On Friday I got a text saying a new SIM was on its way. I contacted ID - they cancelled mine and told me to collect a new one from Currys. On Saturday I got text saying new esim was on its way. Told ID, they said they'd put special security in place. Today I got a message saying my account was being closed and my number ported put. Contacted ID but they said they couldn't do anything to stop it. Now the thieves can use my number to receive one time pass codes for my banking. The online help is useless - the agent even shared someone else's details with me by mistake. Advice please.

Call Forwarding iPhone 16
Just got 2 new iPhone 16s for my wife and I and moved from O2 to iD. Wife works in a school and can no longer make/receive phone calls or messages nor browse the internet within school premises. Trying to forward her ID number to another sim but failing when using the normal method. Enable Forwarding, enter number, press back, Forwarding switches itself off. Eventually got calls forwarded using **002*number* but if phone with ID sim is on, it rings there first. If that call is declined it forwards to the other phone. Am I doing something wrong?

potenial scam
I’ve several different mobile numbers ringing me telling me they are from ID mobile, one of which sent me an email verification code. Offered me an upgrade and took a deposit but sent the wrong phone. Also said they will wipe my bill of £49! as it was a sim error on they’re behalf. Can someone confirm a number for ID please

Plan showing as disconnected on ID app
My plan is showing as disconnected on the ID app. Spoke to CS yesterday and they assure me it's all fine and live their end. Spent an hour and a half on webchat yesterday and this is still not resolved. Loaded app again etc. I believe when I've added the plan to my app it's picked up an old account I held with ID as the pin code was also different to what the CS advisor told me. Clearly it would be helpful if I can see my plan in the app but no one seems able to help on their Web chat which seems ridiculous. Any ideas? I've tagged you Matthew as you seem to have resolved this for other ID customers so hoping you can help me. @Matthew T

How do I get a second number on my new eSim?
Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me as I can not find any information about how to add a second NEW mobile number to the eSim I have just down loaded. I read that you can have two numbers so I thought this would be perfect to have as a personal and business so I can separate my calls. How is is this done? I also couldn't find if I am staying on the same contract which I’m assuming I will. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Jo

Using Unlimited SIM in broadband router
Hello, I’m thinking of getting a 2 year contact 5G unlimited phone data SIM and inserting it into a 5G home broadband router, such as the ZTE MC888 ULTRA or Deco X50-5G. Would this: 1) technologically be possible? 2) be allowed under the terms and conditions? 3) create any problems that I should be aware of, such as speed throttling or data capping? I have a strong 5G signal where I live, so signal strength isn’t an issue. Many thanks.

How can I update my billing adress when it sais postcode is not recognised?
I moved adress and need to update my billing adress to match this. When I use the App I'm given a message saying that my postcode does not exist. I have tried using the website, but this doesn't even give me the option to view my billing adress for my current plan. How can I get around this?

Call Forwarding Wont Work
My husband and I recently bought iPhone 16s via iD mobile. We can not get call forwarding to work. My husband posted on here and eventually the support team spoke to him via Private Messages. Call Forwarding is now working on his phone. He was told the support team made changes. He asked if they could share the changes they made so we could do the same on my phone but was told that if I want call forwarding to work on my phone, I need to raise a separate request! I am hereby raising a request for someone to make call forwarding work on my phone ASAP as I cannot get an iD mobile signal in the majority of places I currently need one. Thank you!

Bad signal reception in London, Finchley N3 area anybody else?
Since the beginning of June 2025, iD/Three reception has been horrible here in the Finchley N3 area. To be fair, the reception was already weak, however, I could get by with decent data speeds, but now it’s just zero reception. It has been so bad that our home internet is also Three, and we have no internet at all. My second SIM card is Lebara/Vodafone, and it also has very bad reception. What’s going on? Did anything change that we lost reception all of a sudden? What can I do to avoid changing providers again?

no phone delivered still
Worst provider I’ve ever been with. Renewed my contract stupidly as the sales rep said the signal improves with the new phone antenna. Not been able to confirm this as my phone hasn’t been delivered. DPD tried once but never followed my delivery instructions to drop at my neighbours house. When I tried to rearrange a second delivery the DPD website just kept saying something has gone wrong with my parcel. Spoken to ID complaints who said call back In 6 days. Not sure why they couldn’t call me. Got back in touch today to be told from the rep I ordered through a separate company who will deal with it and my phone contract has been longer than 14 days so can’t cancel. But if the goods haven’t ever been delivered I’ don’t see how the 14 days can start to see if I’m happy with the phone? I never leave reviews, good or bad. But if I can save one person from going with ID I’ll be a happy guy. Not sure what I’m doing about my phone as no one is helping. Currently using my old phone 4 weeks into a new contract 😂 Customer service is so poor. All you hear is screaming kids in the background. anyone from management like to call me to try and get to the bottom of this before I post reviews over all forums on the internet. Might sound petty but I’m running out of patience with this poor company. I’ve tried DPD and I’ve spoken to your complains team numerous times. Everyone blames other people. I just want a clear answer other than I won’t be renewing again. WHERE IS MY PHONE? AND I WILL CANCEL MY DD IF NOT SORTED ASAP AS YOU ARE FAILING AS MY PROVIDER. cheers

