I have paid my bill, the money has left my bank, but my id account is still telling me i have an outstanding balance

I had a sim only plan at £8 a month. And became eligible for a mobile. I took out the iphone 14 at £28 a month. And yet my bill has come out at £45. I’m still paying the £8 a month but a little confused

Hi guys,I need to contact IDMobile to cancel an order (I have ordered the same phone twice as the confirmation emails went to spam). When I try and use the livechat function it asks for my last bill amount and idmobile phone number - as it’s not active yet I can’t provide this.  Any ideas on how I can get through to an agent without this? Thank you!

I no longer have access to my online account and have a final bill to pay.I’ve attempted to pay using the automated phone line however I’m not even asked to input my account number or phone number, instead I’m told I owe £0!In fact I owe over £700 as I’ve moved provider and sold my handset to pay off my iD mobile account 12 months early. There isn’t any helpful information on the rear of my final bill. Can anyone help?

Not the first time this has happened.  I received notification that my latest bill was ready several days ago however I’m still unable to download it.  The other links still work however when I click the Download as PDF link for Sept 2025, I get the Oops… something went wrong. Please try again message.

I sent my old phone for trade in on the 4th of September, I have no received confirmation they have even received the phone or payment. I have emailed and contacted on the live chat multiple times and have not received a response the customer service is absolutely disgusting. How can I get in contact to receive payment?

Hello they went to take my initial payment out but I had no money in my account because it was in my other account I now have it in there, will they try to re take the money or cancel my order ?

Hi,I want to download my recent bill to submit for proof of address, currently the service is not working from mobile app or online. Can you please email me the recent bill? Thanks

Good morning I want to change my plan and transfer my number to another provider, but I can't because I have to pay a high termination fee. Please let me know when I can do this free of charge.

Why have I been charged a mms when I only sent 2 text messages to the number, no emoji or picture and the recipient is also using an I phone?

Hi, can’t open my latest bill that was generated yesterday, tried the app and website but get error

I think im paying too much on my bill. There seems to be more than one payment a month on average.

I eventually gave up trying to resolve an issue and left the network. I've just checked my bank and IDmobile have taken another monthly charge when I still had 14 days left on my old one.

I keep getting texts from ID saying my direct debit has been cancelled by my bank. My bank deny it, ID reinstates it, and the whole process starts again.  I don't know what to do?

Hi, I'm unable to add another mobile number to my account, to view bill etc. After entering number, surname and DoB, it states 'Sorry your details do not match our records'. Extremely frustrating. I've tried adding via app & online, same message. Obviously something must match as ID are debiting my bank every month.

i purchased a plan and took money two times, i need to ask for a refund
