remove restrictions so I can pay by mobile on gambling sites

Hi, I’ve recently joined ID mobile. I’m experiencing ridiculously poor signal in my work place. I have never ever had issues with my previous provider. It worries me as my children would not be able to contact me if there was an emergency and I have also missed important calls due to this. the issue isn’t with the phone. Is anyone able to offer advice or if they have had the same sort of issue, what was done (if anything) to rectify this? Thanks

I am in a similar situation. I’ve got a few numbers with IF mobile but never been able to size the app as the security code when registering never comes through to my email

I have lost roaming data in one phone, if I move the sim into another phone it all works fine data included. . If I use a none id mobile sim in the problem phone it works fine data included. However despite ensuring roaming is enabled the ID mobile sim will not work on data in the phone?

Since joining id mobile a few months ago the data speeds have been horrendous. Often less than 5mb downloads. I have a Google pixel 9a and the area is NE1 3AZ but not it's not just that area. It's everywhere. Trying to use the phone for work related stuff is almost impossible.

I keep getting texts from ID saying my direct debit has been cancelled by my bank. My bank deny it, ID reinstates it, and the whole process starts again. I don't know what to do?

Hi Guys, I have contacted support for over a week, roughly one email a day and I have been unable to chase the promotional payment for my Pixel 10 Pro. If I cannot get the promotional amount I would rather cancel the trade in to be honest. Hopefully this can be rectified. Thanks,Will

i used a PAC code to keep my old number. it seems to have worked for calls but when i text people it is not my regular phone number. in my phone settings it is also not my regular number that i used the PAC code to keep. Can’t used the live chat it doesn’t understand my question and can’t find a number to call.

Hi, I am on holiday in Europe with international roaming, lots of data, Wi-Fi etc, notifications coming through but not OTPs from bank, normally get them no problem at home. Any ideas?

My phone is not charging it keeps saying it has water damage when It is no where near any. I have tried 5 or 6 different leads and plugs and still no joy I get a minimal charge off 1 enough to post this. ID are a waste of space cant find any contact details to tell them.

Hi, I am currently eligible for an upgrade. However, the specific phone I want to upgrade to is not on the list — Samsung S25 Ultra. I can see all other S25 versions, just not the Ultra. I am currently on a Sim Only Plan. Will I have to cancel that plan just to set up a new contract for the S25 Ultra? Thanks

I've received an email 12 days after purchasing a new contract, for redeeming the free 3 month apple services, the problem is that the links provided do not work, a message states "UID missing or incorrect link". I have noticed many others have had this issue as well, I need a solution to this as I'm trying to redeem the free 3 months apple music. Can a new working link be sent to me please?

Hi, I have an iPhone 14 Pro and upgraded to the new iOS 26. I have lost all sim connectivity. When the upgrade occurred it stated “no sim” and all connectivity is lost. I’ve subsequently reset network settings, updated network settings, simply removed the sim card and put it back in, as well as turning the phone on and off to no avail. Is anyone else having this issue or is it an iOS 26 problem with iD mobile?

I have contacted live chat 3 times now to cancel my sim only within 7 days of ordering it. But it is still ongoing…: I’ve said to leave online but I don’t want to be charged for it which doing it this way I will be. I don’t want to go on live chat again as they do not seem to solve this problem and seem to be useless. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks

Grateful for any help suggestions or just a hand hold, I am going INSANE Purchased above model from Amazon Replaced with a new SIM SIM works fine in old rugged phone (Ulefone) Black view phone does not seem to pick up 4G signal I now realise its not a supported phone by ID (Three) but neither is my old rugged phone (Ulefone) I just don’t understand LIke everyone else, I cannot be without a working phone. I am a carer for my Father who is nearly 90 years old and I no longer have a landline / I live alone so have no access to phone This is the worst phone upgrade ever and am being sent very mad Posting in coverage and network but please let me know if this is not the best place for advice Thanks for listening to my rant ! ;-)

I can’t get iMessage to authenticate for love nor money on my new iPhone 16e. I've tried everything advised, and still can’t get to work. Any ideas what else I can do? I've even tried new esim and new physical sim.
