I ordered a sim only only from you and cancelled the contract before id even received the sim. I was told my order had been cancelled and I could also cancel my direct debit. I have since received a final bill for £1.74 how is this possible when I didn't even used or received the sim when I cancelled my order.

Hi,I had amended my direct debit details in the beginning of Dec-24. My next bill was not due until 3rd Jan, so the amendment was well before the actual payment date. However, the direct debit did not go through my bank and I had to make the payment manually instead. I also contacted my bank to check if there was issue at their end, but I was told that they do have control over direct debit payments going through.I have since re-entered my direct debit details. Can you please confirm if there are any issues at your end so I won’t have the same issue again? Thanks

I’ve had a text message from ID about my pay ment hasn’t gone though and after 5 days I just got paid so I can pay it off but now there put my account on hold but I can’t even pay it as it won’t read my card and I’ve already rang up and it’s just not helpful and I’ve tried making a online payment but it said my card isn’t working or something and it was fine before they put my account on hold!!! What do I do? 

Hi. You’ve sent a letter threatening debt collection for £12.48 due to unpaid direct debit; for an account holder who has died and the payment not taken due to bank accounts being closed. You have massively upset my 77 year old father who is the husband of account holder, and have no way of him contacting you to let you know about his wife’s death, as you have no phone number.

I had a pay monthly SIM which has been changed over to PaYG. The account (same number) now appears twice in my online account. I can switch to the PaYG version without problem, but trying to access the previous monthly version throws up an error “Oops- something went wrong!”. My final bill is in fact a credit, so I don’t need to pay anyhting, but I DO need a copy of that bill for accounting purposes. I have even had an email asking me to login to get it!  However, since the old monthly section seems locked off to me I’m stuck.Live chat has proved useless because of the inability of the chatbot to respond intelligently, and unacceptable wait times if trying to speak to a live agent.Any ideas or suggestions would be very welcome!

Hello, I am going to Turkey and thought I needed to purchase an add-on so I bought £3 of data and £3 of calls but I have since realised that this wasn’t the right thing to do. can you please remove these add-ons from my account?

Hi!  I am at my wits end trying to pay a final bill for a closed account-in the princely sum of just £6!I held 2 accounts-one for my wife and my own -which continuesThe wifes account was closed a couple of weeks ago but on which I still owe £6 which I am more than happy to pay...as the account is closed though, I cant get in to pay it!Im receiving threatening emails now for this terrible arrear.Can you please instruct as to how I may pay this direct please?

Finally selected a category, added a tag & clicked create. The button changed to show it was working. But nothing changed.No confirmation  that my question had been posted.In case anyone here can help, my question is.When I try to view my payment history it just says “There’s Nothing here”. Need to change my DD date but it won't let me login

I recently moved my current account to another provider via the switch process everything seemed to be working fine until now in terms of Direct Debit payments.  I contacted my new bank the Nat West and the two Direct Debits are both correctly setup and awaiting notification from yourselves. Would someone please call me on Mob [REDACTED] to try and help resolve this issue? I just want to pay my monthly bill and my son’s account as I have done for over a year.Kind regards,Tom

I rang the 0333 003 0001 number and was told I had no outstanding payment , email received says different , what do I do now as DD is cancelled 🤔

I was on £6 plan No contract, today I changed it to £18plan unlimited data, just after that I saw a bill showing on my account £29.00, I don’t understand why is that ? even I capped bill to £00.00 ! So can someone explain me why ID billing me incorrectly ?  #i recommend everyone No one should use this Poor Network, absolutely frustrating 

So my dd usually goes out around the 11th of every month and the past dd was for some reason taken back by my bank for some reason and I was unaware. I then received a text message 4 days ago stating they would reattempt in 5 days but unfortunately I won’t have the funds to pay it until Monday the 23rd of December. Really hoping someone could help me on what to do. Would it be possible to get an extension until Monday?

Hello everyoneWhoever believe this company is not trying to take your money and keep it without providing you nothing you need a doctor,I have been through stress for over a month to get my money back ,I open a contract with ID, they sent me the phone and DPD didnt delivery and they holding in their depot for a month without having any option for me to re-date and i requested cancel of my contract from live chat, the second time i contacted live chat the guy cancelled “he said” so i have contacted the live chat 5 times until now everyone is spitting lie about wait 2-3days or the contract is not cancelled (  the second guy said cancelled the contract) so they keep lying and the money are going out from my bank without having phone nothing …….. Live chat is full of fake and scamming people by telling them to hold, i have all the images for providing to the bank and start claim a refund for the Upfront and Bill they charge me without even having phone .
