I have just bought a ID sim and wish I hadn't! 😭 I cannot send or receive calls, ID sent me to Currys for help, he couldn't sort it so put in a new sim which still doesn't work. Is there anyone out there who successfully uses ID with a Doogee phone please? I have elderly parents who are in poor health who can't ring me if they need help, I'm at my wits end 😔

Hi, I recently switched to ID-Mobile, and now when I use the ID-Mobile interface to request a PAC code to switch out of ID-Mobile, it says the code is “Not Created”. I am unable to therefore switch out… I can’t get a PAC it seems.

Today, I am disgusted with ID’s service. A week or so ago I had eye operations resulting in very poor vision.I set up my account and my wife’s account, as my wife is not tech or internet savvy.I have pin for her chat and mine.I was persuaded to update our sim, and where an eSIM was said to be quicker.I updated SIM’s on both iPhones 13’s running exactly the same software, and that’s when the nightmare started.Could not make calls out or receive calls and where currently I’m reliant on them (aged 73, 2 x cancer, before my eyesight problems, and leaky aortic heart valve) so I rely on the mobile. My wife is 71.Tried to find a way of calling ID mobile. NO such luck, as it goes to a rubbish answerphone. Then had to try and go via my Apple Mac desktop with text setting massive. For the last 6 months I have consistently lost 5g/4g and even H. I am reliant on my phone in my jobs and this is causing a lot of hassle. This is not just my area, I lose it in London, and other major UK cities, and where I live. I feel I am paying for a service that I rarely recieve! It is not my phone as my partner has the same issue but luckily the contract was up so has moved. People I work with have had similar issues. In fact the only time I had reliable Internet was in Italy.Can I leave iD early with no charges, at any point, due to the inadequate service? 

I am beyond frustrated. Have spent since Tuesday without a fully working phone. First sim - no sim no service msge. Same with second one. Have done live chat 4 times. Was told they activated my sim last night. No joy. Sim doesn't work in other handsets. My phone is not locked. I can't get onto my account as it keeps taking me that stupid succes page on the wrbsite then can't go further. I have asked them to email my pac code to me and terminate my contract but they told me they can't email a pac to me. What on earth kind of service is this? 

I requested to leave on 7th July, saying I would be disconnected, however I am still connected and have just been charged. I would also like to change the number on my previous contract to a new contract (both contracts are with ID mobile) when trying to submit this on the ID Mobile website, I am was I was unable to do this, however I require this.  Many thanks, Harry

How do I actually contact idmobile to ask for them to refund me for the service not working and also loss of earnings because my phone has been dead. My friend did warn me but there was a honeymoon period when everything was ok, now utter shite, 3 days+ I cannot make calls, sort this out, it is not acceptable. Also I have had no Comms telling me there was a problem, seriously going off this 'service provider' providing what exactly, a piss poor service!

Hi, my ID contract ends on 10/9 and I can't find any info about how to cancel and move to a new provider. If I click 'leave ID' on my app I get an error messages have also tried using the search function here and just get zero results. Can anyone help? I want to port my number elsewhere also

I have moved abroad and my IDMobile account is no longer useful. I took the sim out of my phone, and lost it. I have never used an online account, just paid every month and all was fine.I want to cancel the monthly sim plan, but I need an online account - which I can’t set up without a code sent to the sim that I no longer have.How do I cancel? I have already paid for 5 months for something I can’t use.

So I switched to ID 3 months ago . Since I have had it I can’t ring any landlines. I have spent quite literally over 24 hours online over 3 months trying to sort it out .  I have had the latest replacement sim come out and still once again it does not ring landlines . I have unlimited minutes pay my bills via direct debit yet I’m getting no service for what I am paying for .  This seems to be an issue for lots of people on here ! What on earth is the problem ????

Started with ID Mobile on July 28th and have had nothing but trouble.  My husband and I are nearly 80 to begin with, need access to doctors, health line if we need help.  Put on Volte etc but still does nothing! I have a new A36 Samsung phone but does not help with this signal.  Never, ever had anything like this before with any other mobile operator. What is wrong? Please someone help us! My husband has angina too which makes matters a lot worse. So worried!! 

 Had idmobile for 5 months not even noticed, Calls not coming through as mostly use messenger and what’s app, first noticed yesterday didnt go to voicemail but I changed that in settings now the incoming calls just ring out. Tried to access your new app is useless as it requests a text to send out the pass code. ???? PS, it doesn’t seem to be a category so I’m going to tick a topic it thinking of leaving.

Hi I have seen similar posts but I wanted to double check one thing.If my contract already ended and I want to leave by using a PAC to transfer to another provider with my number, I understand I will be charged only for what I used from last bill to the transfer. SO to clarify, out of 30days bill I pay only for those days I use ID: so if my plan cost e.g. 12 pounds a month , 12 pounds is divided per 30 days > 40 p a day?Thanks

Since the transition, I have been experiencing an issue where I am not able to see the caller ID on any incoming calls. All calls I receive are displayed as "Unknown" or "No Caller ID", regardless of who is calling.I have already taken the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:1.
