Received iphone 17 pro a week ago. Ported from EE today and received activation text. EE ESim worked perfectly on the phone.I am Unable to receive calls or use imessage or facetime. Carried out all online steps, had online chats with at least five operators over two hours and stlll no sucess. I can send and receive texts and make calls over mobile network and wifi calling.Looks like i will be cancelling in the morning.

I have tried the cancel the plan and I still have not got a cancellation email. I have cancelled the direct debit. Can someone confirm I do not have any account or anything with you please and thanks

Does anyone know how to leave ID Mobile?I've been with them since practically their very beginning but the service is now SO bad and they're so difficult to get in touch with (&they never return calls like they say thry will) and they won't deal with any of many new faults on the Service and I just can't keep missing phone calls from people(always a really important phone calls likemedical or money and never spam!) I want to keep my number and I want to pay off my handset and just get out of here but how?🤷‍♂️ cheers for any help or ideas

Iam still within my cooling off period and trying to cancel, terrible network quality and data speeds. But they want to charge me termination fees. Ridiculous. The customer service team is definitely not in UK and seems like everytime i heard an african accent and the whole floor can be heard through whoever is speaking and they dont seem to understand..Will have to pursue this probably through Ombudsman as the contreact papers and what iam being told is different

Hello.  I moved to this mobile provider as I had poor service with my last provider, but now I cannot make phone calls as have no signal, even though the map says there is good signal where I live.  How do I cancel the 12 month contract I have signed up for as it is not fit for purpose? Thanks.

I have been told numerous times by numerous friends and relatives that when trying to call my iD mobile number, they are told that you are unable to connect them. I have no trouble receiving their calls on my TalkTalk land line or calling them back from my iD mobile phone. This is becoming a nuisance and I am very concerned that my recent porting over to iD Mobile sim only has been a BIG MISTAKE. Can someone at iD mobile or THREE please sort it out before I decide to leave iD Mobile.

Looking through the threads here I am worried about the trade in process. My phone has arrived and is with the trade in team but I only know that from Royal mail. It's still recent but already now about to be beyond the quoted 3-5 days. This is all over the ID page advertising this so I dont accept the responses of emailing the trade up team! What do you do when they dont reply to anything. What are people's experiences with wait times. If I dont hear this week I'm thinking to cancel the ID upgrade I've done and think I'm within a cancellation window still! Any advice would be great

So coming to the end of my 24 month contract,  all payments made including the final one which covers the period of 8th Sept to 7th Oct. when I requested a PAC they say I need to pay an extra £10.70 !!Why when I've made all 24 payment up to the end of my contract

I have the most upto software and version of Android auto , but my Google pixel 10 doesn't work in my car . So it's useless to me . Can I return the phone . My old Samsung and my husband's new S25 works perfectly well so it's not my car . The phone is pointless as I use my car daily.

I have contacted live chat 3 times now to cancel my sim only within 7 days of ordering it. But it is still ongoing…: I’ve said to leave online but I don’t want to be charged for it which doing it this way I will be. I don’t want to go on live chat again as they do not seem to solve this problem and seem to be useless. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks 

I have 2 ID sims. i cancelled one a few weeks ago and the other about a week ago. I'm fairly sure i had paid the last payment but then today ID took another £8 by DD. do they just ignore cancellation requests and keep billing?  what do i do to check the cancellation status or shall i just close down the direct debit mandates? in both cases the sims were just monthly and a temp measure as short term back up.  I could dig out the emails confirming the cancellation for clarity but it just feels fishy still seeing DDs leave to pay for ID sims. ps I picked category from the drop down “thinking of leaving?” ‘cus there is no option “not thinking of leaving, I’ve left, or I’m trying to?” 

I tried for over a month to cancel a second SIM I have( I am happy with the first one) but the app never worked and there was no customer phone line etc. I have a charge for £12 for service I didn't use. Can someone contact me to discuss

I need to leave ID as i have an issue , messaging isn't working, I've run through all the fixes they offer but nothing has worked. So now I need my PAC, but guess what ,I cant send a message. Is there another way to request it please?  Jane

Hi AllI can upgrade today but want to leave ID....the fact I can upgrade does that mean I have completed my contract.

I have had an email with an offer of £29.99 per month plus a £19 upfront cost but can’t get to the offer even on the link provided 

My wife and I have Pixel 7 and 8 phones respectively. Both of us have always experienced poor signal when making and receiving phone calls, especially when at home. We use our phones for work and can no longer tolerate this poor service.We have tried all of the advice provided on these topics by this forum and nothing has helped. Due to this we need to be able to cancel our contracts (at no cost) as we are not being provided with the level of service we are paying for.Please advise how we can do this.
