Why have I been notified I have reached my call limit on my unlimited call plan.

Hi I am unable to make calls and send texts despite been in unlimited plan.

Hello. I have a problem with a phone number that actually I am not using. So , I ordered a phone SIM and it didn’t arrived, so after few weeks I ordered a new SIM and it’s arrived. All this happed like a year ago. And from that time I am using this second SIM that arrived. And I never seen a first one that I ordered. And now I am receiving messages from LCS company about a bepth of £108. But I been paying for my today’s number all the time , every month. Also, I been calling to you before but now one helped us. So I just want to ask what I should do. Because actually I don’t want to pay for thinks that I am not even seen and using.

I have been charged for roaming outside the uk for July and August.I was on holiday from 28th June to 12th July this year and was charged for that on my last bill

Hi, I’ve paid my bill today but I’m still showing I have no service and I’m due a phone call is there any chance this can be sorted thank you

Hi, I was wondering why my bill for August was higher than normal? The basic rate is £10 with £2 VAT, but August said the basic rate was over £17 so including VAT it came to over £21. I look forward to hearing from you.

hi I really want to pay off the rest of my phone contract but also keep my phone number and just then go down to a SIM only how do I do this please

My next bill is showing the wrong amount. How do I contact to resolve?

Hi, I'm currently on holiday in Corfu (Greece) and will be here until 3/08/26 - how does data roaming work please charges wise? I’ve ensured my spend cap is at £5 as last year it automatically connected me to an Albanian network and I was charged. I am using Cosmote which is Greece and also ensured I did this manually and turned off automatic network selection.

Hi I changed to a sim only contract in may that was £33.50 a month and haven’t been charged for June and July of which should be £10 a month but been charged only £7.19 this month August just wondered why this is

When my contact comes to an end will I still be on £10 a month?

Hi,  I have received my monthly bill for both my Sims an or is showing that 1 has gone from £10 - £11.71 and the other has gone from £10 - £11.08.  please can you tell me why

Not sure where customer service is here - essentially I’ve paid a bill in advance, (somehow paid 3 bills in August now), but the system isn’t tracking that the bills are paid.  This is blocking me from setting up a direct debit, and thus blocking me from looking into upgrades or potential upgrade dates to plan around.  How long does this usually take to resolve? I’ll just swap network if it’s an annoying length of time.

Need someone to contact me

I’ve just checked my bank and I’ve been charged twice this month even though I only have 1 active account

Hi, I am unable to pay my bill this month due to illness and not being paid sick leave. Is there any chance I could have some support this month please ? Next month will be fine it’s just this month I am unable to pay it. thankyou

Is it possible to extend when my bill due. Having couple difficulties with bills

Why is it saying I have an outstanding payment even after I just paid it?

I was late paying me bill last month but I did pay it last month a few days after but my bill is saying I still have an outstanding payment and  being charge some like like £80 odd pounds when it should be £40 something pounds

Hi I’ve had an ongoing fraud case nowfor a couple of weeks. My account is still showing I owe a balance of £50.94 which is incorrect. My bill for last month should be £17.95. I have switched provider today due to the ongoing issues with yourselves and lack of communication. Can I please have a correct up to date bill so that I can settle my account. My direct debit has been cancelled by you whilst my account was being investigated.

Hello,My phone bill was overdue so I just paid it tonight. I initially tried to pay it over the phone, however, it said the payment hadn't gone through so I then successfully did it online on the ID Mobile page. However both payments have been take and I have been charged twice which I cannot afford.
