I’ve recently switched to ID Mobile and everything works fine except my text (SMS) messages. When I send a text message, I get a ‘message failed to send’ notification, even though the recipient does in fact receive the message. However, when they reply, I don’t receive their response!Ive reloaded the SIM card and also have good mobile coverage, so that’s not the problem.  I use an iPhone SE which has always worked well.Anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem please?.

When I dial out on my Blackview Shark 8 the persons handset rings but as soon as they answer their phone my phone says 'Line Busy' and cuts me off. Phone was working perfectly well until a few days ago. Other people can call me no problem

However, due to the high volume of spam calls I've been receiving recently, I’d like to change my number.Would it be possible to keep my account, change my current number, and move my existing numbers to PAYG? Also, can ID provide me with an easy-to-remember number, as this is why I’ve held on to my other two?

Hi, I bought a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL 128GB Obsidian on the 2nd of December which said it came with a £100 Curry’s gift card. The offer page states that I should have received it by the 26th January but I have not had it yet and it’s not in my junk folder. How do I acquire the voucher? And is there a way to contact IDmobile directly instead of having to post on a forum?  

On the app I’m offered a new 12 month contract and recommending 50gb a month  rather than the 100gb I’m on now. If I upgrade now it’s asking for my financial details but Id already has these. Will the upgrade ( downgrade really) take place now or when my contract expires?

Hi im looking for advice from anyone that has had similar issue please. I ported my number from Smarty to ID yesterday and since its ported I can't receive calls (working fine before) The message caller gets when they try call me is the number is not recognised. I am also unable to receive sms texts - the sender says they are undeliverable. I can make calls and send sms texts fine. This issue has only happened since I ported my number. I've spent full day online chatting with agents and checking settings etc, all are fine. I picked up new sim from curry's to try and the problem still persists. Even when I insert the replacement sim into my old handset it doesn't work but other sims work fine in both handsets so issue must be down to the port or network as I've ruled out sim issue, setting issues and handset issue. The advisor told me port was successful and has passed my issue onto technical team. I was told the technical team will text me with update - eh how us that possible

My daughter has moved to ID from O2 with a PAC codeher phone number has been transferred but she can’t make outgoing callsPlease Help!

On a number of occasions I cannot make calls. It doesn’t ring and is just silent. I have to switch off the phone and when switch back on it lets me make a call then often it won’t for the next call. It has happened several times today and is frustrating. I’m worried if I have to make an emergency call. My husband couldn’t call me today either. Wouldn’t ring. I just want to speak to someone to sort the issue but it would seem there is no customer service with ID mobile. Shame I didn’t know this before signing up to a 2 year contract. 

I lost my sim while abroad so i have this morning obtained a replacement and just activated it. Is there any way I can block the original sim just in case it gets into the wrong hands?

I have left my phone somewhere in a safe location and will be getting it back in a couple of weeks. i have a cheap temporary phone and would like to activate my sim with my existing number. Will this automatically block my existing sim card as i don't want this to happen?

So, my wife switched from O2 to Id. O2 had a physical SIM. New esim from ID did not arrive  - they are saying they can only send via SMS - which does not now work. Won’t resend as email. She has to call into the provider (currys) to get a new physical sim. Now out of action for second day. Sounds very poor to me. Opinions?
