When I try to login ID app, the last step always shows: Sorry, your details do not match our records.  as my switch date is 2nd September, does it mean I can only login after my switch date? Anyone help , please?

I would like to know how much I have left to pay thank you

Ordered new SIM only contract.  Have installed the eSIM but new number does not appear on my phone. It is not on the confirmation email nor in the contract.  Where can I find the new number?

I want to get an additional SIM to put in a midi device in my motorhome. Obviously it will have a separate number. Am I still able to add this to my app and control the contract and any additional add-ons  through the app that I already have?

Hi I’ve purchased iphone17 - having difficulty getting eSIM recognised

Hi all, Has anyone else tried to access the iD Mobile website recently and got this error message? I can’t access it from either my saved link or the link in my ‘your bill is ready’ email (which has always worked previously) 🤔If I do an internet search for ‘iD Mobile’ I can look at the opening page but when I try to login to my account, via the top RH icon, I get the same error message😤 I managed to get into my account last month to download my bill and nothing has changed with regards to any settings since then so I am at a loss 😟I have never come across this before 😕Help!Ta kindly x

Hello, I every time I try to log into my account I get an error message: “Sorry, your details do not match our records”. I have double checked the details I am entering, so am confident the issue is not on my endCan you please help me login.Thank you.

I've just created a new account for my new sim but having added 3!fingerprints the biometrics tab won't swith on despite other apps on the same phone are working. Does anyone have any solutions to correct this?

Don't want ID community account it's create by mistake

When trying to log in to my ID Mobile app, it gets to the page where it says add number and I've not got one when I was given my replacement SIM.

Hi I upgraded yesterday and should have unlimited data texts & calls. My data is showing 50 MB   In the app ?

Hi, I got a new SIM card from ID Mobile, and transfer my number from old EE.However I cannot register an account (on mobile app or website), as it says "your details do not match our records".It seems like my new card is activated and working, and the number has transferred across successfully.I see a few posts regarding this, and tried to private message staff, but new users are not allowed to do that, and recommends I start a topic here 😅I think it's still using original ID number for my account data, so I cannot register, I need this updating to the actual number In use.I have tried live chat, but only get the bot, which gets stuck in a loop of:Did my answer help? You said: NoiD Mobile Chatbot said: I'm sorry to hear that. Please reword your message and I will try my best to help.

Iphone 13 max app and web browser. Login continually loops back to email and pw page, cant’t access account, tried clearing cache and using app and web browser

Hi I have three separate i.d mobile plans, two of which I have managed to add to the mobile app, but i get an error message when trying to add the 3rd account. The error message is: "Sorry, your details do not match our records. Please try again". Can someone provide a solution?

Cannot log into the app, I get passed the email & password. Then it asks for my mobile number, Last name and my date of birth. When I enter my details it comes back saying “your details don’t match our records. Please try again” but my details are correct. It does this online and in the app, the only thing I can think of is I still have my old mobile number and not an ID mobile number.

please can someone a real person help me. the wrong telephone number was ported over to ID and now I cannot open my id account to speak to a real person

I was trying to login to my account on the id mobile app, when putting in my password it said it was incorrect so I went to reset it, when doing so I would wait for a password reset confirmation code to be sent to my email but nothing would come through. I tried the web version and signing in on a different device but still no email.I also tried white listing the email that would send the code, this didn't work either. I've tried quite a few times now but nothing changes.

I’m trying to change my sim plan, I have moved address so my banking is with a different address to what ID hold, but I can’t seem to change it on the app or on the internet. How can I get this done

I just got an ID mobile sim only plan and using it on my iPad. Well, since the iPad has no calls and text systems, I use it for data only. however, I have downloaded the ID app onto the iPad and it seems to send a verification code to the number registered (That I couldn’t find anywhere after scanning the QR code to set up the iPad.) (I however found it on the invoice surprisingly). So, the app then gets stuck at sending a verification code and can’t go past it. is there any other way? I can now start switching around to have it on the phone to set up then transfer it to the iPad. This is ridiculous. I would presume, if it’s an eSIM and as flexible as it is, they could probably have an option of sending the verification to an email. I can’t have the app on my phone. i only want it on my iPad.

My son’s phone has been in my name and I have been paying the contract. The contract is coming to its end. My son will be turning 20 and we want to keep the same number but change the account to his name and his bank details. Is this possible?

I can login into id mobile but doesn’t recognise my phone number (it’s my original number and not id mobile number)

I have just started a new account with id mobile through Carphone Warehouse. My current account is also with idmobile. How can I transfer my old number to the new phone as getting a PAC will not work?

I wonder if possible to get another sim on my plan with the same number for my grandson.I don’t use that much data or calls & thought would be ideal for both of us this way. Me for not using it much & for him to have traveling from school for emergency's is this do able.

Trouble logging into my Id account

I’ve just PACed my old number over to my new IDmobile account. The IDmobile app is still showing the number I originally got before the PC. Will the account change to the PACed number or will it stay on the old one?
