I would like to lower my contract to a cheaper contract. I do not need this much data and it's too expensive. Please let me know how I do this or I will have to cancel and leave.

I don’t get paid until Tuesday but need my phone back on until I get paid

Why have I been billed 44 pound?

My latest bill I have been charged for roaming abroad but not sure how this is possible as I had an eSIM in

I had problems with getting paid in my bank therefore my direct debit got cancelled, I get paid tomorrow and can pay my bill from then & there will be no further issues

My phone has been cut off

I passed through Geneva Airport the other day and then found out had a £5 charge on my bill. What’s this for please? I didn’t make any calls or sending any messages or WhatsApp or use the Internet.

Hi there,I’m on a £19 unlimited plan, so I should be entitled to unlimited texts, calls and data but I’ve been charged £9 for "data, minutes and texts" according to the app. I have not contacted anybody internationally, nor have I sent any multimedia messages. Please could you give me a detailed breakdown as to why I'm paying an extra 50% on top of my monthly bill. I have since changed my bill cap to £0, as I don't believe I should have been charged any additional costs this month. Thankyou.

Hi I’ve just paid the outstanding £94 are my services being restored

Good afternoon  I have got extra charges on my account for roaming in Egypt I’m not disputing the charges just I’m unable to pay these charges on the date it is advised  is there anyway I could move the date to pay by so I don’t have my data switched off?  kind regards Chris

Hi, I changed my direct debit payment dates today to be on the 23rd this is because, I have been out of mobile data for over a week now because I accidentally used all of it syncing icloud not knowing I wasn’t using wifi. I therefore tried to change my payment date to today, to allow my plan to restart today so I could have mobile data however it now says that it renews in 17 days and I will be charged more? Although I still have no mobile data. I also cannot go another 17 days without mobile data so I would please like my payment date to be moved back again.

I used to have a monthly plan with phone I have recently changed to a SIM only but can not understand bill, it seems to still refer to the old plan. Can you check it has been cancelled for me

Hi, I don’t seem to have active use of my immobile simpayment has been paid by direct debit every month.. is it possible to resend my e-sim please..

I have been massively overcharged on my last Bill. Can you explain why I have been charged twice???

I get paid tomorrow I didn’t realise my direct debit got cancelled is there any chance I can pay it all tomorrow please

My mistake but I didn’t realise I didn’t have Wi-Fi on for a while and I’ve done well over my data allowance - I’m not sure if what I had rolled over has covered it or am I going to be charged?

I have upgraded my phone through the app, but can’t find an email to prove the upgrade so can’t download it and attached it to the claim. How do I get this documents? I already have the phone.

Just had a voicemail saying ive used all my minutes. Unlimited minutes and can still make calls 0141 number asking for a payment.

I took out a new contract a couple of days ago but I'm not happy with the coverage, or lack of. I've decided to move on to another network but when I try to get my PAC code it's saying I have to pay the full 12 months.

Hi,I am still a customer at idmobile but I want to share a nasty experience I had recently with the customer service. I wanted to disconnect my previous plan and start a new plan before my contract period ends. I consumed all the allocated data and I have been given extra data without my concern by activating a 25 pounds bill cap on my account. I did not intend to use any extra data out of my allocation. Funny thing is I have been charged 20 pounds for just as little as 100 MB. Can you imagine, how expensive this extra data is?. I did not even know that a bill cap has already been activated. Customer service could not find the last direct debit payment even after I have sent all the proofs of the payment from my side. I wanted to claim a refund since I have cancelled the plan before my contract ends but the customer service strongly stuck to their opinion which I do not desrve a refund since they have given me an extra 100 MB even without my consent. How hard I have been through to exp

My bill is due on 31/07/26i cannot pay till 05/08/26

Why am I still paying for an old contract after I upgraded? It has been almost a year?

Hello, I paid earlier this month and actually accidentally paid twice, but it's now saying that I have bills due again? A bit confused apologies x
