I have tried on a number of occasions to register on the app but when it gets to the part that asks for my ID mobile number last name and date of birth, it sends me a message saying not recognised. I have tried with the original ID mobile number that I was given and with the number that I transferred across. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Is it just me or does ID make it extremely difficult to contact customer services?Never had a problem with other providers.  Can anyone suggest how to message when or even better talk to a human? Many thanks

Will like to use my old phone on my new id mobile sim

My number was due to be transferred on 12/05. My old phone was disconnected around midday on 12th but my number still hasn’t been transferred over. I have contacted live chat multiple times since and just keep being told the it has been passed to the technical team and it will hopefully happen that day. Same issue the next day. I am not getting any actual help/answers. Has anyone else has this issue and it be resolved?

Im entering all the details correctly but its not working. Keeps telling me to try again. Ive tried different switch dates and different browsers but not working. Please can someone help. Thanks

I have 123, 121 and 07782333123. All three play the 'first, set up your PIN...' recording. What now?

My sim was meant to activate today but hasn’t? Why is this

I currently have an ID sim only plan, I have my new iPhone arrive today from ID, how do I keep my current ID number on the new phone? Hoping someone can help, many thanks.

Can I leave is mobile within 30 days and change to the new providers. I purchase sim online and not enough 30 days. Can I also get the new PAC to change the new providers without any charge?

cant set up voice mail. automated service won’t accept any pin I suggest

My porting was supposed to happen today from Vodafone. The Vodafone service went off early this morning and I’ve been unable to make calls all day or use my phone away from my house. When will the new SIM start working with my old number?

Ordered a second sim but on this one I forgot to set the pac code to keep the old number

I've tried everything possible to get my RCS messages to work on my Google pixel 10 pro xl but it's not having it. In the messages part its saying connecting.ive verified my number. I've turned it off restarted put it back on but it's constantly connecting. This issue has occured since my old number activated via the PAC. The original number I was issued used rcs fine.  Any help appreciated 🙏

Couldn’t enter a date for switch to ID from o2 to port in my old number so the agent on the chat did this for me. After the date passed and no contact or sign of switch I contacted ID via chat. 2 hours later and me having to push for answers and action to be taken, I’m told they have attached my old number to a closed account and they cannot reactivate that account and can’t internally transfer my old number. I asked for a PAC code and said I would go to another provider and they can’t provide me with a PAC code either. When calling my number it says it is not recognised  Absolutely fuming!ID said, eventually after I pushed for something to be done, that the technical team will look at this but takes 48 (business) hours so as nearly the weekend 4 days! Having already been without number for 36 hours as a self employed person it is totally unacceptable. Have also raised a complaint which will take 7 days to respond!’ 😭 The agent on the chat wanted me to accept £10, then increased to £2

My number was due to transfer on 2nd Jan but so far it hasn't. Not sure if it's pending due to the bank holidays or if there's a problem. Any ideas how to find out?

I ordered an iphone 17 in november 2025 as a birthday/christmas present for my daughter. she was very excited but they sent me a samsung galaxy A06 instead. I opened an investigation immediately and they assured me that it'd be sorted before christmas. They gave me empty promises about halting the contract until the situation was solved, aswell as refunds if it wasn't resolved efficiently. My daughter’s next birthday is in four days and she still doesn't have her phone. I cancelled the direct debit (which was approved by the citizens advice bureau), but this is being put on my credit score in the middle of me seeking to get a mortgage. All this for a phone that costs less than 10% the worth of the phone i ordered and no sim card, which means i've had to keep paying my daughters ee contract too. I am currently in the process of settling this in court as the customer service has been appalling. This is just a warning to other potential customers about what could happen.

I just joined ID Mobile this morning, i have now got a PAC code from my current supplier but as i have already checked out i cant find how to sent it to you? I have also tried to login/register but can’t get past the 3rd stage as it says it does not recognise my number. Do i need to set up a direct debit with my bank? When will the direct debit be taken as i have not been advised? Please help, sorry, i am panicking & out of my depth! Thanks

Calling out from my phone isn't working
