Your iD Account & App.

I am using my ID Sim card in a wifi router. At first it worked fine but will not transfer data anymore. If I put the card into my phone it indicates only 3G. The post code checker confirms I should have a good signal. The Sim card normally in my phone works fine and works in the router.I have not used all of the data.Impossible to contact ID of course. Im about to call the bank and cancel and then require a pay back. Pretty poor service ! Any thoughts ?? Thanks

I’ve triple checked I’m enetering the correct phone number, email and D.O.B and it still is saying the details don’t match! All I need is to login please help me. I used to have an account but haven’t logged in for a while I think I need to be De-registered

Both my daughter and I use ID Mobile.  I’ve had my account with ID Mobile for a long time (perhaps 10 years) and my number for over 20 years.  My daughter has had her account and number for a little over a year.  I receive very few scam phone calls and text message - perhaps 1 a year.  My daughter is receiving approx. one every couple of days.Is there a way to prevent my daughter from receiving these messages (or at least reduce it)?  Would changing her number help, and how is this done?  Is there any reason why she would be receiving so many?

Did not receive the advertised Apple tv+ link in any email correspondence.  Have checked junk mail and order confirmation.  Please advise how to redeem this offer. Thanks  

I have registered 3 times for 3 accounts for myself an two children.I have received one SIM card that is for my son, please can you confirm I have another two on the way, as my old 02 account has been deactivated  

Hi, my ID mobile app has my account and my daughter’s account registered. My daughter is now an adult so we want to separate the accounts so she can have her own private account for her phone. I can’t see a way to do this on the app? Any help would be appreciated, many thanks. 

Hi, I bought an ID Mobile sim to put in a 4g router to run a home broadband system. I already have my phone sim registered on the app but when I try to add the new 4g router sim to the app it wants to send me a code by text to confirm. Because the sim is in a 4g router I can’t get that code! Is there another way around this e.g. getting the code by email? Thanks. 

I have requested a pac code but just keep getting a massage that the system is down. They were supposed to call me back but nothing happened.

Hi my 2 sims switch today but my daughters won't txt certain people??

My eSIM was hacked earlier today, along with my online ID account. Both of my phone numbers were transferred to new SIMs/eSIMs without my authorization. Following this, my contracts were upgraded, and the delivery address was changed to a location in London.When I spoke to a representative via live chat, she acknowledged that there was suspicious activity but did nothing to prevent it from continuing. I specifically requested that my online account and both phone numbers be blocked, but that was not done.Later, I called the lost/stolen phone line to report the incident and have both numbers blocked. During the verification process, I was told that my profile details didn’t match—unsurprising, since the fraudsters had already changed my information. I was then asked to submit a selfie with my passport as proof of identity, after which I was informed that my online account had been blocked.I immediately drove 30 miles to a Currys store to recover my phone numbers,

I’m currently abroad and have got roaming set up, but want to check how much data I’ve used. The app displays 194.7GB/100GB. What is this telling me? That I’ve used 94.7 extra outside of my plan? Is there any way of seeing how much I’ve used while abroad? 

i have a new ID account, ported my number from lebara and activation day was tuesday. Old number is now dead, ID said go back to lebara and ask them, lebara told me the port is now complete,so number no longer on their network.  Now ID is saying the number is gone and cant be retrieved. i have had same number for over 20 years, elderly and disabled. my number is my lifeline. Who can help me get my number back? im deflated i have been back and forth on chats i dont know what to do now. please help or should i just accept my number is now lost in ID space and cant be retrieved and move on?

Why is my phone restricted when my bill is pod and I owe nothing!!!! 

So the chatbot is no good for this.  I called to a customer today who informed me she had been receiving my text messages.  She showed me them. This lady is elderly and was worried. They were duplicate messages from another customer to me. Another strange thing is I tried to ring my voicemail and it was engaged. Surely this is only meant for me. Im going through a very messy divorce and other very private stuff. Surely this is a preach of data protection.

Any idea how I can completely disable that answer message function ?    The toggle in id mobile settings is switched off yet I’m still getting answer messages left on my phone from people.  I don’t want the function on at all.   What’s more frustrating is it won’t even allow me to listen to them.   123 dialling states the service is not available.   🤦🏻‍♂️ 

Hi I have had my sim only for around 10 years. i have a new phone and need my PUK code.I also want to upgrade my sim to 5G, how do i do this please? Steve Devereux 

Have downloaded ID app but can’t get one-time passcode to set up my account as I can only get messages from my existing iPhone number and not my new iPad number. Have tried to add it in via  Settings, Sign-in & Security, but same problem re non-receipt of one-time passcode. Any ideas?

I have no signal anymore.

My old phone number, call it ...345, was supposed to be transferred over on the 31st March. The new, temporary, phone number (call it ...789), was supposed to be temporary.My new phone (with the new SIM card) makes and takes calls on ...345, however all texts are going through my old phone (with my old sim card), regarding the number ...345.If I send a text or receive a text on my new phone, it uses the ...789 number. This is despite the message app on the new phone saying that it is using the ...345 number.This is also despite the many steps of troubleshooting I have gone through today with various chat agents. Moreover, I am also unable to add my phone number (...345 or ...789) to the ID Mobile app, due to the details being mis-matched?I don’t know what is going on in ID Mobile’s back-end, but it does not inspire confidence. Could somebody PLEASE shed some light on this tomfoolery going on at ID Mobi

So as stated on my previous post I’ve been getting extremely slow internet speeds over the past few days,  this has happened once in the past but seemed to be resolved.  However, after looking into this a little more deeply it seems that ID Mobile are restricting my data, is this legal?  as i subscribed to the contract understanding that within the uk the unlimited data was truly unlimited? I only use my phone to hotspot to my laptop for day to day business work and using streaming services for myself only, so not like i’m doing anything crazy.  I started using a VPN on my phone to test out my theory and  i am getting drastically improved speeds (still not the best like, but better than 0.5mbps).Has anyone else looked into this ? because i might dig a little deeper.  Seems like a lot of users may have been misled when taking out contracts. 

I left Id over two months ago on both SIM cards but now you are sending me messages saying that I still owe you money and it shows that my account is still active but I asked to leave ages ago

I am the business manager of a primary school. The previous manager set up an id mobile SIM years ago which we no longer want. We have no log in details at all for the account.I want to cancel the account following an issue where the sim went dead and we could not contact anyone to sort it out. We now have found another provider.How can I cancel the account? The previous account holder has tried, we can’t do anything. This is getting silly now.

I have two sim contracts for young people, both with the same billing address and email address. I can only see one on the account, how can I access the other?
