For the second time in 3 months my PAC code has been stolen. I contacted ID Mobile as soon as I got the text message with my PAC code and they assured me it would not be taken again as i’d set up a password the last time it happened. I just received another text message to say that my account has now closed and I have been billed £276. So my PAC code has been stolen again despite assurances it would not be possible the second time. I am utterly furious. I have logged a complaint and now I just have to wait until my number can be ported back to me. Lat time it took 2 weeks. I will be ending my ID Mobile contract as soon as it is due up next year, this is not good enough. 

HiHow do I get an update on a complaint which ID customer service raised for me for a roaming refund (as it didn't work).  They've given me no reference number, have tried to call me once (I was at work in a meeting so missed the call) so I have no idea what is happening with it or how to find out.The complaint was raised over a week agoThanks

I’ve been trying to transfer my number to ID network from another provider but have been unsuccessful. I’ve filled out the transfer form several times, yet I haven’t received any confirmation email or SMS regarding the submitted requests.I’ve also tried contacting ID support through live chat multiple times, but there has been no response. It feels like the company is hiding behind technology, leaving customers with no real way to reach a representative for help.As a frustrated customer, I no longer wish to continue facing these issues. I would like to cancel my contract immediately so that I can move to a different provider who can offer proper assistance and communication.Please confirm the cancellation process at the earliest.

My Pixel 7 completely died and I have a few months left on the contract. I tool out a new contract for a Pixel 10 and plan to port the number once the original contract expires. In the meantime I wanted to use the old sim of the Pixel 7 in the new Pixel 10, although when I do it seems no service, It does show 4G and the bars but with an “!”. Any ideas how I can get the SIM from the Pixel 7 to be activated in the Pixel 10? To note, the new SIM that came with the Pixel 10 does work. I just prefer to have access to the old number until I am able to port it out onto a PAYG, then port onto the new contract.

I requested and gave my PAC code to be changed on the 13th of October (last Monday). It is now the following Monday (20th of October) and my number still hasn’t switched. I am currently paying for two contracts now, I am not even using the ID Mobile as it has the incorrect number, which is ridiculous. I’ve tried to get in touch via the live chat numerous times, at different points of the day, and always been met with a message saying I couldn’t be connected with an advisor. The customer service is absolutely absent.

I upgraded on 04.10.25, but now 2 payments have been taken from my account, live chat is not working, keeps saying unavailable. This is rediculuous.  I will be raising a complaint and going to the ombudsman

How do I speak to someone from customer service about my bill?

My direct debit was due to be collected on the 20th - this has not left my account. there is more than enough money to cover the bill.  i have contacted the bank and they have said there are no payments marked as not sent or not collected so to contact ID mobile, but of course this is near on impossible. Can someone at ID Mobile look into this from ID mobile  EDIT* - just for reference under the payments tab this months payment shows as “successful” but the money has not gone out. 

Good morning. I have been trying for 2 days now to transfer my old number to my new ID mobile. I have filled out the online form when selecting switch to ID. All mobile numbers, PAC codes are correct. When trying to proceed, it always states that something has gone wrong. Been trying to contact ID via live chat, but keep being timed out.

I have a Google Pixel 4a and wifi calling has stopped working on my device in the past few months. I have read the other threads on this issue and have tried every suggestion I’ve found, including the ones below. Nothing has resolved the problem.Tried to force wifi calling by turning on airplane mode (with wifi still enabled - tested that is working as I can still browse the internet). When I try to make a call, I get this message: “Turn off airplane mode or connect to a wireless network to make a call” Made sure software is up to date Made sure WiFi calling is enabled in Network & Internet settings Turned phone off and on again Turned airplane mode off and on again Turned WiFi calling off and on again Tried different WiFi networks - same issue in both places No VPN turned onIs there anything else I can do? My phone signal is dreadful both at home and work and I cannot make a normal phone cal

For some reason my upgrade says it went through but upfront payment wasn't taken and received  no confirmation email

Cannot receive calls or texts after moving from lebara, making calls and texts works, i have tried all the supports but nothing works, this is so urgent, ca not believe this is happening, to good to be true.…Please help, like i said ive tried everything stated in the help sections..

I’ve been having issues with my internet connection for several hours — it works for about 1–2 minutes and then completely drops out again. This is very frustrating, as I work online and rely on a stable connection. Could you please check if there’s an outage in my area (postcode EH22) and restore the service as soon as possible? 

