I have recently tried moving my number to Vodafone but the pac is not valid. Vodafone have suggested contacting ID and asking them to cancel the current PAC and issue a new one. I have called ID twice today and received no actual help to resolve my issue.

I got a SIM card for my son to use in his smart watch called Imoo. Got it working but for me to set up the iD mobile app to keep track of his data usage etc, it’s trying to send a code to the sim number to get me logged into the app, however the watch cannot receive text messages from random numbers so it won’t come through. How can I get round this?

All I want is a copy of the welcome email, or for someone to speak to so I can transfer a number from another provider to my existing iD account. Apparently, that’s too difficult for the chat bot, and it isn’t able to put me through to a person as i’ve been getting this message for the past hour… Bot WC said: I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.

I can not receive a code from WhatsApp to login, when I try the phone call way, I get a call it then tells me to press a number to get the code then the call ends. I am using a iPhone XR and have just switched to ID from lebara porting my number also, I was able to use WhatsApp before moving to ID but I stopped using WhatsApp about 10 month ago and deleted the app, Now I need to use it again. Any help will be appreciated

Hi all, I switched from O2 to id mobile in November last year. Did everything correctly and for my PAC code and got all the relevant messages from ID as to status updates on the number switch. After all had been completed there are still a few people who are not able to call me. Mainly my wife aiming a few others. My contract finally got terminated with O2 a month or so ago due to a technical hitch with a backdated order. Can I still get a PAC code from O2 and give to I'd obile to get the final missing part of the swap completed? What should I do? Terrible that ID mobile doesn't have any person to speak with as this could be dealt with far easier and quicker

Tried to contact Customer Service several times today. Used two different browsers and used incognito mode. The bot freezes and chat simply does not connect. I raised a an issue more than a month ago. Two weeks ago there was still no resolution. Today I simply can't connect to the webchat to see if Technical Support have a resolution to the issue. I have inherited my google pixel from my partner who had finished her contract and continued with an upgrade with iD mobile, however when taking the SIM out of my old phone and attempting to use it with the pixel, I discovered that the phone had been blacklisted. However she never reported the phone as lost or stolen and the contract is fully paid off. The online chat hasn’t been able to answer any of my questions as to why the phone was blacklisted and how I can go about resolving this issue. Any help would be appreciated as the contract was paid off nearly a year ago now and multiple attempts by her get this resolved have been to no avail.

I recently transferred my old number to an ID mobile e-sim. However, I am having trouble sending messages and activating or using IMessage and FaceTime. When trying to text, my messages do not send and bounce back. When trying to connect iMessage, it states activation unsuccessful. I have tried network resets, checking numbers etc as advised online but nothing is working! Is it something to do with the sim not 100% transferring over properly? I checked my ID account and my number registered is the correct one.

Hi, I recently changed my contract to a sim only with curry’s voucher offer (via the ID mobile website). I haven’t had email confirmation of the contract change (although the plan is showing correctly on my account ) and therefore no further info about the voucher. Can anyone advise? Thanks
