Is it me? I’ve scoured the ID website for an actual telephone number to get help. Can’t find one.

I have had a rolling contract with ID for nearly a year. I also have another number with EE that I am going to get a PAC code for. Can I use that PAC to replace the ID number on my existing ID (physical) sim with the EE number? If so, where can I do/request that? I don't want to change my plan. Thanks N

Sorry I kept the same number when I changed to Id and it shows that I have a new one and I can’t get a verification code what do I do

Can't receive caĺls from Vodafone network users since switching to ID Mobile. Checked all settings, taken SIM out and tried in other phone but still doesn't work

I have just purchased a sim only deal with an e-sim. Currently with utility warehouse so need to move my current number over with my pac code. I didn’t realise I had to do this upon check out and can’t register my account without my ID mobile number but can’t seem to find that. Where can I find that number? Do I need to download my e-sim before the entering the pac code or can it be done afterwards?

I recently joined ID mobile I’ve downloaded the eSIM and it is now working along side my old sim I want to be able to cancel my old one and just use ID mobile but my old phone number hasn’t transferred over to my new ID mobile sim even though when I joined I entered the pac code on the ID mobile website to do this please can you help me change my ID mobile number to my current number from my other sim

Just received Pixel 10, number was supposed to be changed to { REMOVED } with PAC { REMOVED } but had been left as { REMOVED }. How do I change?

I recently had my Pixel 9 Pro XL repaired, and since then, my eSIM has disappeared from the menu. When I attempt to 'Reset Mobile Network' to erase the non-functional SIM, I receive a 'Something went wrong' error message. I spoke to an agent who sent me a new ESIM code,  I tried to download that eSIM via QR code or manual activation code fail to pull through.

I have a new plan with ID I want to transfer the number from my old ID pla to the new one

Hi, I have an iPhone 17 Pro. I've currently got 2 e sims.  I chose to get an eSIM with iD and asked to port my old eSIM number over.  Doesn't have seemed to work. Can someone help please!!! :)

I’ve switched from Three to IDmobile today but after installing the eSIM, there was no service. I have contacted your support, they advised me to follow steps to reset network, so I had to restart my phone and leave the chat and it didn’t work.  So I contacted live chat again, had to go through all the questions and steps that I have done, even though I screenshotted the mobile service page that it’s still showing three, 30 mins later, asked me to do the iMessage and restarted, so basically just wanted me to leave the chat, I can see the mobile number was loading and the number was correct with +44.  Well - finally they agreed that I may need a eSIM, guess what? They needed me to take a selfie with my id card, what? They said it’s to prevent fraud, but I feel like they sounded more like a scam than me, this is ridiculous, my eSIM not working and I had to take a selfie while I have my number with me for over 10 years.  I have nowhere I can contact them via email and they can’t assist fu

I got new phone and I wanted to activate my E sim in my new phone ,  for this purpose I remove it from my old phone and now I'm not able to get any verification code and not able to use my QR code that I had for the 1st time activation because uts expire now, how can I activate my esim in my new phone without verification code Can I get my new QR code by email please?

I want to keep my number and provided a PAC code. I am unsure if ID are providing a new SIM card or if I have an E SIM how can I find out as I haven’t received a physical SIM card

I have a £10 plan and ran out of data yesterday and the only thing on the app that showed to get more data was the top up option I paid £10 and still have no data yet I have a text that it’s successful.

Hello, I would like to purchase a phone on contract but I already have a sim only deal with yourselves. How do I do this?

Hi, lost my phone, I would like to replace my sim with esim, could you help me ?

I would like to get a new number for a new phone (for social contacts) whilst keeping my existing number and phone for work issues. What’s the best way to do this please?

Hi when I text or ring people the temp number is coming up not my own number. Please can someone help. Nothing is coming through when people text my number they only text the temp number.

i placed an phone plan order but not received an email saying it's

I want to switch sim providers. My account is currently in my dad's name but i want it in mine. If i use a PAC code when i switch, do i input new account holder information (and so i would be able to switch the info at this point) or is the account holder info tied to the PAC code and will transfer alongside the number?

As above. Thanks

Can anyone tell me how to contact ID mobile to let them know that the new sim isn’t working.  When I try to login to the App it says it will send a verification code to the mobile number but the number isn’t working as the sim isn’t working.  I can’t get any info on how to get a new sim???  The contact box doesn’t show when I try typing a message

Checking my phone - the number shown under mobile data is a different number to my phone - everything works normally I think but I want to know why and how come I can’t edit it to show the correct number

I have received my new SIM card today from id and put in my phone, when I puchased the plan I provided the PAC code from my old supplier, but I have been given a new number and not retained the old one, does it take a while or should it be straight away when the sim is put in the phone ?