For the past 3 months, I have attempted to move my iDmobile Direct Debit from my personal account to a new bank account. I can see the bank account information on the iDmobile app but it never arises on the bank app on their list of Direct Debits to be paid. Each month at payment date, I get a message from iDmobile saying that the receiving bank has no record of this DD and therefore cannot pay. I am forced to make an emergency payment with my credit card. I have spoken to the bank in question, and, in their experience, this happens when the Direct Debit establishment request is not actually submitted to the receiving bank by the vendor in this case, iDmobile. Could you please advise me on this and preferably provide me with details of someone I can have a private exchange with to resolve this issue?

For 2 days now I need to speak to customer services via live chat and it keeps saying: I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.I have tried multiple times during working hours all day and nothing. Not a good sign when I’m a new customer to ID. 

i changed my number over from voxi to ID, i’m able to call out and text but no one can contact me? also my imessage and facetime is now using my email rather than my phone number? 

Son's phone got stolen on a night out with an ID contract SIM inside on the 22nd August 2025. Contacted ID immediately.Been waiting since that time for a replacement SIM but still no SIM. ID assure me today that it's 3 to 5 days away.They offered collection from my nearest Currys which is not that near and problematic given I have a spinal cord injury.Got a letter today confirming that they were sending my account to debt collectors for full cost of the remainder of the contract due to me being late with £15. I delayed due to no SIM.Asked if this could be placed on hold they said no.I don't get ID mobile. It goes without saying that customers expect a service but it doesn't seem to register with them.I have raised a complaint saying that Ill pay the 15.00 immediately but will have to now take them to small claims for breach of contract.Really unimpressed.

Hello, I’ve payed the upfront cost on an Upgrade. The money has been taken and email received giving a confirmation but nothing further. I have attempted to use live chat on various phones/computers and even tried contact Caroline warehouse. Can anyone advise

Hi everyone,I’ve been experiencing very poor network coverage lately — no calls are coming through, and I can’t make any outgoing calls either. I’m using an eSIM on my iPhone XS Max, and it’s been really frustrating.The same issue is affecting my husband and sister as well, ever since we all switched to iD Mobile a few months ago. We’re all on contract plans but have been struggling with the unreliable signal and dropped calls.Has anyone else faced similar issues with iD Mobile in their area? Set up voicemail on my phone a while ago, then tried changing how many rings before it kicked in which messed it up completely. Current situation on my iPhone 16 ………When someone phones me, after about 5 rings the caller is told the number you have dialled is not recognised. It is the same whether I enable or disable the voicemail from my id app, or after dialling 123. When someone phones me it appears on the iPhone screen and I can successfully press the “voicemail” icon on the screen (instead of waiting for “number not recognised”) and the caller goes to voicemail, but is not greeted with my recorded message from the greeting I recorded from calling 123. Instead it just says call is being forwarded to voicemail. And I get a message saying I have a voicemail message which I can retrieve by calling 123.What is going on, how to get rid of this “not recognised” for outside calls, how to get my voice mail working?😟Any help/advice would be appreciated. 😊

its been almost 2 weeks trying to port number but can't and also can't connect to live chat for help every time its unavailable I'm really helpless and pissed at the same time  

I’m a new customer and my phone is working correctly, however when I’ve tried to register for the ID mobile app I manage to get through as far as verifying my mobile number. It says it will send me a verification security code but the text NEVER comes through. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now on different occasions. I’ve tried turning it on and off, I’ve tried through the web browser. I now have a replacement SIM card because ID mobile thought this one was faulty but I can’t activate it without a verification code which AGAIN isn’t coming through. Please could someone tell me how I can fix this or get around it or even just talk to a human being that works for ID Mobile and can help solve my problem. Many thanks. 

My son already has a mobile phone with ID which is now up for upgrade.He wants to keep his old phone and number, which I guess is paid off now?How do we keep the old number and phone but switch to a sim only deal?We are currently getting 10Gb for just over £20 month, if I were to start an new contract with sim only I would only be paying £6 per month for that same.I cant find where in the account section I can change to a cheaper sim only deal now its out of contract     

Hi there,I hope there’s someone out there who can help.My 92 year old father-in-law took out a monthly sim only plan in July.  After a couple of months he lost the phone so he went out and bought himself a new one (with a new contract).  He then made the classic mistake of cancelling the direct debit without cancelling the contract.He’s now received an email from ID mobile because he hadn’t paid.  I went up today to sort it out (he’s just over an hour away from me) but there were loads of problems when I was trying to access his account online (presumably connected to the Amazon web problems today).I’ve just got home and was able to login to his account.  However, when I tried to add his old phone number to it, I got stuck because I obviously cant receive the code that is sent to it by SMS.I just want to pay off the outstanding amount and cancel the contract.  Is there any other way I can do this (preferably without having
