Today I have received call from id and asked me lot of password mail account bank and it's blocked al my 2 Sin id please help me

Decided to order a phone from ID mobile and moving away from Tesco. In the process it said my number would automatically be ported, then read something else that said I needed to get a PAC code, so got that. Tried to then port the number which requires my ID mobile number, it says it should be in my welcome email but isn't. Can't call support and chat wait time is 70 minutes. Can anyone help a frustrated new customer to find my ID mobile number Just tried accessing the port my number to ID link from the email and now get: "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is: {long number}"

"Sorry, your details do not match our records'" error message when I add a plan to the iD Mobile app, what do I do?

So, reading about many others on this forum and elsewhere, I too got declined due to failing a credit check. I have had mobile phones since 1990 and have never ever failed a credit check anywhere before in my life and im 55. I’m a professional pilot earning over 80k per year and own my own home. My credit rating is excellent. I have recently purchased cars valued over 85k with finance with zero issues. So, today I was declined a £17 a month sim only deal. Is there something mysterious or more suspicious going on here. Something isnt adding up with ID Mobile. I realise the staff can’t tell you why you’re refused unless the refusal is being done by members of staff and not a true credit check. Ive never read of so many credit failures with a company in my life. Because the whole ID Mobile is connected to car phone warehouse, dixons, curry’s etc, I know I won’t be embarrassing myself buying anything from their stores (curry’s) again. Ive bought a new phone and cannot register the new phone number to it. Ive tried to follow steps but stuck at first step as says details not correct. wouldnt mind only asks for new phone number date of birth and surname! I've set up app.

Why is my mobile data not working, I have plenty of data and it is not a new sim card. Thanks

Good morning, I have a problem with this bill from August and September. I know I wasn't away from UK in Canada. However I'm asking kindly. I didn't know that will be charged for high amount of income cold receiving. I'm really sorry about this. I would like to kindly ask is any chance you can give me a refund because I didn't know this much charge and also I am valuable customers for you. I have two account with you please. hi everyone, I recently purchased a phone through mobiles.co.uk, and this came with an ID Mobile Sim. Now I wanted to port my number over, so I installed the SIM card in my phone to find out what the original number was so I could get it changed to mine. I was surprised to see that my own existing mobile number came up as an option, I’m not sure if I put my telephone number in when I purchased the contract but I have not actually ported it over yet so I’m not sure how that’s possible. existing mobile number came up as an option, So I selected it, it shows as no signal and I can’t make calls using this I’m quite confused, my old SIM card still has my telephone number on it, and this new ID Sim seems to have the same number as well so I don’t know how I can get this resolved.

Bought new phone First contract with idmobile. Says SIM card will activate as soon as its in. But it doesn't. Tried activating it through app Says not correct details. Keeps going round in circles NEED HELP

I have a new account with ID mobile. When entering the phone number, DOB and surname the app sends a message that my details are not recognised. I have followed tutorials and guides but they do not help. It advises to contact customer support. Can you please advise? Thanks

Hello As part of the switch to ID mobile, I've opted to keep my old phone number. I supplied the PAC his seems to have been enacted ok but with the exception when I send a text message people see a different phone number to what I'd expect. Is there a known solution to this? When I make phone calls or receive texts it comes up as the number I'd expect (ie the number transferred over) Thanks Tim

Signed upto id a while ago and can’t seem to find my transaction number in emails etc , anyone help me out in order to swap my phone number over

I have kept my old number when moving to idmobile but cannot add this number to my account/ or set up the app. my existing number has transferred it works if I use the number supplied with the new sim - but do not receive the verification text to set up the account. Is this a usual problem?

Please help me to remove cap on my calls, I do not understand why I cannot make calls because I have a package calls and minutes unlimited and when I wanted to make a call I had an automated VOICE that I have to pay or remove a cap, cannot find where it is. Please help. I have been using it just about 10 days, and there is no option to ask a human being what do I need to do ro be able to make calls.

SOLVED NOW.I have followed the steps indicated in the website but I get the following error message We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. The information that I have entered is correct (as far as I know) so not sure what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have seen many people have the same issue. I used the feature to enter your PAC code, your old number, new number and transaction number starting with a 4. All details are correct but this is the 4th time I've tried and it always tells me there's an error. Could you please help me resolve this? Thanks

I have switched to idmobile from Three, and want to keep my original phone number. I have sent a text to 65075 with PAC and my birthday as instructed, but I get a text back that they are struggling to verify my account.