Sim Card Managed Shows Unknown Number
I switched to iDmobile several weeks ago, opting to keep my old number and even though I have rebooted the phone a number of times, plus put the sim card into both sim slots, the result is the same, meaning the phone doesn’t ring and I can’t receive calls. My phone is a Samsung A70, so relatively old but it was working find before. The old sim (with EE) was in sim 2, but this doesn’t work in either sim 1 or sim 2. “iD” shows up against the sim, so I assume the sim is ok and recognised, just the phone number is not linked. I can send and receive texts, but when I send the recipient doesn’t see a phone number. I can receive texts to my number ok. Going into the phone settings, About Phone, Status Information and SIM Card Status, this shows: Service State - In Service Mobile Network State - Disconnected Hope this sheds a bit more light on the problem. Please can you advise the best way to resolve this.

WIFI calling not working iphone 15 pro max
Hi, I live in an area with no signal most of the time. I have had no functionality of WiFi calling since yesterday morning on my ID Mobile number (physical sim) .worked perfectly before. i have an e sim on Vodafone on same phone with WiFi calling working perfectly on that in same WiFi network. i have an IPhone 15 Pro Max with the latest software. i have contacted the broadband provider and apple support at length with everything seeming fine. I have toggled Wi-Fi calling on and off multiple times. I have reset network settings multiple times. I’ve turned off the phone multiple times I’ve used aeroplane mode only.And it works perfectly with the Vodafone Sim but the ID sim when on aeroplane mode comes up with an error message saying please connect to Wi-Fi. i have been to curry’s and got a new physical sim and installed it and still not working.Seems like ID network is not recognising that I am connected to a Wi-Fi network. I have obviously talked to ID customer Support over chats multiple times and they have Said that it is either the Wi-Fi companies’s problem or Apple’s problem. It is neither , given another sim works perfectly on same device and WiFi network i am at a complete loss , really need this to work as I run a business and cannot receive or make calls at home . I will have to leave ID unless they can fix this. Is there anyone out there that can help? thanks!

Amazon £55 Giftcloud Voucher
I went through MSE to gain the £55 Amazon voucher for signing up. However, I never received the email and when I emailed Giftcloud directly they told me I wasn’t eligible ? How do I go about solving this as I’m confident I completed all the steps correctly.

No services after PAC requested
I requested a PAC yesterday, I get it but didn't use it, since I received my service is gone. Can't make calls, can't recive calls, no data. I have spoken to the customer service she couldn't help either. Forwarded my issue to some technical department. She said might take 48hours. Without WiFi I am not able to do anything.

Dear ID mobile. Your service Is terrible. Your signal is terrible. I can't get through to anyone. I was talking to your robot, then a human, then they transferred me and the connection was terminated after 20 mins saying you had no agents available. Will someone call me immediately! If you can actually get through to me because your signal is just poor poor poor!!!

Wrong phone delivered
I was offered and agreed to an upgrade . Asked for Google 9A , was sent a Google 7A in a 9A box , I have returned the 7A , but now ID refuse to either process the return , or send the proper phone , major dispute now in place, I now have no phone , but ID insist that I continue to pay new contract ,

QR Codes and eSims
I contacted sales 2 days ago to change my sim provider and opted for an eSIM. No problem so far. A QR code arrived and I downloaded the eSIM. Nowhere did it say I shouldn’t download the eSIM - in fact the message told me to do it when I received it. Two days later I receive a message saying that my transfer will be done in the evening, and that I should now download the eSIM. I eventually found the address for Customer Services but had to go through tons of questions and answers before I could actually speak to a person. All I wanted to tell them was that I had already downloaded the eSIM two days previous, and would I need to do something else. Not a complicated question, but it took more than four hours to get a satisfactory answer. At the end it meant that they had to issue a new QR code with instructions to download it immediately. I had to enter the chat website twice before I got a satisfactory response to my original question. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
