I am switching my mobile from EE to ID. I provided the PAC and went through the e sim process. Account is to go active 18/10/24. This morning I got a text to say my account was active but it is the wrong mobile number. I already have an id account for another mobile number. I cannot add my number to this account as it says my details do not match those on your system. Please help as I can’t be without my mobile 😬😬

If I choose 1 month contract, do I have to renew it every month? 

HiI've been unable to access live chat to resolve this issue of registering my PAC so that I can keep my old number.I did not provide any PAC at the time of transaction. I requested for the swap over to be on the 20th of this month so this might be a reason for the issue message when I tried today to register my PAC. The only reason why I tried again to register my PAC is because I have not received any confirmation email or text and today has been my first chance to actually download the app, update my account details , ect.Basically I do not wish to lose my existing number and I don't know whether the PAC swap is in process because there has been no response from ID Mobile to confirm this will happen on 20th Dec as requested.Thanks.

I have just switched to idmobile and my new phone just whirs on the “sign in with your apple account”. I tried with my iPad on Thursday, my old iPhone on Friday overnight both times. 

Got a new sim from Curry's and activated it an hour ago, but the phone is showing no mobile signal.

All my information is correct but still saying some of my information is wrong. PAC codeOld number, New numberTransaction IDSurname are all correct  but still no luck.  Any support?

I have just moved my number over from Vodafone, my iMessages do not work. I have followed all the steps. However when entering my number into the phone settings it will not save. This needs to be rectified as soon as possible.

Recently got a new contract with ID mobile, transferred number over and got completion email today. However my new SIM card isn’t working. I have no idea what to do to fix the problem! Chat bot is useless, I know it’s not the phone or signal as friends ID mobile SIM card works in my phone.i can’t login to my ID mobile account as I need to verify account with code sent to number! How do I go about getting a replacement sim sent with my number transferred to it? 

Switched from o2 to id mobile but it’s shows o2 as my  provider on my primary setting and id mobile as my network provider on the travel setting I had an e sim rather than a physical one 

I changed over from EE to a new ID Mobile account with e-sim.  all went well for first day or two until the actual porting date. Was receiving calls and texts on the number I ported over from EE. Now, suddenly, there is no ID Mobile signal to be had on my new iPhone. I see other people have recently reported this problem and have struggled to find a solution.  tried all the usual things like turning phone off and on etc.

I’ve just joined iD Mobile, and have 3 SIMs to cover me and my family.My house is in a radio dead spot - We don’t get a signal from any mobile provider. For this reason, we’ve previously used VoWifi when calling from home. This has worked perfectly for all of us using both Three and Lebara (Vodafone) SIMS. Bizarre thing is, that with iD Mobile,  my wife’s phone (Motorola G73) and son’s phone (Redmi Note 11) work fine with VoWifi, but mine doesn’t. 😫I’ve tried resetting the Network, and have prioritised VoWiFi over mobile network.  My phone is an (now this is a mouthful)  IIIF150  Raptor, running Android 13.To see if my SIM Is dodgy I swapped with my wife’s and then my son’s SIMs into my phone - these also don’t switch to VoWiFi in my phone.My phone is dual SIM and when I fit my iD contract SIM to one slot, and Three a paygo SIM to the other slot then the the Three SIM  happily works on VoWifi  but the iD module doesn’t.

Took out a new contract this week and got a PAC number. When I try enter it to switch it says it has issues. The phone is arriving on Tuesday. Do I have to wait for the phone before I can switch? 

Can't make receive calls since porting to id disabled customer left with out number no resolution offered from disability team left with out service since joing a few weeks back

Can anyone tell me how I can find the transaction numberi ahve brought a semiconductor sim contract for my child and want port their number across but it’s telling me I need the transaction number from original welcome email which I either haven’t had or I have deleted Have tried automated chat and it’s send in me round I  circles and I can’t find a number to call direct any help Would be appreciated 

Hi, I joined ID about a week ago, and requested to keep my old number. I submitted my PAC code with a transfer date of 30th Sept (today). I saw previous post saying it can take up to 10pm, and to turn the phone off and on again, which I’ve done. it’s now 10:25 and my number still hasn’t transferred.  please can you advise what my next steps are?

I want to cancel my order? It's not due to be delivered till 13th Dec
