Thinking of leaving?

Please tell me when my contact ends and how many months in advance I need to contact to cancel the plan. Also how do I provide notice ?

I need help. My pac code didn’t work (it was due to expire the next day). Now im unable to get a new pac code.

Hi, I’m currently an iD Mobile customer and I would prefer to stay with iD rather than move to another network. However, giffgaff is currently offering me unlimited data for £14 per month, and I’m considering switching because this is significantly better value for me.Before I switch, could you please check whether iD Mobile can match the £14 per month price for an unlimited data plan, or offer me an equivalent retention deal?I’m happy to remain with iD if you can offer me a competitive unlimited-data price. Otherwise, I will unfortunately need to switch to giffgaff.I would appreciate it if someone could check what retention or loyalty offers are available on my account. Thank you.

I have sent a request for a pac code and nothing has come through. Please advise and support

Hi, I’ve been thinking of leaving to another network and last month requested the cost of leaving and have done so again this month to find that it will cost me more to leave now than it did a month ago, can you please explain how this can be considering I never have any extra charges

Hello,I’m trying to get a PAC but keep getting an error message, despite going through all potential methods of obtaining a PAC.“We’ve encountered an issue processing your PAC request...” I need this resolved as soon as possible please. Many thanks

Hi I should have cancelled my renewal of contract can this be confirmed please

When the contract ends in September I would like to cancel the contract.  thank you

Closing contract down as lost phone,(in process 30 days )can the process be stopped as a replacement sim would be more suitable,as replacement phone has come available . keeping original numberwhats next step to intervene cancellation

iPhone 7 bought new a long time ago from a shop. I think was with 3 Sim only then swapped to ID. now swapping to Lebara but says Network provider lock- SIM lockedhow so I unlock it?Thanks

When does my contract end and how do I give notice ?

Basically, I got an iD sim because it’s so much cheaper but to switch to them right now my current provider wants £160 to leave them so I don’t want to switch until that amount is much less than that or I feel it’s almost defeating the object of switching to save money  I can’t cancel it send the message to the iD number not my current number so I can’t get any further…. Is there a way to bypass this and get it sent to the number I use at present thanks

iD Mobile won’t process my cancellation or address my poor service and £60 automatic cashback. Complaints Team keeps sending me to Customer Service.

Cancel sim as got a new one sorted with my old number no longer needed I want to cancel the sim with yourselves

I have seen a better deal for ID mobile, which is better than the upgrade offer I have been given. Can I cancel my current ID mobile contract and take out a new ID mobile contract on the better deal?

Hi, I used to be able to access my voicemails and I would also receive a text synopsis. I now cannot retrieve my voicemails. The system tries to guide me through voicemail set up (no idea why as it wasn’t required previously) and seems to be incapable of recording my name so I cannot complete the process. I don’t even want to leave my name and a greeting but there is no option to bypass this. Please can you revert to my previous settings. This is beyond irritating and if it’s going to be a difficult/frustrating process to fix then I will simply cancel my contract and move to another provider. Jennifer Malcolm

We have two phones on same contract. We are wanting to leave. I have the Pac code for my phone being the account holder, how do I get the pac code for the other phone as my wife has texted pac to 65075 and it won't send?

How do I cancel my new contract/phone, I cannot navigate the app, it doesn’t recognise my old number or even the new number when trying to log in to enter pac code, two days extremely frustrated, half the time the functions don’t work in new phone either.

I have been with id for 2 years and today was offered an upgrade as it's due for renewal. I chose my phone and hot a processing email. Then I received this ...  We're sorry but we've had to cancel your order (********) as it didn't pass our internal security checks. And that was it! No explanation nothing. All I've done is pay the direct debit every month .. my son uses the data and I use the phone with WiFi as I don't go out.So now I want to completely cancel the contract please if someone can help me do that along with the direct debit. Thank you Regards 😊

On the page explaining how to raise a complaint https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/complaints-procedure it says you need to “Click on the button below and fill out a simple form”The button does not existIt’s almost like ID don’t want to know when things go wrong...

Hi I’ve just completed an order but accidentally forgot to add referral code on my order, so I would like to cancel my order and then redo it if possible.Order number: 148702982

Greetings ID community;I could really do with some help, as this is the first time that I have been with ID and not wanted to stay. I am within my 14 cooling off period, but I have unfortunately activated my SIM (only to send and receive a text to check that everything is working). However, I am not a fan of my new handset and I would like to return my phone. Upon requesting information about leaving I have been informed that leaving within this 14 day cooling off period will result in me having to pay the £647.00 for the device. I'd like to know if that is correct because I'm having a hard time understanding what I am being charged for, when I am within the timeframe of being able to return the handset without penalty?  Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏽 my thanks in advance 😇

Hi there!I was wondering when my contract will end? Many thanks
