I got no government alert today- iPhone 12, software up to date, not on airplane mode and alerts on, although was on low power mode as minimal battery. Any ideas? 

My new apple phone is not working, I have tried everything and it will not log into an apple account, I am absolutely fed up and would like to cancel the new contract and return the phone 

I’m on a standard monthly plan with 30GB of data atm and just found out I can get double the amount of data through uswitch. I know you cannot port your number within the same network, so just wondering if there’s any other way to get on the new plan while keeping my old number?

I am hoping someone can help, I can’t get anywhere with the chat bot-it doesn’t recognise what my issue is.I transferred from vodaphone (this will be my 3rd plan with ID mobile) using PAC code as wanted to keep existing number. Unfortunately number has transferred over to existing plan-rather than new plan. both numbers have been switched from vodaphone-both numbers belong to my children. Original plan (son number 1) has lost his number as it’s been replaced by number 2 sons-today. Number 1 son has new number instead of keeping his old one. Help! 

I ordered an eSIM for a second handset but the QR code simply went to a Thales webpage i got a text message yesterday saying my sim activation is in progress and I’d get a text once complete but I haven’t heard anything what should I do? Any advice welcome 

Hi - I moved across to ID from Vodafone at the end of 2024, and received a new iPhone.  When I request MFA codes to be sent to my phone number, they don’t arrive.  I am unable to access my Microsoft hotmail account, my bank, and now the HMRC - I need some documentation from their site in order to secure a job role that I have been offered.  I have tried everything that I can find online to resolve this, but looking back this seems to be a problem that others have faced before?Can someone at ID advise what I need to do?PLEASE - IT IS SO IMPORTANT THIS GETS RESOLVED

I am unable to make calls. I have gone through the troubleshooting guide, and put my SIM into the wife's phone which is the same model, is currently on ID, not experiencing any issues, and I still cannot make phone calls.Used the 'live chat' (which is laughable) and the chat not just sends you to a guide about 3G being switched off, without the option to chat with an agent.

I purchased an eSim today and it didn’t activate as I was in a poor signal area. Somehow the porting happened in less than a day on a Sunday and now I am without network. I would like to redo the eSim but it has been used so can’t be used again.

My wife and I have Pixel 7 and 8 phones respectively. Both of us have always experienced poor signal when making and receiving phone calls, especially when at home. We use our phones for work and can no longer tolerate this poor service.We have tried all of the advice provided on these topics by this forum and nothing has helped. Due to this we need to be able to cancel our contracts (at no cost) as we are not being provided with the level of service we are paying for.Please advise how we can do this.

I recently reset the mobile network settings on my Samsung galaxy A55 phone to defaults and no longer have any access to mobile data when I am not connected to WiFi - web browsers say "no internet", and some other  apps have stopped working, although I can still make phone calls and receive emails.Everything works normally when I'm connected to WiFi.I checked that mobile data is enabled in the Connections/Data usage menu but can't see any other obvious settings to amend.Is there another setting that I need to switch on?Thanks  

Both myself and my mum bought the 5 day add on so we can use data while we are on holiday in Turkey, but neither of us are able to actually access the Internet with the exception of hotel WiFi. We have 4g and full bars and have tried everything suggested on the Web page to fix it such as restarting the phone and manually selecting providers but nothing has helped. We need to be able to use maps and websites while out and about so how can we resolve this issue?

I change my contract earlier in the year for a cheaper bill and I have only just noticed that I am still getting charged for my old contract I have looked on the bills and it looks like I am being charged for the sim-card even though I changed it to use my old number

I cannot for the life of me see how much I owe for my phone. I am switching to a sim only plan from a monthly contract plan next month and have just upgraded (to a 2 year sim only plan). I wanted to know what my balance remaining for the actual phone/device is; however, all my bills combine the line rental with the cost of the actual phone. Is there any way of finding out the separated amounts? Thanks 

I have an iPhone 16 Max Pro. I became an id mobile customer a few months ago with an eSIM. I appear to have 2 “lines” a primary one and a private one for some reason.I arrived in Tenerife a couple of days ago and did not receive the normal text message on arrival from the new service provider. My phone appeared to change to Vodafone UK on the primary line but appears to be Movistar on the private line. Neither line lets me roam. I’ve disabled the private line and powered my phone on and off a couple of times but I’m still not having any luck. The data roaming toggle is set to be on. I’m at a loss, can you help please?

Why can I only Pay with DD or a one Off Payment?why can’t Isave card details to pay every month  pay with Apple pay set up a recurring payment (need my id account number and bank details )they are all pretty easy to set up and can be don’t in most other apps but not ID Mobile. It would make paying bills for everyone easier

Hello, I have partially read and understood certain aspects to how this works but basically, I am already with ID mobile and I am wanting to purchase a new SIM card for my child I understand about not logging in so it doesn't affect my account and just checking out as a new SIM only deal etc, but when the SIM card gets delivered, how do I set it up so I have control? Do I have to put the SIM card in my phone to add it to my ID mobile app? Or do I put the SIM card in my child's phone? I imagine to add the number to my app a text will go to the SIM card?  I don't want to install ID mobile app on my child's phone as it defeats the purpose of me having control, I don't want them getting savvy using that app and enabling things like adult content etc Is there any useful instructions from anyone who has done this already?I've obviously got to figure out how to set up my child's phone as a separate issue but want to sort the SIM card out first  ThanksDan

With the SIM fitted to a pure 3G phone I get no signal at all as expected. When in 4G-capable phones (without VoLTE - not in the supported list) I get a 4G+ indication and data connectivity but phone and text send/receive is sporadic (but possibly working most of the time).I’d have though there is a possibility of dropping down to 2G in other networks, but Three never had that…

Hi, Has anyone had this issue and been able to overcome it? Every time I click on the Apple Tv+ redeem link from my email it takes me to an Apple page that says "UID missing or Incorrect” and the page is a US Apple page. I've clicked on links that has been told to other posters with issues and same problem. Tried different browser and a different phone but still the same problem!
