I had my ID Sim for a couple of weeks , during which time I couldn’t make any calls or receive them. I could not get any sense from the Bot about what to do fix it and also could not find a number or email address to contact to fix the issue so I gave up I changed to another company and the SIM worked without problem. Now I’ve been charged more than £70 for ID’s terrible service. How do I dispute this? Thank you.

Hi I'm apparently able to upgrade early without paying off my contract in 10 days from now, does anyone know if I'd be able to do it sooner without any fees? The reason is my husband phone is broken and it would save him paying for a repair if he can use my old one.

ID is threatening to ruin peoples credit scores and complaining that it was cancelled but won't accept the card details, ID themselfs are the ones cancelling it and pretending to say that they have sorted it out through live chat. So now all features don't work like SMS, Calling and Data.

Is it possible to increase my cap limit for more than 50£?

My contract: £8/month. Unlimited data, unlimited texts, data 10GB (which often rolls over to give 20MB) with a £5 cap.Most months my total bill is £13 (£8/month plus £5 cap?). The bill states “Rest of World Roaming £4.17” Can anyone tell me why I get this? My data allowance is hardly touched, so I would have thought I have plenty of “room”. As regards going abroad, I do travel (via a ship) to Norway a fair bit - Norway is included in the data roaming section, therefore I would have thought “OK”. Could it be I am being charged if I use the phone whilst in international waters, i.e. between the UK and Norway? Any pearls of wisdom gratefully rec’d. Thanks, Andy

I have a question why I have to wait longer for the renewal of the package, now it is 37 days and it was probably 50 I do not remember. I thought it was an application error but I think I have to wait that long. I was hoping it would be normal every month 🤔

Why does my pdf bill say the wrong direct debit due date ? For example 24th February to 23rd march due on 10th march? Does any one know? thanks

How do I speak to someone at iD. I cancelled my PAYG back in November - received a payment chaser for outstanding month which I paid. Have now received another debt collection letter but cannot speak to anyone at iD. Live chat not active and I do not use social media. Even telephone complaints line keep hold for over 40 minutes.
