Paying for e sin and I have no service 

I've added a 7 day data add on to my son's phone yesterday, but it's not working and has been unable to use data today. (In the UK) How do I activate it?

My data roam beyond is not working in the USA I have paid for the add in and it won't connect. I have 3 days here and need it sorting. 

No matter what PIN i put in it is unavailable. 

Hello,As the title suggests Im at a bit of a loss as what to do. Along time ago I applied for a ID mobile contract and was accepted then the following day when the phone didn’t show up, it was declined. I never had a phone or an account ( other than what would of been initially setup during an application process)Recently I’ve seen on my credit report a default was refreshed for a outstanding payment of roughly £16.I contacted live chat and was informed I would incur the costs of a cancelation and could clear the account to close the case. I explained I never cancelled anything but that aside, with no account to use making payments becomes a challenge. In a following live chat chat I got a mobile number associated with the account and tried that via the automated system and its not recognized. So it seems I cant even make a payment for a account I never had. At this point id be happy to clear any outstanding debts just to have this removed as missed payments from my credit as I never m

I have only recently signed up to ID mobile, the switch over took place yesterday. I received a confirmation text from ID mobile that the switch over was complete. I am unable to make calls or send text messages when I’m not at home connected to the WiFi. What should I do? I know I have a 30 day cooling off period where I can cancel my ID mobile contract but I’m hoping they can test the signal and fix it somehow before I do this? I’m worried I’ve made a mistake choosing to go aim only 😩

Received a text today at 17.20 saying Ive missed 2 calls at 15.58 and 16.26. This happens frequently to both mine and the wife's phone. There are no missed calls logged. Often I get a text saying a voicemail has been left. I have to tap the reply number in the text to listen to it as no missed call is logged and no voice messages are showing in voicemail tab.Often we can call a number and it never connects. Often we can receive a call and can't hear anyone although a call is in progress.Ive tried everything such as turning phone off and on, turning airplane mode on and off.Both phones are iPhones, a 17 and a 13, both up to date.Starting to get fed up with this, I’m wondering if it's because its ID, and Three are giving us a substandard service. Thinking I’m going to have to go back to a major service now.Please is there anyone who can sort this or I will have to leave.

No network coverage since December 2025 when they turned off 3G in my area...  No planned fix.Jumped through hoops doing all their nonsense troubleshooting... New SIM card because that might be the problem... All while they knew the issue was the mast outage ... Finally find this out and raise a complaint to exit contract as no planned fix…Then comes more lies...I tell them from the start I need to discuss the issue via chat or email because NEWSFLASH! I CANT MAKE or TAKE CALLS!!!.... But NOOOOO they keep calling me.Finally after days of emailing to say why are you still calling and them apologising and promising to email.. I happen to be in another area when they call and I'm able to answer but its breaking up and the call eventually drops.... So they've seen first hand the problems , you'd think the penny would drop.... But alas Noooo....
