I am recieving normal text messages but not 2FA messages. I have been through the FAQ's and followed instructions but still not resolved. For clarification it's a new phone and provider for 5 days now. The bank said messages are with your provider so are being sent and to speak to them. How do I speak to id mobile to resolve now?

I need help. My bill on the ID Mobile App says this months bill has been paid. But I know it hasn’t as the money hasn’t come out of my account. The money was meant to come out 2 days ago by direct debit but it hasn’t yet come out. I don’t know what to do

My partner and I have just taken out contracts and phones with id. iphone 16 pro max, numbers ported from previous network easily enough. We are both having a nightmare getting banking apps and anything that requires a verification text code or two stage verification to work as we don’t seem to be able to receive the text. Normal text messages are going through. Ive spent half the day trying to get to the bottom of this, i have read lots of threads about the same problem here which just seem to end with no known outcome or fix. Ive chatted with the live chat, my partner has been on the phone with customer support, both seem to be oblivious to the cause and have directed us to do all the usual stuff. From what i gather, the verification text messages are not going through as they require another level of security to send properly, something that requires 2fa codes from technical support and that seems to be an ongoing problem with anyone transferring from another network to id. Neither of us has had any issues transferring networks before. Surely there is a fix for this ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Think have toggled the adult content filter to off yet I’m still unable to access any sites that need to be over 18. Any ideas please. Was fine yesterday.

S23 This is the worse phone I've ever had. Battery dies twice a day. People can't hear me on voice calls. No signal a lot of the time. How do I complain about my phone and ask for a replacement.

I have purchased 2 ID SIM cards for use in our iPads when we are away in Europe. roaming is turned on in the ID app & on both the iPads but I cannot access the internet, I get a message ‘could not activate mobile data network’ everything works ok if I put my O2 sim in the iPad. can anyone help? thanks in advance

April 25 billed £30. £10 agreed, paid £20 for add on in USA which didn't work. Spoke to customer services, said I’d have a £20 credit on next bill (so in credit for May and June, resume £10 per month in July?) 7th May 25, just been billed a further £10? what’s going on? Kindly sort this out or I’m leaving. This is taking up too much time. I shouldn't need to keep checking my bills!!? look forward to hearing from you. Kieran Maidment

I have had no service near my home for over a month. I contacted you a few weeks ago and you said it was being looked into and my bill would be discounted for the loss of service I have had my bill today and it has no discount at all and I still have no service. Not sure what I paying for

I am in Germany, and my IPad cellular is no service, works fine in UK, spoke to chatbot did reset network settings, roaming on and off, restart IPad, reinstall SIM card etc. interestingly it works fine in the iPhone but not on my IPad mini 6, but works on the IPad fine in UK. please can this be solved as when I signed up I was told it would work fine, which it does for the UK looks like it’s an EU problem. Thank you

wife & I both have accounts, neither of us can phone South Africa. I have £25.00 on cap to pay. Have spoken to 3 live chat, after resetting network still nothing, then took out sim, turned phone on & off in flight mode & load of other stuff still nothing. International calls & premium calls turned on. Help please. URGENT.

My PAC transfer seems to have completed successfully, I tested text and voice between two of the numbers I have, no issues, and data isn’t an issue either. When I try to check out my shopping cart the OTP from Sainsbury’s Bank isn’t coming through. I cannot log into the Sainsbury’s Bank website either. Is it just a matter of time, since the PAC transfer only completed at about 1600 today?

Is it possible to restore delited messages? I actidently delited some important text message, need to retrive it back
