I am trying to get onto my app to pay a bill but when I do the password reset I never receive an email. I need to pay a bill but i can't get onto the app and the automated service isn't working with the card I want to use. Any ideas how else I can pay this bill or get onto the app?

HiA couple of weeks ago people were receiving my text but I wasn’t getting their replies. Days later they all came flooding go in on my phone, which was too late. My phone then started to work again ok but it has happened again. I’m at the point where I’m waiting for the replies to come flooding in. Anyone any idea on if this is going to keep happening. 

Hello, I am trying to reply to a message from my bank but is continually coming up with " not sent, check options" When I click on check options it comes up with "resend or delete" when I resend it takes me back to the original problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated 

My phone service has recently stopped working properly. It will be fine one minute and the next it’s completely gone for up to 45 mins at a time. The issue isn’t the area I’m in as it happens constantly throughout the day no matter where I am. How do I fix this?

Hi. I have recently taken out a new contract with sim and handset. DPD tried to deliver a day earlier than expected and have returned the handset to curry’s. I’ve tried to locate it with curry’s but they don’t recognise the order number I have. Today I’ve received a refund from carphone warehouse for my deposit yet I’ve got a bill for my first month of the contract? Does anyone know how I get the phone or what I need to do to sort this out?Thanks. 

I have a new ID account, ported my number from lebara and activation day was tuesday. Old number is now dead, ID said go back to lebara and ask them, lebara told me the port is now complete,so number no longer on their network.  Now ID are saying the number is gone and cant be retrieved. i have had same number for over 20 years, elderly and disabled. my number is my lifeline. Who can help me get my number back? im deflated i have been back and forth on chats i dont know what to do now. please help or should i just accept my number is now lost in ID space and cant be retrieved and move on?

Hi, my son is currently in France but travelling back through Switzerland.  If I add a Roam Beyond for 1 day 2GB, will his phone get notification when/if the 2GB runs out and can he top up from the phone without the passowrd etc. Thanks

HiI am in South Africa. I bought a 10 day add on before I left which showed as activated but it's not working. My phone connects to Vodacom and MTN but there is no interenet connection allowed and I get notifications that I don't have any credit on the network. I've done all the steps suggested including resetting the network, manually selecting from the partner networks list but nothing is working for me. I could use access for navigation etc and not having it is quite limiting on top of having paid for a service that doesn't work. What further steps can you suggest please?

Sent two text messages to different people both received my message but did not know who I was due to the number received not being my ported number. However, both people receiving my message had different numbers!

Is it possible to transfer a number from Three mobile to ID even though the ID contract has been running for over a year?  

My phone rings and callers are not directed to Voicemail but receive a message "that does not appear to be a valid number"I think this started after I reduced the ring time, but unsure.I have reset my network, no change. I am not a new user, and  it used to work. Any ideas kind people? (Chatbots couldn't cope with the question)

Hi.I’m out of contract with ID Mobile. I’m looking to take advantage of a deal via Money Savings Expert for a new iPhone and 24mnth deal.The best deal is with ID Mobile.I’ve no problem with this as I’ve been very happy with the service these past 3 years.However, I must retain my existing number.I might be mistaken, but I recall that one cannot “port” an existing number within the same provider unless it's an upgrade through the provider? Is that correct?Or can I progress with a new deal with ID Mobile via MSE links and retain my existing number?Thanks in advance.

My phone has not been delivered I have a notification to say there is a delay in getting the phone. Please can I have support.

So tonight, I upgraded the phone software and eversince my phone just says emergency calls only. Any ideas as to why and how to resolve. Many thanks Danny
