I don’t have an active direct debit set up, it happens when a payment fails, I go to pay it but then I am charged again. It’s happened on a couple months resulting in overpayment how do I claim this refund? It says I am still overdue for payment on mobile banking meaning I can’t set up my direct debit

My son had his phone stolen overseas. He is unable to access his online account or the app and he has anoutstanding bill to pay. He is also unable to update his payment method (that card was also stolen). The online payment service is also out of service. Has anyone got any ideas on how he can pay please?

Received a Final Bill and the SIM hasnt been received after 6 working days. Therefore inactive and unused. Cancelled after 4 working days of ordering as old SIM had run out, expecting ID SIM to turn up. Now 7 working days on SIM has arrived was told we can use it as PAYG since they failed to deliver in due course.

My three plans have increased in price. Also it mentions I have changed my contract on one of my numbers. Just need to get to the bottom of these issues.

Years ago, I was in the Car phone ware house and J was recommended a phone contract for my son, who has special needs and very vulnerable. On the ASD spectrum. So I did a contract in my name, but my son, was using the phone and I was paying by direct debit, till in Jan 2020 ( not sure of the date) he was assaulted in the quadrant , sutton surrey and his phone was stolen, he rushed home and I reported to the police, I have asked the police to send me the report to upload all details as well, I also called ID to explain Benjamin Brew my son phone has been stolen, so they must blocked the phone. So far as I am concerned I paid all my bills by direct debits till the unfortunate incident, Wgetger my last bill was an oversight, I don’t why ID registered an outstanding debt on my credit file. Please can you send me a link to pay E79 as shown on my file and then a receipt from you, With this payment which will be made as soon as they’re is link to pay as I cannot even remember Ben’s ID phone n

I bought a new phone but was unsuitable and sent back within the time frame. Curry's has had the phone since 20/11/24 and I have still been charged £8.37 when will this be refunded

Please can I have a link to pay a bill registered on my credit file since 2020, the phone in question was stolen from my autistic son, he was assaulted as well and I reported all this , but ID went on to make it a default payment. Hello, my monthly payment has been taken twice this month and I was wondering why as this has never happened before as the amount does not change each month and they are both separate transactions.

I never activated my SIM and rang to cancel and the live chat service agreed to cancel my plan and said I would not be charged. I was then charged via direct debit. I go through a whole chat to explain this and then get transferred with a 120 minute waiting time. Why is your customer service so atrocious? Please stop charging me and why are you refusing to cancel my plan? I can’t even email you because you don’t provide an email address.

My first bill was £10 and normal. Second bill was £10.33 and next bill will be £10.84 why??????

My Sim Plan 30 gb monthly 7 pound. But this months you charg 43 pound..and deactivated my sim. .Than i pay 43 pound and active my sim...now i want konw why my sim bill increase and i want refund my money.
