Still no results or answers as to why I have received a bill yet I cancled and paid last month!!

I would like to cancel a phone I ordered on 14/12/24 that I still haven't received yet and that I have already need billed 44.99 for a monthly billThanks

I would like to cancel my contract as I am out of out of contract my 2 years is finished since the 24 thof November but still receiving the bill

My pixel isnt working properly anymore and I need to upgrade asap as Im without a working phone now. How can I go about this as I can't afford to buy 2 contacts. 

Cancled ID mobile last month got another bill. Binned my IDsim so now no ID NUMBER NO LOG IN. no opportunity to speek to someone. 

I have been with ID for one year and have two contracts with ID, and my wife and daughter also have contracts with ID. However, as of today I’ve reqiuested PAC codes for both of my contracts and told my wife and daughter to do the same. The reason - signal is now getting worse across areas were is was decent before, and also noticed that reputable weblinks are not opening even though nothing has changed on my mobile phones and the settings are the same.Now given up with the ID service, also the customer service is very poor with limited feedback.

I have tried multiple times to get a PAC code, I keep getting a message that ID have run into a problem The message says I need to contact ID at: is mobile.co.uk/contact-us but where ???? There are no numbers & the chat bit isn’t helpful  

I have several ID plans. One was for my child, who is now old enough to have their own contract. I want to  cancel the sim only plan they currently have and do not have a PAC or STAC as they are not keeping the number and their own account will be in their name not mine as it currently is. I tried to get in contact with live chat as I can not find a way to cancel and live chat is never available. How am I supposed to just terminate this contract.,

Hi ID, I had many years of ok service, now it sucks and i off. I'm on  rolling contact and now i have stopped my DD and now being threatened with debt agencies even the network hasn't worked for months. The website is rubbish and you cannot access your account which I do have now but the sim don't work. then they want to send a One time pass code and the sim is in a Mifi. 

How do i cancel my sim subscription as I don't have the sim card anymore. As ID keep saying I need my PAC or something else they will send these things to my phone. But as stated i don't have the sim anymore. Thanks in advance 

Everytime I'm on a call now matter where I am, anyone on the other end can't hear me and says i keep breaking up. This has been constant feom setting up with I'd mobile.I have tried all the tips I have been told about checking microphone and area I'm in and settings etc but it is still the same. This is shocking and I'm annoyed that I'm only in the 1st year of a 2 year contract and I want out. Iv read many people are dealing with the same thing and being fobbed off about areas or works going on or anyone else is at fault rather than the provider. What can I do?

Although I left ID at the end of November and was told they would issue a final bill the day after I used the PAC number. I have not received one and they have continued to take the next monthly payment and trying to get an an answer from their stupid bot is ridiculous 

The switch to is mobile it is not an easy one and the customer service is a joke. Therefore I decide to cancel the contract while being within the cooling off period. When I clicked at the option to find out the costs for leaving to my surprise I was informed that I’d wants to charge me the whole amount for the rental line (94 pounds)plus the bill for the first month even though I am I’d customer just for a day. How is that possible? anyone had a similar experience? The safest way is to go to the nearest curry’s store and seek for assistance?

I am an existing (second contract) ID Mobile customer.My wife and eldest daughter also joined recently (on my recommendation).I decided to also move my youngest daughter (14) to ID and ordered her a SIM during the Black Friday sale.This order was subsequently cancelled as I apparently failed an ‘internal security check’!The algorithm for this is clearly flawed as this was a genuine purchase from an existing customer.Needless to say, none of us will be renewing our contracts when they expire. 

I just got a new phone contract from iDmobile and want to cancel my existing IDmobile sim contract

Hi, I am trying to cancel my sim only contract and request a PAC code. However when I try and do this I keep getting an error message saying ‘something went wrong’. Please can someone help. Thanks Andrew 

So...when I first signed up to id mobile I signed up as the internet was powered by 3.....first year, no issues at all. Could run a firestick and a ps5 from it on hot-spot no worries.......these days....same place, same location, upgraded phone. Can't even run bbc player on hot-spot. The mobile data is horrendous wherever you go aswell these days and it's clearly not an isolated incident as there's loads and loads of others with the same issue.… My 2 questions are1. Why the decline in bandwidth? It's almost as if id keeps you sweet for the first year of contract, then cuts it for year 2? How do I contact id about improving my bandwidth as they obviously have control of speeds and can improve/limit them. Am seriously thinking of cancelling my contract as there's just no point in being with id with the internet the way it is atm.
