Hi, when will my service disconnect please?

When I miss a call and someone leaves a message, I don't get any notifications, but I do mostly have new voicemail messages to hear.I've used 123 and set it all up, but still not right. I will have to change network as I am losing work calls!

Im a very upset customer and I would like to know how much it will cost to get out of my contract as I am sick and tired of the rubbish service ive received from yourselves!!! Constant missed bill dates which is NOT my fault, the fault lays with ID mobile which results in ID mobile cutting off my services which has left me stranded too many times now especially when I was in the middle of the ocean with no mobile services to call for help!!! I've lost count how many times I have detailed my situation and circumstances to ID mobile but it seems that they do not care at all and would rather screw me over every month!!! It seems to me that ID mobile struggle to understand the concept of a specific date for my payment to be taken!! Worst mobile provider ive ever been with and that is a fact! I want my services turned back on as soon as possible where I will pay my outstanding bill tomorrow (14-04-2026) when I put money in the bank to pay it. And then I would like someone from management to

Your live chat is terrible it's none existent.  I am currently with ID mobile, my contract ends tomorrow so I purchased a new SIM only plan. Can I keep my current number I have with you for the new plan?If not I want to cancel my new plan so get someone to contact me!!!!!

Hi,As name change is not possible on the ID Mobile accounts I wanted to use already suggested option of transfer to other network, changing details there and then joining back ID.I have 2 numbers to my ID account but I want only moving/changing one of them.Is it possible, please? If so what should I do, please?Cheers!Seb

please can someone provide the answer for something so simple.  I have decided to leave this poor service provider. You pay what you get! I had no signal for a week now and the customer service goes round in circles! I now requesting my pac code BUT  I can’t receive one because I have no signal to receive the text message! please can you send my pac code in my private message inbox

I took out my contract based on the fact that my data rolls over to the following months - come to my surprise when I learnt today that it’s only carried to the following month and not thereafter. How ridiculous. What if month 1 and 2 I don’t use my data but month 3 and 4 is extremely busy an I need way more than I have. I think ID needs to look at this - had I’d known I would have take. Out this contract!

Hi I cannot get an answer to my problem only been with you 2 weeks but I am on one month SIM  how and when do j ask to leave pleaseTeresa

This company is utterly vile!     Do they make it easy to leave?   Do they hell!.     I was going to stay after my contract but tried to move to pay as you go.    What a shtshow,   You will never get me as a customer again.   As for your AI help lol,   fckn bin that crap!    I wanted a number to speak to a human!    You’ve lost me now!    I’m moving to giffgaff I’ve no idea how much you lot are going to extort and I do not care!   Never again would I use such a poor company!Shove your service where the sun don’t shine!

How do I give notice 40 days before the end of my contract?

How do i cancel my subscription?

It’s just becoming a bit of a joke now, at the point now where I cannot make a phone call all day  due to the lack of service from ID mobile. No sound at all for outgoing calls, we have three contracts with ID mobile in the house and all three of them have been having this issue for months now and we are getting nowhere with trying to sort it.  some days we aren’t even receiving incoming calls, no notification of a missed call either

I have tried sendingong text to 65075 I've tried live chat but I keep getting the same email sent over and over again stating I cannot have a new PAC code code and to use the previous one given Ive checked all emails and spam there is no PAC code on any of them

Can to make a request to leave once you hit 30 days left on contract. (essentially giving a notice period)?

I want to terminate my plan but haven't got access on my phone as sim card is broken

My 24 months contracted ended today and wanted to downgrade the monthy charge while giving 30 day notice..I switched to from £35 a month contract to £6 months contract as it said monthly. It did not say ot was fixed term contract. I select the £6 plan and then got how much it cost to leave and it was 32.05 But it is now showing i have £6 a month contract for 24 months...and have to pay over 50 to leave...?   I just wanted to leave ID mobile with paying minimum.  Can you help? I need to speak to someone.

Can to make a request to leave once you hit 30 days left on contract. (essentially giving a notice period)?

I am going on leave shortly and have got my work sim through ID. Is there a way I can pause my plan so I am not charged but can keep the same number for 9 months? Or am I best just to leave and get a new one when I come back?

My phone for last 2 weeks haa been on emergency calls only apart from when i can get WIFI . ID have sent a new E Sim   out but has made no difference i took it to Currys they couldnt help & i have done everything that is on the chats to try and overcome the problem . If i cancel sim & buy a new phone its going to cost me £ 139 to cancel Sim . Can someone from ID please help

I've just become a new ID mobile customer on a SIM 5G contract. I was previously with Vodafone.I work in central London and need my phone for work. I have never had signal issues until becoming an ID customer. My office postcode is EC1A Can you work to improve this area please otherwise I have to move on to another provider? Thanks in advance

Can I get a response that makes sense, the ability to no longer speak to a person is so stressful! When you go to a chat, it’s obvious that they are on multiple and have have an inability to retain what you have typed previously!I have just started a new plan (yesterday). I would like this to be cancelled immediately. There is no clarification from anyone as to whether I will still be charged on top of my old account or whether I will keep my number, the easiest option is to keep my original and cancel the new account that hasn’t been recognised by anyone yet. I was told that credit checks still haven’t been done either!

I'm trying to leave or cancel an account with ID.Started the process last month and was advised there would be a 15.99 bill to pay. Fine by me. No problem. The number though is still pending disconnection and yet I get my dd notice of 31.99 being due in a couple of weeks As far as I'm concerned I've followed all steps correctly and just can't get any sense of it all and live chat takes an age.Any advice please

i am not able to call or text from my ID ,on samsung J7. kindly help

What is the process for claiming financial compensation for loss of service>

i want to leave IDMobile , but my phone for this sim isn’t working and to leave you have to receive a code on your phone, which isn’t working, so how do I do it, been rumbling on for months now, but really need to get to the bottom of it. thanks Andrew
