Hi. I’m new to idmobile and the App worked for about a week then opened with gobbledygook. So I uninstalled the App then reinstalled it, but it wont open. It seems that the Captcha is blocking it as it goes in a loop and back to the beginning where I have to log in again, and start Captcha again. Can anybody suggest anything please?

I need proof of purchase and proof of usage but live chat is not connecting me to any of advisors.. what to do now

Hello, I’ve recently got a new iPhone which I need to add my eSIM but I need a qr code to reactivate. I can’t access my account through the app as I never added it and it needs to send me a confirmation code to my mobile number (which I currently don’t have access to). Is there a way that I can receive the qr code to set up the eSIM via email? thanks in advance

Hi, I upgraded my plan around 2 weeks ago but it’s not showing on my account I bought a plan for 120gb data

Switched to iD and kept phone number . Was supposed to be complete 28 April but had an email yesterday to say complete. Big problem, can’t receive or make phone calls. What should I do ?

My address is N15 6bh I'm supposed to have excellent 4g coverage and some 5g coverage. The 5g is non existent and on 4g it is not that good throughout the day and terrible during the evening. I have tried the SIM in multiple phones and currently using the Pixel 9a and all have the same problem so it must be a problem with the network.

I chatted with customer service about a week or 2 ago asking for proof of purchase, I was told it would receive it in 24 to 48 hours. I still don’t have it. The offer will expire before I get the receipt the way this is going.

I’ve had my new phone for a month. I don’t have a normal SIM, just an eSIM. Is it normal that, whenever I power my phone on, do I get a message that says “Tap to update SIM info. This will check for new and removed SIMs. eSIM 1 will disconnect for a few seconds while your SIMs are updated”.

I've recently joined Id mobile and ported my number over from previous network via PAC code over a week ago. When I send SMS Messages the recipients receive the text from the number I was assigned when I took out the contract, therefore, I ain't receiving a response. I do receive messages if sent directly to my number (orginial brought over number). I have also noticed that I can't call a number that is on a sky contract. It starts with 074 but keeps saying number is invalid. Why is this? Never had any issues with previous provider. The number is not invalid as they are able to contact me.

Hi, no one really has a legitimate reason to call my mobile so it spends most of its time on silent so I’m not bombarded with constant email notifications etc. For the last couple of months now, once or twice a week, I’ll have a missed call from a mobile number. I call the number back, and the person on the other end has no idea who I am, and even claim they have no record of calling me. The people on the other end of the phone always sound like they’re from the UK (like me) and are always as 100% confused as me. I have had this same mobile number for the last 20+ years. So it’s not like I’ve inherited an old popular number. It’s only happened since I upgraded to my new Honor Magic 7 Pro, but I can’t see how the model of phone has anything to do with it. Does anyone have any theories on what could be happening? Once or twice an I’d put it down to a misdial, but it’s happening more and more frequently. I’m going to leave my phone off silent and try and catch the next one and grill them

My data not working and only just about able to make calls. It’s been like this for days.

Do I need to change provider? Or will it be resolved soon?

For last month I've not been receiving text until days later after they've been sent. I've tried turning off and on again , manual roaming to different network and check my number is correct . Anyone else still having this issue, I think.its time to look at leaving A

Hi,At the beginning of April, I upgraded my mobile plan to include 120 GB of data along with unlimited texts and minutes. However, I just realized that I’ve only been given 1.5 GB instead of the 120 GB I’m paying for. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for three days straight, multiple times a day, using the live chat — but I haven't received any response. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I feel like I have no way to resolve this issue. Is there any other way to get in touch with someone who can help? I just want the plan I signed up for, and some acknowledgment that this issue is being looked into. Thank you.

I recently had my phone stolen while abroad. On arrival back to the UK I got myself a replacement sim from Currys and activated it. Despite receiving a text saying my line is active, and also having 5G and mobile network coverage, my phone only works on Wi-Fi. I am unable to make/receive calls and text messages, and my data does not work. I cannot get hold of ID due to their chat system constantly being down. I have tried restarting phone / resetting network setting ect but nothing works. It’s now been over 24 hours.

I’ve just joined ID and received a text stating my bill was due 12/05/25 (only had the contract for 1 day) log into the app and it’s saying a completely different date next month 14/06/25.. I’m confused as to when a payment needs to be made and live chat doesn’t connect!
