Hi is id mobile having problems with the network as I can't phone out 😭 help

I’ve a IPhone 15 Pro, Edinburgh region and I’ve lost all ability to make or receive calls. i can make FaceTime calls (as that works through my wifi) but not anything else? is ID Mobile network down????

Can't make or receive calls and data is also off. Tried the network checker on ID website and also the Three website and they are not working. Other people in my work so the same. Anyone know what's going on? In Wigan.

I have been trying for WEEKS to log in both with the app and online. Because I received error messages each time I tried email addess, password and phone number, I had to keep making changes and have frequently been sent reset and verification emails . I have tried with three different browsers. Nothing enabled me to actually log in...except to this community, which somehow has succeeded.So by now I have no idea how to proceed in order to log in to my account..

I recently left I'd as the coverage is poor in the area, I requested my PAC code and did the port to Lyca mobile ever since I can not receive SMS messages and can't make voice calls to some numbers (RCS messaging and internet seems ok and people seem to be able to call me) Have been told its a porting issue and I need to report it to the provider i have just left - i have reported it to Lyca mobile but 3 days in and no updates or progress - please help have health issues and not sure I am getting messages through from Doctor so it's pretty urgent

I have been with ID for years and had the same phone for ages. Last week my SIM card stopped working, just said no sim. Then randomly started working again. Today it stopped again, I tried flight mode, then on and off, I went to another area….nothing. Tried customer service who told me to reset network, which I did but didn’t work and just chucked me out of the chat id spent 20 minutes getting into (grrrrrr). finally another hard reset of my phone got it to work, for an hour then it disappeared again and nothing is making it start again. I’m guessing I need a new sim but the chat is infuriating and I can’t find a way to request it.

I have a SIM card in my car that has been working for at least a year. However, about 3 months ago the data stopped working. If I move the SIM to a phone then everything is working. Moving it back to the car and I get no internet connectivity. The car company (Land Rover) manual says to check with mobile provider as some devices are blocked from service. How do I find out if the SIM is enabled for cars as a device?

my id phone would not work at all in the USA. I have a Samsung A14 the problem was the id contract and not the phone. We were in Wyoming for 2 weeks and Id were absolutely useless and provided no support. Once we left Denver and went up into Wyoming the phone was dead which was rubbish as the hire car sat nav needed Google Maps via the phone. So we were blind until I could get a paper map. It was a disaster and nearly spoiled the holiday. When in a hotel and on their wi-fi I tried to contact id but they make it impossible to get through. The chat room helpers are awful I paid extra (£25) to get more data (as I thought that the problem) and was then told I could not use that extra data until I got back to the uk...which was infuriating. Please refund me £25. Im trying to contact id now im back in the uk but they hide and don't give phone numbers or email adress so I hope one of you guys at id answers this. Absolutely ridiculous….please explain why you don't cover USA or at least warn us

Hello. I can’t access my voice on my phone using 123 or +44 7782 333123 - I am told “sorry your service doesn’t allow access to this number” i can access it via another mobile phone using +44 7782 333123 but unable to access via the phone it’s registered to. I would actually like to turn the voicemail off I don’t want it on, so I have unchecked all boxes in the account settings on the app and webpage for voice mail but it’s still active this also sends me the voice message as a text to my phone on which the answerphone is registered so still coming through. the “chat to us” has been a waste of time and been sat waiting for hours to not get resolved

I have an older style Nokia dual phone sim, on the id mobile website the model isnt listed, does that mean i cannot use sim and have to buy another phone!

I have looked all over and can not find anywhere that tells me where or how to order an eSIM. The ID help page tells you that you receive an email but how do you get in contact with them to actually ask for the eSIM email? I have logged onto my account and nothing there. I have googled it and all that comes up the the help page as though you have already got an eSIM or just tells you what to do when you receive the eSIM email.

I recently switched to an ID Mobile ESIM on my iPhone 14. After getting a PAC code to port my number, I have not been able to make or receive calls or text messages. Data is working so I can do FaceTime and iMessages but nothing else. This has been for 2 weeks now. When I try to call someone it says “call ended” and if someone tries to call me it doesn’t even ring… Thanks

When I message someone or call someone it's coming up my original id mobile number even though I kept my old number how do I stop this?

Can I use free data abroad in Munich Germany?

I desperately need help. I am travelling and lost my SIM card. I therefore cannot log into the app as it requires text authentication which I can’t do. I have tried countless times to find the ‘live chat’, however any link provided just takes me to a webpage listing products/offers. I really need to either cancel my sim contract or see if an eSIM option is possible with ID mobile. This is urgent. please someone help me

I have been trying to cancel my contract but as I never received a transaction number I have been unable to do this. Please can you advise? I have cancelled the DD.

Moved to Id mobile last week, I can send texts and use 5G but I just noticed today when went to make a normal call that calls won’t go through and when someone phones me it doesn’t go through, texts go through but calls don’t - I can’t make or recieving them please can someone help me

I made a bit of a mistake last Friday and it's turning in to a nightmare. Basically I needed a replacement SIM to chuck in my spare android phone. Picked up the SIM, logged in to my account and used the activate replacement SIM function. After doing that I realised I had done it against the wrong profile - my daughter's number. Stoooopidly I just changed profile to my number and then did the activate replacement SIM again. Within seconds both phones were dead. Daughter was not best pleased. Never fear, there's a Currys up the road, so I popped out and picked up 2 new Sims and did the activate replacement SIM against each number in the app. But.... Whilst we both have mobile data and texts, neither of us can make or receive phone calls. Another 2 replacement SIM picked up and registered using the chat function so they could register each of them for me. Exactly the same issue Next day back to Currys and the chap advised putting a block on both Sims in the app, wait a while and then try
