I live in Hersham Walton on Thames, KT12, before taking the contract when i checked the coverage and even now with both ID and Three network it says very good network for 4g and good outdoor for 5g. But from the time i bought the contract 2 months now, it is poor network and i cant get single line with 4g inside the house, and predominantly i cannot take calls at home, only to rely on whatsapp call. and also while travelling in car , mostly i cannot take calls as even 4G is struggling, only 5g is privilege in some areas that are not related to me. I have a phone contract and am really not happy with the shift from my previous provider, as i never had the poor network issue for all these years. on top, i cannot use WIFI calling too as even it is enabled, as the 4g is poor inside the house even that is not possible. Please provide suggestions on what can i do??

Now that the App allows me to access it I cant see the proper information. My monthly update took place on 19th April. My dated topped up correctly although no mention of my rollover. My Text and Minutes are still the same as they were before the 19th. Either I have not received the monthly top up or the website and app are not displaying the information. Either way its wrong. Can someone please look into this and let me know by return what is going on. I have been with ID Mobile since 2018. I wont be much longer if this does not get addressed.

Hi, I am frustrated by the fact I am not be able to receive verification code / OTP from banks, however, I can get normal SMS from individuals or text questionnaires, for example from Currys. Handset: Google Pixel 8 pro Timeline: 8th April 2024 Porting number was scheduled on 8th April, and it is completed at mid-day. Having tested immediately, it works all good as treat, I had one Bank app migrated with OTP code received. So, I thought it was excellent, and decided to do the rest migration in the evening after work. In the evening, about 5 or 6pm, the SMS messaging service became weird when I tried to migrated other bank apps over. I have no longer received OTP code at all. Then, I found if my family text me, the SMS will be landed onto my old phone with the old service provider, if I sent SMS to my family, they will see the SMS from my iD temp number, not the number being ported in! all messed up! 9th April 2024 Spent a lot of time on the Chat with iD support people, gone through all

Hi all! Had a message from ID Mobile that my transfer date is 10th April but nothing has happened as yet. Transferring from O2 and keeping my number. General chat is pretty much useless. Are ID running late with transfers?

Hi all, First time user of this community. I was recently sent a message informing me that my phone payment was due in 2 days and that I had to pay. I’ve been having issues setting up a direct debit, which has meant these are regular. I attempted to pay but when i attempted to pay I entered the details and got a “Ooops! something went wrong” and never received a confirmation of payment. Two days later my phone got cut and I received the text message and again attempted to pay, but the above happened again, on 2 different cards. Again, neither have received confirmation of payment. Yesterday i attempted again and the same happened, however, I then received a notification from my bank, as ID Mobile have taken 3 separate payments from me for my phone contract this month. This totals £110 in total. I’m a relatively low income job and have a family to support, so every £ is crucial in the current climate. I’m trying to get hold of someone to see how this is resolved, as my balance currently

The iD SIM card works well in a 'mifi' portable 4g router here in the UK but it won't work in France. I've tried various APN permutations logging into it via my laptop but it won't work. It does work in France however on my phone. Any ideas anyone?

I have just received two seperate SIM cards, I am transferring from Sky who gave me one pac code for two numbers. I have managed to switch one across but when I enter the details for the second one it says it cannot be processed, can someone contact me how to get around it as I don’t want to wait 30 days and have to pay for both for another month. i paid my phone bill the day before a direct debit was meant to come out i paid the whole thing and it says that the payment was successful however i keep getting a notification from my bank saying that the direct debit has failed to come out how can i stop this?

I have been told my number would have been ported yesterday and yet this has not happened. (EE to iD), and there is no way whatever to contact iD as the live chat feature isn't working. What am I supposed to do?

Hi there, I’ve seen a few threads on this topic, though none seem to give a straight forward answer. My existing ID mobile contract is eligible for an early upgrade. Yesterday I went to place the order for the upgrade through the Carphone Warehouse site as IDs own upgrade site appears to be down at the moment. I placed the upgrade order and shortly after I received a text from CPW saying that they needed more info to process the order. I called them up and found that the issue was that my address didn’t match the address on my ID account. After fixing that on my ID account, CPW confirmed my details now matched and proceeded with their “internal security checks”. At this point I was told that those checks had failed, though they couldn’t tell me why. The person I was speaking to spoke to his manager and was told that this happens from time to time and there was a number I could call to straighten it out and prove that I was the account holder. I am very close to the end of my id contract. Recently, I have had to install the new updated version of the App and now I cannot see anything other than pay my bill. I want to check when my contract ends so I can leave and when I click on MY PLANS, it only lets me edit my profile. The Old app was not very good but this new one is twice as bad. Help me please

I only had my ID account for a like a month (or less) and I have been charged 4x£8. Can i please get an explanation? Also it said I had overdue £8 and it temporarily suspended my account so I payed it and there was still a “Overdue £8” red box on the “Bills” tab on the app. So I payed that too, so £16. So with that and 2 other payments I spent £32 on 1 month. Please refund me!!

Hi, I joined ID last month on a 100GB which allegedly rolls over unsued data. I have always had 100GB with previous provider but NEVER used anywhere near that amount. I regularly check usage so, when I checked my account on Friday evening was surprised to find I only had just over 6GB left. My new bill has landed which shows I only used just over 5200MB so nowhere near 100GB! I have had just over 6GB roll over. This isn’t a big deal in the scheme of things but something has clearly gone wrong!!

Bought a phone on contract on ID Mobile through Carphone warehouse. The Sim is not recognised by any phone therefore unusable. Carphone warehouse keep telling me to contact ID mobile direct but it seems impossible. Live chat doesn’t work and there’s no way I can find to speak to anyone. Can anyone help please? Thanks

Since the software changeover, I’m having major issues with both the mobile app and the web based laptop access. The mobile app asks me if I want biometric login enabled - but if I try to log in with a fingerprint I get an inane ‘Oops something has gone wrong’ (who designs this stuff? ‘Oops’ really?) message. If I then login using a password, I can at least log in, but if I then try to turn on biometrics from my account, I get the same inane ‘Oops’ message). Using Android 14 on Samsung Galaxy A14. If I try to login from my laptop, it’s completely hit and miss. This morning I get a ‘Let’s Get Started’ message, followed by the email and password (with captcha) login route - but it goes nowhere. It just loops then on ‘Let’s get started’ over and over again OR I get a blank screen. I’ve cleared data/cache and retried - still with no joy. Using Firefox 124.0.2 on Fedora 38. Any idea when this will be fixed?

Hi I have just renewed my account which is due to end in 2 weeks. The order has been processed and I note that the new plan will become active in 24 hours. I want it to renew on the same day as the old plans expires, if it renews tomorrow I will lose ½ a month which I have paid for. How can I change the renewal date?

I upgraded from sim only to pay monthly last week, my new plan is £35.99 pm I was previously paying £10 pm. My bill is showing as £61.33 but the emails I’ve had from iD states my bill is £10 on the 25/4/24, either way I think £61.33 is a ridiculous figure and have no clue how that figure has been arrived at as nothing on my account or any emails sent from iD show this amount Any info or help would be appreciated
