I have switched to ID mobile a couple of months ago but I cannot receive OTPs on my Iphone.

I am having trouble receiving sms messages to activate accounts. I think this is because the Id mobile number won’t change in the settings to my mobile number I transferred across. Really frustrating.

I switched to ID Mobile few days ago and since that I've been unable to receive OTP's/verification codes. I cant login into my work profile not mention a banking etc. URGENt!

I want to leave to my current contract but with id mobile as I only have few months left but for me to leave I would need to pay through credit card does anyone know if I can do

I am not getting any OTPs. It looks like a lot of people are having these issues. I have followed the steps advised in other posts such as network reset, RCS chat reset etc but none have helped. After turning the phone back on after RCS reset, I am not able to use RCS chat any more. It is trying to verify my number but not able to do it. Now I get the normal SMS messages but not get any messages sent via RCS. I have recently ported my number from another network on 6th May. Could it be an issue regarding the porting?

Hi, I really need help. I’ve just bought a new phone and transferred my phone number successfully. It worked for 4 days and now my phone has suddenly lost service. I think the sim has been hijacked, my friend rang my number and a man answered the phone and refused to answer questions and kept putting the phone down saying it was his number. How has this happened? I’ve rang you to report my sim has been stolen to prevent access to any of my accounts. I would appreciate an urgent phone call from the team as I’m now paying a monthly contract and I have no phone that is working.

I recently ported my old number across which was completed however I am not receiving text messages? I have looked at the advice on here and tried everything but still not working??

I spoke to somebody on chat two days ago after trying all the suggested recommendations which none have worked. They advised a manager confirmed there were issues which would be resolved within 24 hours, which I presume isn't true. Can this be resolved as it seems to be a common issue or is it something ID are unable to resolve as they are an essential part of having a mobile contract which cannot be worked around.

Hi Just joined from Lebara, ported over a number on Friday - I still can’t receive OTP from various apps such as banking and eBay, these are essential for me to access. I have seen numerous reports of this online with no resolutions apparent, I’ve been told it’s a technical issue that will be resolved in 48 hours but already losing faith and considering cancelling this plan. I’ve also been given another eSim which made no difference.

Hi - I have seen at least one other person have this problem and there is no satisfactory answer on the community. My verified by visa payments from my phone are all being declined and the bank says it’s because the phone switch to ID has not been done properly. Thanks for any help as this is really turning into a problem for me. Visa are declining every payment. Cheers

New iPhone 15 and ID contract with physical sim and New number phone working perfectly. since the port of my old number can no longer receive OTP from my bank and other apps inc apple. my phone will not verify my phone number. I have tried every conceivable solution found in internet and on the screen share with apple customer services and replacing the physical sim with an eSIM to no avail. I am convinced that since resetting my old iPhone 11 and selling it on eBay somehow it still shows as a device on my appleID with my phone number connected to it. I think that’s creating a conflict trying to use the same number in 2 devices and be of security settings I cant delete the old phone from my account unless I’m using said phone. I’ve even emails the new owner via eBay but they are not responding. apple disagree but can’t solve it. Id as a last resort can I be given a new phone number please and see if that solves it.

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and my wife has an iPhone SE. Both are with ID mobile. My home broadband service/wifi is through Sky. All devices other than the phones are working perfectly with no loss of signal. I have checked all of the settings, reset the network and now have just erased my phone and restored it. I still only get 1 bar and when I do click onto my Wifi in the settings, it is ok for about 30 seconds and then it loses the internet connection. As I say, all other devices in the house work with no problem. It can’t be a phone problem as my wife’s phone is also having the same problem and both only started this morning. I have restarted the router, manually put in the phone configuration settings but still no joy. Anyone any suggestions please? Many thanks Paul

Something must be able to be done about the network coverage in my area it's absolutely horrendous I have a Google 9 my partner has the new iPhone and even trying to use WiFi calling we don't get a signal in our house and we almost have to walk to the end of or street to get one unfortunately I'm outside the 14 day cooling off period but if I'm no receiving proper service surely there must be a way out of this bloody contract

I been getting weak data during when I have been with ID mobile some parts of area needs to be improved by ID mobile otherwise I am cancelling the contract with them

I've been experiencing some very strange activity on ID.Mobile Nothing Phone (2) device Sharing keeps enabling Captive Portal continues to be visible but I can't remove or see why it is even on phone Data keeps applying '2884' after my phone name Screen is so fast, flickering & can't navigate cleanly When I am out of town @ new property where I've no WiFi, my phone appears to connect to some random WiFI account through my data plan - I've so many unfamiliar APPs, that do not appear to be native to Android. Over 30 'Overlay' APPs Printers, PrintSpoolers, BluetoothMiDiServers, Broadcasters, Extensions, QTI, QualcommTunnels, Remote DeviceManager, FusedLocations, SwitchAccess, - Several WorkSetUp profiles - Four different SIM APPs (Manager, Toolkit, Contacts, Dialogue) - Multiple Google Assistant APPs, similar with Photos and VPN APPs. Just a very strange set up and looks like someone has access or somehow got an Esim added to phone

Can I have my upgrade delivered to a different address than my residence ?

I purchased a data Add-on and it said Oops there has been an error, so I purchased the Add-on again and it said Thank you for your purchase, but now I see I have been charged twice. I only want one Add-on, how can I get a refund for the Add-on added erroneously?

I used an international sim in Marrakech. On returning to UK, despite reverting back to my iD Mobile UK sim, the phone number displayed under SIM 1 slot is not my number. I have tried a network reset but it is still displaying the wrong number. My UK SIM mostly works as normal but when I try to get a get through security to reset my vodaphone account, I am not receiving their verification text code.

As above esim is working fine on iPad but I believe I need to set it up on app to enable data roaming, but iPad can't receive text to add number to app? Is there another way to enable data roaming?

Please help not receiving tx from bank or Visa as trying set up on new phone

I am recieving normal text messages but not 2FA messages. I have been through the FAQ's and followed instructions but still not resolved. For clarification it's a new phone and provider for 5 days now. The bank said messages are with your provider so are being sent and to speak to them. How do I speak to id mobile to resolve now?

I need help. My bill on the ID Mobile App says this months bill has been paid. But I know it hasn’t as the money hasn’t come out of my account. The money was meant to come out 2 days ago by direct debit but it hasn’t yet come out. I don’t know what to do

My partner and I have just taken out contracts and phones with id. iphone 16 pro max, numbers ported from previous network easily enough. We are both having a nightmare getting banking apps and anything that requires a verification text code or two stage verification to work as we don’t seem to be able to receive the text. Normal text messages are going through. Ive spent half the day trying to get to the bottom of this, i have read lots of threads about the same problem here which just seem to end with no known outcome or fix. Ive chatted with the live chat, my partner has been on the phone with customer support, both seem to be oblivious to the cause and have directed us to do all the usual stuff. From what i gather, the verification text messages are not going through as they require another level of security to send properly, something that requires 2fa codes from technical support and that seems to be an ongoing problem with anyone transferring from another network to id. Neither of us has had any issues transferring networks before. Surely there is a fix for this ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
